When I was pregnant, I did a meet-and-greet appointment and my daughter made a surprise entrance the following day. Dr. Tenby visited us in the hospital and followed up with us when she ended up having to spend some time in the NICU. She is 3 months old now and thriving! We love the office, everyone has been so friendly and addressed any concerns we’ve had, I’ve never felt rushed or dismissed. My daughter was struggling with some congestion and as a first time parent it sounded alarming. When I called to make an appointment the nurse on the phone told us it was more than likely normal, but they were happy to schedule an appointment. I appreciated the reassurance and the quick appointment. All in all, we’re glad we chose Dr. Tenby and this office!

I called to schedule an appointment for son for a current issue(this is the office my insurance assigned us). He is fully up to date on vaccines. Tara refused to schedule the appointment unless I agreed in advance to future vaccines years from now at ages 11 and 16. When I explained that I cannot commit to future medical decisions today, she said she didn’t like my tone and declined to accept us as patients. Refusing care for a child with a current medical concern over a hypothetical future issue is inappropriate and reflects poorly on this office.

He’s horrible! He was rough with my baby, he made him gagged. He was mad at my baby because he was crying! Don’t go with him if you love your son/ daughter! DR. JANE FUNG is way smarter, better and she cares about her patients.

My daughter had pink eye for almost the first year of her life, it took us going to the eye doctor to find out she had pink eye. Because he kept misdiagnosed her so many times saying it was just eye discharge an was normal.

Horrible horrible horrible assistance! They wont see your kid when super sick even if they have a sick appointment they'll say theyre booked or whatever.😡 Time to change doctors i guess 😒

Such an amazing office! The receptionists, nurses line, nurse practitioner, doctor and all of the staff are just fabulous. We see Bonnie Tefoya almost every time we go but I love them all. I would highly recommend this office. I take both of my toddlers there and have for 3+ years.

My children are 13 and 11. We've been patients of Dr. Tenby's since my 13 year old was a newborn. Dr. Tenby and his staff are amazing and caring people. I highly recommend them.

Dr Tenby and his staff are wonderful. He has been my pediatrician for all 3 of my boys since birth. He was super attentive with my first who was in the NICU with jaundice for a week.

This office only cares about their profits and not their patients. They lie and make you come in for an office visit for immunization records and claim they are in storage when they are readily available on WebIZ. When I called them out on it, they said oh it must be a mistake and we have to see when we went digital as if this was the first request from anyone about this information especially being the time of year that it is. .Don't you think it would be helpful to check WebIZ before blowing people off and forcing them to make an appt so you can make your little $200 from my insurance for an office visit and lying to people telling them that it is in storage? Outraged. Please mail my medical records for my kids. We will never visit your office again. I am tired of medical crooks in America today
