Our doctor was not in when we needed to see a primary care doctor after being released from ER, we had an appointment with PA Carolyn Dechaine. It's the second time we were seen by her. A very knowledgeable and thoughtful person. She was very helpful and we left again feeling we were in good hands. Thank you Carolyn for seeing us on such short notice.

CenterWell is a bit of a hot mess. Originally (2024) tried to get an appointment at CW on South Decatur, but was told they couldn't schedule a new patient for four months, even though I had a 90-day prescription. CW South Rainbow could get me scheduled since they had a new physician, but now that physician has left, the physician who I scheduled an appointment with weeks in advance is now not available and that appointment is pushed back (hopefully) a week with yet another physician. In the interim, CenterWell Pharmacy has botched multiple scheduled mail prescriptions and forced me to rely on another provider for drugs. The appointments are competent and efficient, but their scheduling is so tight that getting one can be a challenge.

too difficult to get information, keep screwing up my labs, can't ever get on the portal to complain or get help with portal, can't get help from the office with this problem ! terribly frustrating dealing with the lack of communication !

On behalf of my father, V. Jimenez, I would love to leave you a good review.
We switched his primary care physician when he was diagnosed with stage iv bile duct cancer. His previous physician was not proactive on getting care and treatment. So when we swapped and hadn’t met the physician, we were pleasantly surprised they had already referred our dad to a specialist we hadn’t seen before. We gained so much confidence from the doctors here and never once had to chase them on anything.
My dad passed away in January and we received a very touching card of condolences from the staff. I wish we all had more time and care from this office.

I can’t recommend this office enough! Both of my parents come here and see different specialists, my mom sees PAC Carolyn Dechaine, she is beyond amazing, my mother is beyond grateful to have her. My dad sees Dr. Fihn who is so caring and patient with my father. The care they receive is phenomenal!!! The entire team is always there for them, even accommodating same day emergencies when needed. The office is clean, well organized, and the staff is amazing something that’s extremely rare in Las Vegas. I’m so grateful to have found this office for my parents.

I just switched insurance and I was given a choice of Dr's from humans and I picked centerwell because it was close,my visit was very good, friendly staff and the Dr seemed very good, a lot of questions and we talked about medication, I take pain medication because I need a knee replacement and I take alprazolam for my anxiety, he said he would take care of it and I left. It's now over a week and I received my pain medication but not my anxiety medication. I called the office several times and so has humana and as of today the Dr has not sent the authorization in for the anxiety medication. I've been taking the same medication since April and now it's a problem. DO I CHANGE DR'S OR INSURANCE COMPANIES. Not very happpy

Somehow they got the information for my dead husband. He has never lived in this state or at this address. When I called to get corporate information I have been hung up on, given wrong numbers and placed on hold until after an hour I hung up. There has obviously been a security breach and instead of addressing it HUMANA who owns Centerwell prefers to just ignore what they have done. I cannot get a corporate number or the name of a CEO or any C level executive. This is the state of privacy and our medical records. No security and no responsibility

CenterWell has made good on its promise to provide quality and attentive medical care in an inviting facility that is spotlessly clean containing state of the art equipment. The entire staff is competent, welcoming, pleasant and efficient. The 24-hour telemedicine availability, supported by a comprehensive online patient portal, is an outstanding benefit for someone with multiple medical issues.
I also appreciate the ease of making appointments, the onsite lab testing services, and the focus on senior citizen medical care.
CenterWell Senior Primary Medical Care has exceeded my expectations.

The finest clinic I have ever been to!! .My PA is top notch!! The assistant was knowledgeable and caring, The facility is warm and inviting. They have a beautiful, waiting area with snacks, drinks, magazines, and it's decorated!!
They have a Quest phlebotomist on site and can do your echocardiogram there, as well. They even have an activity room!
All questions are answered, and I leave strongly believing I have gotten the finest care in Las Vegas. Thank you!

I recently switched to Centerwell Senior prime care Spring Valley for my 1st visit with Dr. Rosemarie Carandang. On July 5th. I was told to fast since they do their own blood work, but wasn't informed that I could have gone to Quest Diagnostics for my blood work.
First of all the PA (Trinity) who also tried to get my blood had to call a more experienced person to take my blood because she couldn't find my vein which I never had this problem with Quest Diagnostics.
I have been going to Quest Diagnostics for the past 20 years and never had this problem which also caused bruises in my arm.
The doctor then asked me where to send my prescription meds (Centerwell Pharmacy) which after 3 weeks was never sent and I had to call Centerwell Pharmacy to get the prescription.
I was also told to download and install the portal app (Healow) just like my previous PP in order to be able to see my records, appointments, test results etc. Which I did but found it to be useless:
1. You can send messages to the location that you went to but Noone replies to them.
2. The test results are still unavailable after more than 3 weeks.

Unless these concerns are addressed ASAP, I might look for another provider.

The moment I walked through the doors I felt like I had been coming to this place for quite some time. Everyone made me feel very comfortable everyone took the time out to ask me questions about how I feel and they answered my questions. Dr Finn made me feel very comfortable and he was very thorough.
