Physical therapistDescription
You train with purpose, and when your body’s not firing right, you feel it. I’m a sports-focused physical therapist using Fascial Manipulation® based on the Stecco method to target the fascia—the connective tissue that drives movement and performance. Fascia holds tension and transmits force, but restrictions can limit strength, mobility, and recovery. Through precise hands-on work and movement strategies, we tackle the root cause, not just the symptoms. Let’s get your body gliding, not grinding.

I cannot thank Mike enough for the incredible work he did on my husband’s leg. Before seeing Mike, my husband was dealing with constant pain. Thanks to his expertise, my husband's pain is finally gone, and he is able to walk long distances again without any discomfort.
Mike is an absolute professional with a fantastic, positive attitude. He truly cares about his patients and gets real results. If you are looking for help, anyone and everyone should go see Mike!

Mike Edwards is truly one of a kind. He has worked with me, my wife, and even my mom—and in every case, he's been incredibly flexible, understanding, and most importantly, effective.
I originally started seeing Mike for some nagging aches and pains, and I was blown away by how innovative his approach to physical therapy is. He used a mix of dry needling and trigger point therapy—techniques I hadn’t tried before—and the results were amazing. There’s nothing quite like that moment when a muscle jumps during treatment and you feel that instant wave of relief. It’s wild… and it works.
Another story that really stands out: My mom was visiting from out of town to help with our newborn, and she needed to continue PT for her broken shoulder while she was here. Mike stepped in seamlessly, gave her excellent care, and then went above and beyond by calling her regular PT back home. He gave a detailed update on her progress and even shared additional recovery suggestions. That kind of thoughtfulness and professionalism is rare.
We’re all so grateful to have found Mike. I can't recommend him—and My Movement PT—highly enough.

Years ago I had real injuries to my knee and shoulder that I couldn’t seem to get rid of no matter what. I had gone through physical therapy, and even traveled internationally for stem cell therapy and never got better.
I was fortunate enough to get referred to Mike and he had both issues resolved in less than 6 weeks! Mike really thinks outside the box and can diagnose/fix issues you would never think of. Any time I ever have a small injury I go to him confident it’ll be resolved in a short amount of time.
He is not only an expert at repairing the body but at maintaining it responsibly to prevent further injuries. He is always furthering his education and implementing new techniques like fascia manipulation into his sessions. I wouldn’t recommend going to anyone else!

As a coach and long time athlete with eight knee surgeries under my belt I have experienced the gamut of health care and Physical Therapists.
I can say this with confidence: I'm not sure I'd be walking today if it weren't for Mike Edwards.
In treating me after some real complications with a knee surgery Mike identified and diagnosed a real deficiency in my recovery which put in place an emergency surgery to try and save my mobility. Had the problem gone unrecognized for much longer there wouldn't have even been the option. I didn't have a follow-up with my doctor for weeks.
Fast-forward several years later and still battling that same knee, Mike, fresh back from pasta and fascia training in Italy applied a knew treatment in his cozy new office.
I laid on the table, three weeks post-op from another surgery and when I got up from the table everything had changed. I told Mike that I walked in 3 weeks post-op and walked out 6 weeks post-op. That's how much relief and mobility I got from a single treatment.
What I love about Mike is he's the perfect version of a health care practitioner... he's been in the game long enough to have seen so much and handled so many cases, but he's young enough that he's always pushing, learning, finding new ways to bring efficacy to a care plan.
If you've had surgery, an injury, or are just trying to get better in any way, My Movement should be your first stop.
