Had a wisdom tooth that was partially impacted. The oral surgeon assessed it, explained why it needed to come out now rather than later, and removed it the following week. The procedure was under local anesthesia and I didn't feel pain during it. Minor swelling for 2 days then completely normal.

Seems like alot of the reviews are the same. Super unprofessional front desk staff. First time I came in with my husband the entire time I waited listening to the ladies at the front desk talk about patients. Like "this one has her nose done, this one her butt'. Even went as far as pulling pictures up of the patients. Texting on their phones which is a patient privacy concern not sure why it's allowed. Second time I'm sitting here listening to the dental assistant talking bad about my husband because she doesn't realize who I am, and he doesn't want both sides of his mouth numb at the same time, they told him they are pulling all the teeth he needs extracted at once or not at all! Guess customer is always right isn't something they take to here. Highly dissatisfied. The feel is a super low budget place. Not sure why they continue having such horrible front office staff.

The doctors and staff here are absolutely amazing! I’ve been coming here for three years, and every experience has been excellent. I recently came in for a cleaning and left with no pain or discomfort. Everyone is friendly, professional, and caring, and I’ve been extremely happy with all the dental work they’ve done for me. I took my kids in for an appointment. They did x-rays , took them back , looked in their mouths and only put fluoride on their teeth. This office is very unprofessional. THEY NEVER CLEANED MY KIDS TEETH BUT YET THEY BILLED THE INSURANCE AS A CLEANING. They never get us in on time. They send out text messages to come in early and when we get there the whole waiting room is packed and hot. The front desk is also rude as hell. Save your time and go somewhere else. ALSO one of the dentist tried breaking my back tooth on purpose. She didn’t even clean my teeth properly, I had to tell the dental assistant and she cleaned my teeth a little more. Never going back again. This is the worst office I ever been to. The AC doesn’t even work properly in the waiting room. All they want is money and they don’t take health serious.

The dr with dark hair couldn't finish my root canal she left an instrument inside my tooth, I had to go finish the root canal with an specialist had to pay more than $600 plus the pain in my jaw for 2 weeks couldn't sleep without oxicodon pills it was terrible. My husband also had job done the the filling came out, I called them and they said he didn't do it there, but it was. Also the girls working in the front act like if they own the place, when it comes to fix something they are helpless. I was late they call me, I got here 15 minutes later, they denied treatment so I had to collect my money back more than 800 hundred. Plus they're not refunding what I pay cash.

I haven’t had no good experience here !!! I never leave bad reviews . This is the first time I leave a bad review . I don’t like doing that ! I came in for a cleaning. . Got scheduled for a fill . I came in a week later for the fill . I waited almost 2 hours . So I decided to reschedule . I’m in here today . I got taken to the back . Waited an hour . Got numbed , and it’s been over 35 min waiting . I asked what’s going on and they told me if I want to reschedule !! I’m so Angry . I have a numbed mouth and the dr hasn’t came in . I’m trying to get them fixed so I called and then they just get me to feel like it’s all my fault. so beware don’t leave without your dentures being perfect. My daughter has been coming here for braces for about ten months and honestly the emotional difference in her confidence is just as noticeable as the physical results. Before treatment, she hated smiling because of gaps and crowding in her front teeth. The orthodontic assistants have been incredibly patient with her during every visit, especially during the beginning when she was nervous about pain. One adjustment appointment took longer because she got anxious halfway through, but nobody rushed her or acted irritated. The office atmosphere feels friendly without seeming fake or overly scripted. Her teeth are aligning beautifully already and she recently smiled with her mouth open in school photos for the first time in years. That alone made the investment feel worth it for our family.

The nurses and the doctor were very kind, professional, and attentive during my visit. They made me feel comfortable and well cared for, and I appreciate their good treatment.

Having the worst experience in my life with this dentist office, they agreed to take out a tooth that they know they cannot take out. It needs to be surgically removed but yet said they could and charge me $160 For a wisdom tooth that needs to be surgically removed. The dentist almost broke my jaw. I recently called to schedule dental appointments for my children and unfortunately had a very unpleasant experience with the front desk. I was trying to confirm insurance information because their father may have dental coverage for them. While I was texting him to verify the information, the representative placed me on mute. When I tried to get her attention by calling her name, she never responded.

After confirming that my children did not have other insurance, I called back to continue scheduling the appointment. The staff then stated they didn’t know who had spoken with me earlier, even though there appeared to only be two people working at the front desk.

I completely understand that insurance verification is part of the process, but the way the situation was handled felt dismissive and unprofessional. Communication and customer service are very important, especially when parents are trying to arrange healthcare appointments for their children.

I hope the office can work on improving their customer service so future patients feel respected and heard.

Long story short just don’t go here. The Asian dentist I saw here is the worst. I can’t tell you the headaches I’ve been through after he treated me not once but TWICE. Over a course of three months and many dentists, specialists, a ton of pain meds, antibiotics, and a couple thousand dollars later I finally have relief. I needed a root canal and he refused to do it for whatever reason. He did drill deep into my root though hitting a nerve attempting to do a filling. I could have lost my whole tooth and had a major life threatening infection due to his negligence.

This is the most unprofessional unorganized dentist ive taken my child to. I’ve taken my son to multiple appointments and he never sees the same dentist, they’re never on the same page. I’m not sure what notes are actually being taken and read during his appointments because the staff is always confused. My 2 year old had a tooth extraction scheduled two different occasions that never happened. RUTH ALVEREZ came into my son’s appointment very rude and was trying to rush through the information she was giving me. Anytime i questioned Anything she said she offered to cancel my son’s Appointment . To the point where I had to ask her why do you keep asking too i want To cancel i keep declining that. She said she was going to get her manager, ultimately that resulted in her refusing to do my son’s procedure. It didn’t feel like she wanted to do it to begin with and i would Never reccommend letting anyone with that energy near any child’s mouth

I went because I needed dentures but also I had two teeth infected in my mouth that needed to be taken care of by the time they made me wait literally in side in the room it was too late for them to pull my teeth they didn't have enough time for me and it wasn't even 12 yet. I am not one to write a review on a first visit however the first visit was a dental experience that was as great as the third one. Navigating Insurance can be overwhelming and sometimes a fruitless endeavor. This was not the case with being a patient of Nevada Dentistry and Braces located on Eastern Ave. The young ladies, Karen, Erica, Roseland, Melissa that greeted me on my entry to the office was welcoming, professional and warm. This review does not include all of the young ladies however there were many more making a dental visit painless. With the paperwork done and the on hands on approach of contacting my insurance to confirm my eligibility the next step was as pleasurable and as nice of a dental experience. William did my X-Rays and reviewed them with me. He was open to the questions I asked and provided laymen answers. I tensed up with the entry of the dentist Dr. Tram but the tension was not necessary and a waste of energy on my part. Dr. Tram proceeded to review the x-rays while keeping me in the loop of her thoughts about my dental care and the course of what needed to be done. THANK YOU Dr. Tram. With the exit of Dr. Tram, William who not only did my x-rays but was co-piloting with Dr. Tram again answered many questions that I had. Thanks William from visit 1 to visit 3 your fielding of my questions from the teeth to the insurance was point on and greatly appreciated.

Dr. David is super nice and really made me feel comfortable. I ended up having to have Them knock me out for my procedure to remove most of my teeth. There was an extremely long wait, even though I had an appointment, but they did warn you in the paperwork that it could be 3 to 4 hours that you would be there so I wasn’t surprised that it took 2 1/2 hours after my appointment time to be brought in the back. But like I said they Did warn me multiple times that I could be there for hours. When he put the IV in, he did it very fast and accurately I was very impressed because I’ve never had an IV in my right arm Or hand before. But he got it done super fast. So I was grateful for that. The next thing I knew I was waking up and they Put me in a wheelchair and took me out and exit that I hadn’t seen before where my daughter Was sitting right in front waiting for me. The after appointment instructions were very clear. I still have to go back in to be checked to make sure I’m healing Correctly and then I’ll go back in again to be fitted for my new teeth. I can’t wait! I will Update this review once I’m finished And I’ll add pictures. All in all it was a great experience thank you Doctor David and your staff! ****UPDATE***
Well it’s been 9 long months! The excellent staff has been great every step of the way. Dai was the main person who took care of me and helped me make my dentures fit just right. She always talk to me and explained everything. Just such a wonderful person.
The best advice I could give you if you have to get dentures is to WAIT at least six months to get fitted for them. I know it’s hard to do, but they won’t fit right because the swelling in your mouth takes months to go down. If you do it right the first time it’ll be worth the wait. I now know this from experience.

This was my first visit here and unfortunately it did not feel like a proper dental cleaning. I hadn’t had a cleaning in over a year, yet the entire appointment felt extremely rushed. The dentist only did a very quick visual check (no probing or scraping), and the “cleaning” itself consisted of a brief toothpaste polish without any scaling or removal of buildup.

The appointment took about 15–20 minutes total, with the X-rays taking longer than the actual cleaning. My teeth did not feel noticeably cleaner afterward, and no gum evaluation or discussion of buildup was done.

I was also recommended braces during this visit, which was surprising given that no thorough exam or cleaning was performed and I’ve never had braces recommended to me before.

Insurance covered the visit, but since cleanings are limited per year, it’s frustrating to feel like a benefit was used without receiving a full service. I was expecting a more thorough and professional experience and left feeling disappointed.

Had deep cleaning done there on my left side quads few months ago and i had a feeling that the time spent on my deep clean was rushed through. I was still feeling sensitivity after a week. I Had to made 2nd appt to go back for the follow up. The same dentist who did my deep cleaning said there was nothing else left to do and wrote me a prescription for the toothpaste for treatment. A month later, i found an opening at CSN Dental Hygiene Center. It was determined by three different instructors that i needed deep cleaning on all 4 quads during initial orientation. I knew it right then that nevada dentritry & brance dentist did a poor job on my deep cleaning. It was wasted of time and money spent for nothing.

I chipped one of my tooth’s and they wanted to replace 2 of them which one of them is intact and they wanted to”relplace it”. In my perspective they are just trying to make more money when I can get one replace.

Today I had my first visit here at the office and Dai was my lead assistant she was very professional she took time to comfort me listen to my concerns she was patient and when we are scared that what we need more ppl like her she made me feel really comfortable during my appointment I thank you Dai i recommend her 5stars thank you for listening to me cry about being scared to get my tooth pulled you took good care of me

They promote payment plan but only split your payment in 2 the day of your 1st appointment and the follow up for whatever service you need I got a bridge done and the inner edge feels sharp and rough.
