I usually dread going to the dentist—I’m definitely a bit of a "nervous Nelly" in the chair. But my experience here was genuinely different from the start. The office is clean, modern, calm, and clearly equipped with the latest dental technology; it’s obvious Dr. Naylor prioritizes staying up-to-date.
Above all, the staff was incredibly warm, kind, and patient. They let me settle in at my own pace and never made me feel rushed, ignored, or like an inconvenience—which unfortunately has been my experience at a lot of offices around Vegas.
I came in to fix a back molar that had failed less than a year after another dentist worked on it. Dr. Naylor took care of the decay and placed a permanent crown all in the same day. The whole appointment took about three hours, which felt incredibly fast for that level of care.
I waited two weeks to write this review just to make sure everything settled well, and the work has held up beautifully with zero issues. I’m so relieved to say I think I’ve finally found my forever dental office. A huge thank you to Dr. Naylor and the amazing team!

I recently moved to Las Vegas and was looking for a new dentist. Well, I have my forever dentist. From the receptionist (Amanda) to Natasha (insurance POC) everyone is extremely courteous and professional. The facility was super clean and inviting. My dental hygienist was Amy. Amy made me feel like I was her only patient for the day. Amy spent almost two hours with me. Amy provided the best cleaning of my life, and I am 60 years old. I highly recommend Naylor Family Dental and Implant Center.

I like this dentist office. Amanda was very friendly and courteous. My hygienist Lindsey(?) was my angel sent from heaven. She was very conscious of my issues that I have with doing dentist procedures and was careful to my sure I was comfortable. I am extremely disappointed with how this situation was handled. I scheduled a new patient cleaning appointment two months in advance and provided my insurance information at that time. At no point was I informed that my insurance was not accepted. To be told just two days before my appointment that you “just checked” and do not take my insurance is completely unacceptable.

As a military family, we relocate frequently and have been through multiple duty stations. In all of our experiences, dental offices have always verified insurance upfront and communicated clearly if there was an issue. This is the first time we have encountered such poor coordination and lack of accountability.

What is even more concerning is the way I was treated when I called to address this. The office manager was dismissive and rude, suggesting that it was my responsibility to know which providers accept my insurance. That is not how professional offices operate—especially when you had my insurance information

We are part of a large military community that depends on reliable and respectful healthcare services. It is extremely disheartening to see military families treated this way, particularly when many of us rely on providers to guide us through coverage during frequent relocations.
I will be sure to Inform all Reserve and Active duty segments at Nellis Air Force Base so that they are aware.

This experience reflects poorly not only on your office’s administrative practices but also on the level of respect shown to patients. I sincerely hope this feedback is taken seriously and that changes are made to ensure better communication and professionalism moving forward.

I arrived 5 minutes early my hygienist was ready for me. Great teeth cleaning and exam by Dr. Naylor. No waiting whatsoever. Love the service they provide and highly recommend them.

To date this experience is probably the most enjoyable time for me in going to the dentist. I can think of many places I'd rather be than in the dentist chair, but I value health and good dental care contributes to that bottom line. In spite of the discomfort, fears and anxiety I felt, I showed up. So while honoring my appointment time, I was well greeted and well treated. I know the technician told me her name but I do not remember it.
I was so on edge, I just want to rip the arms off the chair. However she did an awesome job at keeping me comfortable during the treatment. I can't thank you enough to you for having her on your staff. I continue to be grateful for today's visit experience. Thank you all!

My experience today at Dr. Naylor office was GREAT! I was able to get started on my implant and restoration plan! He has the best bedside manner for a very anxiety ridden patient! His staff if awesome! They all care soooo much about each person they are seeing! I love them all so much for how they have helped me today!

I really appreciate Dr. Naylor and his staff. They are personable, prompt, and care. A few months ago, my tooth cracked a few days before I was supposed to go on vacation. Dr. Naylor opened his office the next day (the day his office was scheduled to be closed) and I walked out of there a few hours later good as new, with a crown. They go out of their way for their patients. I am happy to have found him!
