Been coming here for a while now, and I didn't realize it was a full medical practice! Dr. Singh is awesome! Very straightforward, no bs and personable. Erica is so great, she's extremely efficient, super friendly, and any question or concerns she is on it! I had go in recently and due to my schedule I couldn't see Dr. Singh, so I had to see the new PA Jimmy instead, equally great! Very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Dr Singh is my doctor and he is the best, most knowledgeable and thorough doctor that I’ve ever had in the last 55 years of my adult life.
The staff are, first off, friendly but they are also knowledgeable, kind, and efficient even when I call for help or advice.

As a patient who followed this practice from its previous location, I appreciate the dedication of the new team and some familiar faces in meeting my needs. I am genuinely happier with the current physicians and management and love the services offered, including vitamin shots, cosmetic treatments, and basic medical care for minor illnesses. They do my annual blood work and then I can get a cosmetic treatment at the same place! The staff is both sincere and highly professional, which I value greatly. The cosmetic team excels in lip injections and Botox, with many clients leaving looking fantastic, thanks to their expertise in anti-aging solutions. They stay updated on new technology and weight loss programs, and I’ve noticed many male patients as well. While they don't accept all insurance, their concierge-style service suits my busy lifestyle. I hold Trimcare in high regard and appreciate how the new ownership has enhanced their services. Now I remember why I stopped coming here. The folllow up service is so terrible that I had to call 3 times to get a response.

After attempting to get a hold of the doctor for something that could've been so easy to do. I gave up on them. Their only solution was for me to pay for another doctor visit, to see another doctor who works there. At the same location... CRAZY, right?

Thank God I was able to see one of the original doctors who no longer works at Trim Care.

He saw me the same day, and my prescription got filed the same week.

I almost never write reviews but this place is bad! I would take zero health advice from these people! Extremely unprofessional, lady was sitting next to some McDonalo while she's having me take off the blood pressure machine because she was too lazy to actually do her job.
Front desk girl also very unprofessional and passive and seem likes she hates her job. Basically very bad customer service, and a very messy, unkept office! I walked out and honestly wouldn't recommend to anyone

Haven’t had a great experience so far with scheduling an appointment. I’m a new patient and the scheduler scheduled me for a day that their office was closed. I took pto time off to attend my appointment to find out they were closed. That was my first experience. I just called back to schedule and appointment and got left on hold for 15 minutes and then hung up on. This is not a good impression for a new patient. I had to move from Vegas to the Bay area and still come see Dr. Chancellor each month as no one is comparable to the level of service and expertise he and his entire staff have. Doctor Goldsmith is amazing!! I have been seeing him for a good part of 7 years now and he always knows exactly what I need to help me feel good and get fit.

I had to take 3 years off his care to handle a hysterectomy and some cancer issues and during those 3 years I felt awful and gained almost a 100 pounds!

Now I am back under his care and feeling great again! I'm dropping the weight and getting healthy again!

I haven't had the same experiences that other reviewers have had so I really feel fortunate.

Every time I've seen doctor Goldsmith he's been very professional and has been very knowledgeable about my hormone imbalance my cortisol levels and how to help me lose my weight and keep it under control.

He has always listened to my concerns he's never been rude or cut me off and he's always asked me very thorough questions to make sure we've covered all our bases and every appointment.

I disagree with their policy to allow certain people called VIPs to esentially cut the line. I had to sit waiting for over an hour despite the fact that he was treating me for backpain made worse by sitting for long periods of time. I will not return.

Very happy with how awesome the staff is! They remember my name when I walk in the door which is something you don't see anymore. They just make you feel comfortable and when you have a question about anything they will take their time to sit and explain everything. They are popular so sometimes you have to wait to get an appointment but that is always a good thing. If you expect to walk into a hair salon and get an appointment you will get a bad haircut.

Worst Dr. Office in town. I wish I would have checked yelp before going to Dr. G. If you go to yelp you can look at the reviews and see for yourself. If you look at a lot of the reviews here on google they are posted by the staff or by people who do not have many reviews so more than likely they are friends with the doctors or staff. When you go on yelp you can see that the reviews are real by real people and the ones that aren't real are flagged. So like I said i wish I would have done my research before going to this Dr. He was the worst Dr. I have ever seen and i will be filing a complaint about him to the board . Also, just checked. five of the reviews on google are from people working there so not very accurate.

Dr Goldsmith was TWO HOURS behind. I got there at 12:15 didn't leave until 2pm. The front desk was rude and instead of apologizing or thanking me for waiting they said that a long wait is "how it is" in their office. Dr Goldsmith didnt take any consideration about mt my pain and he hurt me when he pulled my legs after I told it hurt he kept pulling them. He was all over the place back and forth said he would be back and left me in the office when we were done...thinking he would be back which was another wait for me. I heard him He did not look at my medical records or chart even though they need to have it in order to perscribe. He didn't let me explain my medical conditions instead he kept interupting me when I was explaining them to him. He made me do a drug test for a non-narcotic pain reliever.
Which made my bill even bigger. When I didn't have enough money for the visit the office manager talked to me upon my request and said they would just DENY me service threatening to take my perscription away that I can go to a different office. After we came to a considerable price after arguing I got my perscription and they got their money which was more than originally told over the phone. Before my visit, they said they would cut the cost in half and denied to do so after the visit. I then asked the front desk lady if she understands that we are patients with medical conditions and threatening to take away care is upseting she then replied by saying they can still do it too...as if she was going to deny me service that moment foe me saying that...(denying service is what they what they called "discharge") I hope I never return to this office. The front desk lady rolled her eyes at me and had blank rude look on her face and the office "manager" didn't even make eye contact with me. You see...it's all about MONEY at this clinic. The doctor was way late and sloppy. One of the worst doctor visits I have ever had!

Last week I had the pleasure of visiting Dr Goldsmith and the TrimCare family in Las Vegas. They welcomed me in and made me feel like part of the family :-) After spending several hours there working with the staff to train them on the Pathway Genomics DNA genetic testing I got a chance to see how much care Dr Goldsmith puts into the treatment of his patients. Called office to get some information on the HCG diet, like how long would I be on it and the costs. I was quickly told I could come in for a free consultation. I nicely explained that I just needed some information to help me decide if I wanted to do this and I found some good reviews online about them. I didn't want waste anyone's time, including mine if this was something I couldn't do. I was quickly put on hold, then she took my name and number and was told a counselor would call me back in about 10-15 minutes. Needless to say, she couldn't get me off the phone fast enough and NO ONE called me back! Wow, what a horrible way to treat someone! And they didn't even know anything about me! Thanks Trimcare for making my decision an easy one!! I wouldn't even CONSIDER your clinic now! If this is the way your treat people based on your perception, I'm sure you'll lose even more customers!

If you want to lose weight safely with a Doctor who cares about your health, go to TrimCare. Dr G is the best. Most patients are successful on his program. For the few who are not successful, he switches them to a different program more tailored to their needs until they achieve their goals. I regret never personally trying the program while I worked for him. Since I trust him more than anyone, I may become a patient someday anyway. The staff is pretty amazing too. Even though I no longer work there, they survived without me, lol.
