I was visiting from Australia and fell very sick with a respiratory infection. Despite being fully booked until closing time (around 7.30pm), Dr Yvette Buenaflor not only made an exception to see me at the end of a no doubt very busy and long day for her, but she did so in such a friendly and caring nature. Because of her help, I was able to get access to medication which had a very quick result and I started feeling better after a week of misery. Thank you so much Dr Buenaflor for your care and pleasant nature. You saved me and my trip!

I arrived 15 minutes before my scheduled appointment time, but I was not seen until approximately 40 minutes after my appointment time. After waiting that long, I was taken to the back and then informed that my insurance was not accepted. I was also told that I could not pay out of pocket for the visit. This was very frustrating, especially since I had already spent a significant amount of time waiting. I would have appreciated being notified about the insurance issue before my appointment or when I checked in so that my time was not wasted.

Unacceptable experience with MinuteClinic.
I visited this MinuteClinic and was charged for a service that required a refund. Since then, I have called multiple times to follow up.
Each time I call, I receive different and conflicting information. At first, I was told the refund would take 5 business days. Later, representatives changed the timeline multiple times, and on my most recent call I was told it could take 46 weeks, which is completely unreasonable.
On top of that, several phone representatives have been rude and dismissive, and I feel I’ve been misled repeatedly just to get me off the phone.
This is unacceptable for a healthcare service. I would not recommend MinuteClinic to anyone based on this experience.

I was in town attending F1 race and developed a severe blood blister /potential cyst (from the day before traveling) and was looking for relief. The store mgr was extremely helpful after reading my facial expressions and understanding my dilemma. I also want to call out the professionalism of the NP working Sunday 11/23 who went out of her way to provide some amazing tips and get me to some kind of relief and calm my mental state (as a runner with a race coming up). I am forever grateful .

It was absolutely amazing way better than sitting in a doctor's office I wish they would add extra service I don't got to go to my doctor's for because trying to get a appointment in Doctor office is like pulling teeth..but Tina was absolutely amazing she provided outstanding patient care services she was by herself but still worked very efficiently. Easy to talk to and easy to understand and really did great explaining everything..was very sanitary and it was overall a great experience.

This is the best thing CVS has implemented. If you're expecting a full on doctors visit, go see a doctor. If you need a quick TB test or physical, the minute clinic is the way to go. Be sure to look at their services on the website prior to going.

I developed an infection on one of my fingers during a business trip across the country. The Minute Clinic saved me from having to go to a busier facility that would have likely been much more time consuming, expensive, and unnecessary.

We first came here to be a walk-in, but Tina kindly explained the walk-in process and suggested another clinic for us because this one was full. However, there was a cancellation a little while later and we were able to get in! And I am so grateful because the care we received was phenomenal. My only complaint is that CVS needs to update or figure out a new way to handle walk-ins. It is not very clear the process. At any rate, we will continue to use CVS Minute Clinic and are so grateful to have the option!

The CVS Minute Clinic was amazing! Tina took great care of us. She took her time and ensured my daughter, who is 2, was comfortable. She was very caring. She listened to all of our concerns and took care of us quickly. We will be back at this location just to see her!

The CVS pharmacy was also very attentive and kind. The employee at the front greeted me and said goodbye each time I came and left.

I booked a same day appointment and was seen the same day. It was wonderful. I didn’t want to wait all day, but lots of people in the community are/were also sick. So I’m grateful to be seen. I wish the copay was not as high as it was for unemployed people, but that’s health care system. I would do this again & be happy to. The dr that saw me was very warm, friendly, professional and caring. I had a great visit. I was safe, comfortable & relaxed in the office. Would recommend this service to all. Go check it out for yourself

Dr Tina Shumard was AMAZING! I came in with my mom who has dementia and she was just so kind, was good about asking questions to my mom first and only addressing me when my mom couldn't properly answer. AMAZING bedside manner. She was very concise and talked in layman's terms to make it easier for my mom to understand. The 1 star off is only because of the wait between our checkin time vs when we were seen when the office didn't appear all that busy. But it was on par for most dr's visits tbh.

There’s a kind hearted doc who was thorough and sorted out my inner ear problem. The doctor took her time and listened carefully, asked detailed, relevant questions then gave me the right meds to manage the problem. I managed to complete my flight training because of the good care I received.

Are you sick? Do you not want to wait for urgent care/ER? Me too! I went with my partner, we were both really sick and we were told that COVID symptoms and tests would be covered by the government. This was not true, we were billed $350 dollars. The doctor said this was a "software" issue on their part so we would have to pay.

This review does not reflect the care I received from the two women I saw in this clinic, Buenaflor and another woman whose name I’m forgetting. The 1 star is for APRN Ekwere. He was very fast, I was in and out both times I saw him, but if it’s going to take longer for him to do things correctly I’d prefer that. I went in for simple TB skin testing. While administering the test, he dropped the syringe so it was left hanging out of my skin, picked it up and continued administering meds. Then when it came time to read my test, he read it as positive (because it was irritated, because he dropped a needle inside my skin). He was then going to send me for a chest X-ray, which is the next step, but I opted for the blood test. He then sent me to Quest when I told him my insurance sends me to Labcorp. My results came back from Labcorp as negative. Basically, he made what could have been something so simple, so unnecessarily complicated because he does not know what he is doing. It seems like he doe s everything as his best guess. If that’s the case go back to school man. I do not recommend.

I would have been better off just not even walking in the door. First off, you will have billing issues here. Look them up the the Better Business Bureau. Numerous complains. Essentially if you pay with a credit or debit card you will automatically get charged in about 30-60 days if your insurance doesn't pay immediately, which most insurances don't pay that quickly. And when your insurance does pay good luck getting a refund from CVS. There is only a nurse practioner here who is so conservative you will likely not get medicine anyway. Pay the extra money and see a real doctor at a real urgent care. This place is useless.

Worst customer service ever. The wanna be doctor gave me a 3 month DOT then told me I could get a follow up done for 30 bucks after I saw my primary now today she want all my primary doctor paperwork and she want to charge me for a full dot exam. They are liers and theives .

Checked in on screen. Said wait time would be 35 minutes. Walked over to the books, received a text saying to return, and that within 30 minutes I would be seen. I was there. After 1 hour not a person to be found. Looked up at screen and it says another 83 minutes. Finally left. If they were just honest about the wait times. So my 35 minutes original time turned out to be around 2 1/2 hours. Not worth it.
