Biggest downside of any dentist is the cost, but when it comes to the work performed, I couldn’t be happier. Unfortunately, my teeth aren’t great, but everyone at Dr. Rezaei’s office (including Dr. Rezaei) does a great job making sure everything’s in good shape as much as possible. I’ve had implants done end of last year and have had them fully functional for a few months now - at this point, I even forget which side they are on! My latest appointment had no issues so whatever they are doing is working - I never go to a dentist without hearing bad news, this is the first time everything’s in decent shape!

I had a wonderful experience at Millennium Dental. Dr. Rezaei was incredibly patient and understanding with my dental anxiety. He took the time to answer all of my questions, listen to my concerns, and was very thorough and detailed during his examination. He explained his findings clearly and made sure I understood my options. When it came time for treatment, he made sure the work was done as gently and comfortably as possible. His care and attention truly helped ease my nerves.

What stood out the most was the amazing team around him. The assistants, Elena and Rosie, brought such a warm and positive energy to the visit. They explained each step of the exam and the process clearly, made sure I felt comfortable, and checked in with me throughout the appointment.

I also want to give a special shoutout to Brandi and the front office team. They made me feel welcomed, appreciated, and genuinely cared for from the moment I walked in. They went above and beyond by finding ways to support me during a challenging time and helping remove some of the barriers that were standing in the way of getting the care I needed. Their compassion, generosity, and willingness to help made a difficult situation feel much easier.

Brandi and the front office team showed me a level of kindness and care that I will never forget. They helped make receiving care possible and gave me peace of mind knowing I was supported by people who truly cared about my health and wellbeing.

Been coming here since I was about 15 yrs old and now 10 yrs later I can only say Dr. Rezeai and his staff are amazing at what they do. I strongly recommend! EVERYONE in the office is very nice, professional, and knows what customer service is. They don’t recommend anything that is not absolutely needed and there’s no pressure to do any service you don’t want to. They will do what they can to work with you to get you in, and the service needed/required/wanted (Brandi and all of the front office staff incredible). Elaine is amazing, from the X-Rays, to cleaning than Fluoride, nothing was uncomfortable or hurt.

First time visiting after being referred by a friend. All the staff was beyond friendly and welcoming the second I walked in the front door. I was also impressed with all the latest and greatest dental machinery that quite frankly didn't exist in the previous Dental Office I used to go to. I also like how they explained everything, including my future game plan and what to expect next and all associated costs, if necessary. Glad I took a chance and took the drive out from Southwest Vegas, I'm sure I could have found a closer Dental Office but probably not as "satisfactory in my mind" as this place.

This dental office is, without exaggeration, was the most horrible, disgusting, and outright vile places I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. I walked in expecting a basic level of professionalism and patient care and left feeling completely disrespected, humiliated, and violated.

As a person of color, I cannot ignore how discriminatory this entire experience felt. From beginning to end, I recieved NO appropriate level of care or concern from a provider who assumingly has sworn to do no harm, or the front staff. I have been to several dental offices in the past, and the treatment I recieved here is REVOLTING and disrespectful.

It started with the front desk—specifically Hollie—who relentlessly hounded me about paying my copayment upfront, even though my insurance clearly states it’s due at the time of service. After being repeatedly harrassed I paid it the day before my appointment just to avoid further hassle. Then, unbelievably, I had to wait for a refund the very next day because of the dentist decided on the very day of treatment, that he would not work on me at all. So not only did they ignore my insurance terms, they also stole my working time, held my finances for no reason, and completely ignored my need for treatment. Which I feel as a medical provider is widly irresponsible. As a patient, I came to have treatment done, and I expected the treating provider to perform the necessary treatment as would be the responsibility of any medical provider. Instead, I left feeling more disrespected than I ever have by any medical provider in my life. My treatment at this office was disgusting, irresponsible, and revolting.

Then there were the multiple wasted visits—appointments I showed up to where absolutely nothing of value was done. One visit in particular existed solely for Hollie to pressure and corner me into a treatment order I had already made clear I did not want, this was pure harrasment and manipulation. It wasn’t a conversation—it was pushy and completely dismissive of my autonomy as a patient. The entire interaction felt controlling , manipulative, and disrespectful. My time, my preferences, and my voice didn’t matter at all. Even after agreeing to the treatment plan she forced me into, which the doctor had formulated - He denied treatment. I cannot state how absolutely vile it is for a doctor to deny necessary treatment which they themselves had formulated.

The final straw was my third appointment for which had to take time off work for again. After dragging me in multiple times, the dentist suddenly refused to perform the treatment, giving a ridiculous excuse about an issue that had already been identified during my FIRST visit. Somehow, this same issue was conveniently “missed” during the next two appointments? That’s not just careless , it feels like an intentional slight.

The way he explained it was pompous, condescending, and openly demeaning, speaking to me like I didn’t understand my own situation. He made sure to emphasize that the “new” treatment he was suggesting wouldn’t be covered by insurance—even though my original treatment plan had already been reviewed and approved by a dental consultant from my insurance company. It felt like a complete slap in the face, paired with blatant disrespect, and disreguard for the patient's well being.

At the end of all of this, I’m left feeling like this office intentionally tried to waste as much of my time as possible, ensure I had to take multiple days off work, mishandle my money, and treat me in the most insulting way they could. The entire experience felt discriminatory and dehumanizing.

I have never felt so disrespected, so dismissed, and so disgusted by a medical provider in my life. Avoid this place at all costs. I cannot state how disgusted I am that I almost brought my child into this office.

This dental office was the most awful and vile experiences I’ve ever had in a medical setting. They could have called or texted me, as Hollie did seven times to get me to pay my copayment upfront. This is proof that the dentist did not provide me with the most basic level of care or concern required by a doctor. When explaining why they could not treat me, the office staff stated it was because “he took a glance at your documents,” which means that the doctor did no type of preparation for my treatment at all. They had no intent to perform my treatment whatsoever. I left feeling so disgusted, I had a pit in my stomach. I cannot believe that in this day and age there are medical providers behaving this way.

I had such a positive experience at Millennium Dental with Dr. Al Rezaei. After a very bad experience at another dental office, I was honestly nervous about going somewhere new, but from the moment I walked in, the service was amazing.

The front office staff were incredibly sweet, welcoming, and caring, and they made me feel comfortable right away. The back office staff were just as wonderful. They were gentle, attentive, and made sure I felt at ease during my visit. Everyone treated me with kindness and patience, which made a huge difference for me.

Originally my appointment was scheduled for Monday, but the pain became so unbearable that I went back to the office to see if there was any way they could see me sooner. Thankfully, they made time for me the same day. That meant so much to me and honestly made my day. They helped me get started on antibiotics and pain medication, and everything was explained clearly so I knew what to expect.

Dr. Al Rezaei was extremely gentle and professional. He took the time to explain everything clearly so I never felt confused or overwhelmed. I truly appreciated how thoroughly he went over my treatment and answered all my questions. The feeling of being heard and understood made such a big difference for me.

What really stood out to me was how the entire team took everything into consideration, my pain, my health, and even my financial situation. They worked with me to find the best treatment options and made sure I felt supported rather than pressured. That level of understanding and compassion is something you don’t find everywhere.

I work in the medical field, so I understand how scary and overwhelming healthcare visits can feel for patients. Because of that, I truly appreciated the level of compassion, patience, and professionalism shown by everyone in the office. They honestly are an amazing team.

After my previous experience, I was scared and anxious about going to another dentist, but at Millennium Dental I felt comfortable and reassured. I didn’t feel scared like I did at the other dental office, and that alone meant so much.

Today I had my root canal done, and I cannot say enough good things about the experience. From start to finish, everyone was incredibly attentive and reassuring. They checked on me constantly, made sure I was comfortable, and walked me through each step so I always knew what was happening. I was honestly expecting it to be stressful or painful, but Dr. Al Rezaei was so gentle and precise that it went so much smoother than I ever imagined.

The team truly went above and beyond to make sure I felt cared for. They were patient, calm, and genuinely compassionate. You can tell they truly care about their patients, not just clinically, but personally. That kind of genuine kindness makes all the difference, especially when you walk in feeling nervous.

I left feeling relieved, grateful, and so thankful that I found this office. It is rare to find a dental team that combines skill, professionalism, and such heartfelt compassion all in one place.

One of my biggest goals have been Dental.. I had protruding lower teeth with spaces,it was so embarrassing as I do Customer service and love to Smile and laugh. I always have a great experience when I go to see Dr. Al!! From front to back everyone is absolutely amazing!! I am currently having my Invisalign treatment done there and I can't express enough how extremely pleased I am with the quality of care I receive everytime I am in the dental chair. The team here does amazing work! The office manager Holie, goes above and beyond for patients. She’s extremely nice and explains things concisely and helps you figure out a plan that’s works for you if need be. I love how genuine this office is, unlike other practices that sometimes try to sneakily upsell you for work you don’t need. I’ve had various types of dental work done here aside from cleanings (whitening, invisalign, etc) and I love all my results. I’m constantly getting compliments on my smile and what I do/where I go. 10/10 recommend!!

The dentist itself is nice & caring. The people he has to do your cleaning are EXTREMELY rough that it makes it super painful to sit thru. I had no cavities but the cleaning was torture. This dental office has been our provider for years and ALWAYS has done an excellent job with patient care. Dr. Rezael is very professional in his approach to consultation, pain management, and total dental care. I am very pleased with his services, having received several significant repairs to my teeth. The front office is WONDERFUL, and works closely to arrange with financial assistance. Scheduling has always been easy and they have been great those few times we have needed to adjust an appointment. After working with the doctor over this past year, I’ve learned that he is patient and compassionate. He gives “you” his sole attention, not running from room to room.

Absolutely, a 1000%, HIGHLY recommended Dr. Rezaei and his team! From day 1, they have taken care of me, never charged me for anything above and beyond their treatment plan and have continued to direct me with ease and comfort on the next steps. From filings to extractions, dental implant and as of today starting my invisalign plan. Holly and the front staff, the hygienist and everyone in between is great! I walk in not feeling like a patient but apart of their family and enjoy taking my naps in the chair while the good doctor does his work.

Excellent dentist and dentistry; We have been searching for a competent dentist who concentrates on the patient and doesn't have multiple offices, staffed by unexperienced dentists. Dr. Rezaei is the doctor we were hoping to find. His dentistry is staffed by experienced dental technicians and hygienist who all have worked at Millennium for Long time and are super competent. All the staff and Dr. Rezaei are happy courteous people, diligent to serve their patient. Both my wife and myself each had an implant; several and multiple crowns done very quickly and reasonably. Millennium Dental is very diligent in patient comfort and pain reduction. Millennium uses the latest technologies to see the condition of the teeth, and treat it most efficiently.

Worst dentist I’ve ever been to, I went in for a cleaning and was only flossed, tools that were soaking wet were used almost as if they were rinsed and not properly cleaned. Color matching was completely off when this was mentioned the Dr he seemed annoyed as if he did not want to send it back to lab to get a better match. When I mentioned this he replied, “You could try Home Depot and get a bucket of paint”, and then laughed. To top it off they billed an insurance that was not mine, save your time and money and don’t go here.

Going to the dentist has always been something that makes me very uncomfortable and nervous. Four years ago, I had a terrible toothache which resulted in having to have a root canal. I was recommended to see Dr. Rezaei. Dr. Rezaei and his staff made me feel very comfortable. He took the time to outline the necessary steps needed to resolve my pain. He referred me to a specialist that performed my root canal which ended up being virtually painless. Then I went back to Dr. Rezaei and he did a beautiful job with my crown, again virtually painless. Dr Rezaei has been my dentist ever since. I drive 30 minutes just to see him. I love that he really truly cares about me and takes pride in his work. I give Millennium Dental 5 stars but would give 6 stars if google allowed it.

When I first moved out here from Cali a few years ago I was worried I wouldn't find a good dentist like the one I had back in Cali but I'm super and forever greatful for being referred to this dentist by a family friend because the quality of care I've received from both office staff and the dentist has been great. I remember at one point my husband and I didn't have insurance coverage and we were pleasantly surprised when we found out how much our visits turned out to be. I highly recommend them. Honestly, this is the best dental place and dentist in all of Las Vegas and I can say that because I’ve been all over and I’ve had a lot of dental issues. The staff is so polite and make you feel like family and make you feel proud of your teeth. And seriously, I think I’ve been getting ripped off and the run around everywhere else because today was so affordable AND I quoted less on cavity fills than any other dentist in Las Vegas. Dr. Rezaei honestly restored my faith in dentistry today. Try them, you’ll notice the difference. I’ve been dealing with tooth pain and back and forth visits with a previous dentist for two years now. Today I woke up with tear due to the amount of pain I was in. My dentist didn’t seem to care and told me, again there was nothing they could do.

This is when I reached out to Millennium Dental around 10:30a this morning explaining the situation I was in. They were able to see me by 11am. From the moment I walked in, I already felt relieved. Holly the receptionist new who I was as I walked in the door! I just was consistently taken care of from that moment forward. Dr.Rezaei was very personable and immediately started to take care of my needs. Between him and his assistant, they were able to perform a root canal and have me out within a couple hours.

I’m very grateful for this group of people really taking the time to go above and beyond and make sure I was comfortable.

I absolutely love my Dentist! He is by far the best Dentist I’ve ever had. I’ve been seeing him since I’ve moved to Vegas 3 yrs ago. He is very honest and he’s saved me lots of money and my teeth as well! Lol..... He’s really good with Children as well. I was referred by a good friend of mine who reside in Las Vegas. I went there because of the severe dental pain. My primary dentist had recommended me that I need an extraction.
