I would like to say that my visit to Nevada Eye clinic was awesome. The staff was nice and friendly. I had to wait a little bit but that was ok because when I finally got to see Dr Ryan Peterson everything was alright. He has a great personality. He came in the room with a wonderful greeting. A great smile introduced himself and explained everything about my visit. These days it’s hard to find a good doctor but I found mine in Dr Ryan Peterson.

Pros: Ms. Tina was the only person with any type of compassion in the entire place. Ms. Ana was the only person who smiled, greeted, and introduced herself

Cons: The front office is rude and entitled. No customer service; in fact, quite the opposite. The next people who did the first part of my eye exam, did not introduce themselves, were short, and even sounded annoyed to be there.

The check out and scheduling people were kind to me. Although I witnessed the "next window" people being rude and condescending to other patients.

I will not be returning, and I do not feel as if I can refer any of my own patients, friends, or family to this location .

Highly recommend. They were able to accommodate a last minute appt for my dad. The staff was friendly, professional and very attentive to his needs. They treated me like the President's wife! no waiting and I was never alone for more than two minutes! The entire process moved like a silk scarf i a gentle breeze, and I saw Dr. Lee twice! He needed to run more tests and they did it then, I did not have to make another appointment. My time was respected. They acted like I was the only patient, yet there were so many. This was the first time I had visited to Nevada Eye Physicians. I had a very positive experience.

The check in process was very easy and I had a short wait to see the doctor.

The whole staff that I interacted with was very friendly and professional including Dr. Singh and the Physician's assistant who I first interacted with.

Dr Singh quickly diagnosed the condition and prescribed the perfect remedy. Once I started using the medication I started feeling better and continue to feel better.

Dr. Zamora and Dr Singh are professional thru and thru. Dr. Zamora found that I have Catracts in about two minutes. My Optometrist, that I saw three months ago never said anything about Cataracts. I couldn't figure out why my new glasses weren't working for me. Now I know! Dr. Singh, well I'm trusting him with the Cataract surgery and I'm really glad to have him in my corner! I had a 12:15 pm appointment scheduled as a followup to prior appointment. i arrived at 12:00 pm incase any more forms needed to be completed. i checked-in immediately and sat down, to watch everyone prepare to go to lunch, then go! No one even acknowledge me! To even ask who i was there to see before they left, one the employees remaining never asked who i was waiting to see. 12:15, 12:30 As employees stared to return, one notice me. She ask, who i was there to see, then went into a office. Once she came out all she was said is “i see yu checked in” and went on about going to lunch room with her lunch. 12:45p i went to reception desk to ask why it was taking so long. i was then asked what i was there for and who i was there to see! I was told, oh they have to wait for visual field machine to warm up! i said you scheduled me for 12:15 the last appt. its 12:45. ( the machine should have been ready at 12:15, right!) i need to reschedule because i have another appt i will most likely miss if i wait any longer to get started with this appointment. i had a visual field & a dilation to have done. She proceeded to try and make me feel bad by saying that the next appointment available was not until May; two months later and that will throw off my evaluation schedule! It was not my fault, i was there on time for my appointment! I guess a scheduled appointment has no importance for the patient, its only a time for you to come in and wait until they get ready to see you. Yes i was upset that my time as a patient is not important! I have not ever missed or showed up late for any of my appointments. But have been scheduled for even the wrong procedure that did through off my required eye checks again not my fault!

We are so excited for Dr. Lopez’s brand-new location! My daughter has been seeing Dr. Lopez since she was six years old, and she is now 14. He is by far her favorite doctor ever. She genuinely gets excited for her appointments with him.

First they canceled my appointment and wanted to move it out three months. When I said no they offered a different doctor. When I arrived tgey charged me $170, although I had previously been told it would be $50. Then I learned they gave me an optometrist instead of an ophthalmologist. Finally the optometrist couldn’t tell me if my cataracts needed surgery or could wait. Instead he asked whether they were changing my lifestyle. He also wouldn’t tell me how much my eyes changed from my current prescription.i am waiting for a reply to a complaint I filed.

Although they quickly took me back to be assessed after checking in, I felt like cattle being herded into a gate. I requested a thorough eye exam, the tech who actually evaluated my eye and performed all the testing except the last exam was confused. She initially thought I was there only for one exam and not all. I did not like the impersonal feeling I received from the office. As previously mentioned, I felt like a number and not a person/patient. In fact the Dr was calling me by the wrong name….he was rushed did not explain procedure until I asked and I had many questions. He seemed annoyed when I voiced my concerns. I was not impressed

As a patient of Center For Sight for many years, I have high expectations. Patient shouldn’t have to wait over a half hour to be seen. I understand people are overworked, but I don’t see any reason that you can’t be pleasant and friendly to. Issues were found but no offer of ways to ratify them. I think NV Eye can do so much better. Definitely do not get a glasses Rx here. The Rx they gave me is entirely wrong and they were super rude about it so I ended up going back to my optometrist and had to pay for a second eye exam. Total waste of time and money! Stick to the optometrist for glasses.

I had only gone here to get an issue checked out and they said they could do the vision test too. After I got home, I realized the prescription they wrote was extremely different from my previous one, so I tried calling several times and going in to ask about it. No one would return my call for weeks. I called again and finally spoke with a woman who was very rude. She very adamantly told me no my prescription was not very different. I told her it was because I have the previous Rx on paper right in front of me. She just kept telling me I was wrong so I had her read the previous Rx that they claimed to have measured from my glasses and it was completely different from what I have on paper. She then implied that my glasses must have been made incorrectly. How would my old glasses have been made incorrectly at the time but they somehow accidentally match my new prescription that they just wrote a year later? That doesn't even make sense. So I went back to my previous optometrist, and they confirmed that yes the glasses do in fact match my old Rx, not the Rx they made up, and yes my new Rx is only slightly stronger, nowhere close to anything they had prescribed. So I have no idea where they came up with any of those numbers. And then to be rude on top of it as if I'm the one that's stupid when it was obviously their error. And now I'm also getting billed extra for the pointless vision exam which no one even informed me was going to be a separate charge. All to see the actual opthamologist for about ten seconds.

Edit: They did not "try to contact me" like they say. I have no voicemails or missed calls. I guess they just say that to sound better on their reviews. I tried contacting them and can't get a hold of anyone. I tried disputing the extra charge as well, but they basically told me there's no point. They said I could try to talk to an officer manager but that it would be basically impossible to get a hold of anyone without driving down there. They also said they have it on record that my Dr spoke to me on the phone about my Rx which is completely a lie.

This office operates very efficiently. Once you check-in at the touch screen kiosk, if necessary you're pleasantly greeted and necessary information gathered to begin your visit. Each person I encountered was very professional and considerate. I had a thorough explanation of the differences in cataract surgeries by Dr. Singh. The measurements were efficiently coordinated and done. I don't recall all their names - Mario, Nicole, Star & Maritza and a couple others I rate the team 5 Stars and I'm a retired medical professional, so I'm not just saying this because they seemed likable! Was asked questions. Did nice testing, Dr saw me. My eyes were dilated and none asked who was driving me home and did not give me dark glasses to wear. Went outside and sun was brutal on my eyes. My experience with the Durango office was disappointing. I drove three hours to pick up my father and drive across town in morning traffic. The appointment was two hours! Found out they left my dad setting there for the majority of the time! You left a 75 year old handicapped individual setting there after you called him back to the back waiting area. And to top everything off we have to return for more photos of the eyes. Apparently the first photos were not acceptable for the doctor. Very disappointed in the lack of communication and service.

I was there yesterday for my eye exam, was not happy with my experience, waited for 1 hour past my appointment time, then I had a adverse reaction to the eye drops, and passed out in my chair! Your medical staff DID NOTHING!

They just walked by and peeked at me, no medical attention, whatsoever, luckily, I have a nurse that traveled with me, She took the initiative to look for a vital machine, and monitor me, until I came around.

I was very disappointed and livid with my last visit on 9/5/2025. I normally see Dr Gassen. This time I was seen by Dr Surjeet Singh I think . At least, that’s what it says on the prescription. He did not introduce himself as he entered the exam room. I advise him that my vision was getting worse. I mentioned to him that I had experienced two episodes of broken blood vessels in my right eye and inquired about the cause of my condition ? I found him to be dismissive on the subject matter until I brought it up again. I also advised him that my eye glass prescription had expired and I needed a new prescription to get new glasses. He did not check my vision and said there is usually little to no change from the last prescription and that they will give me an update prescription. I specifically said I need the prescription for distance. I get the prescription and I immediately take it to the optometrist to get my new glasses before my insurance expires. I picked the glasses up the same day and noticed that the vision was off. The optometrist tries to tell me to give it a week to get use to them. I said no. This is not the right prescription. It’s blurry. I get home and compare the recent prescription dated 12/5/2026 with my old prescription dated 8/6/2024 and discovered that I was given a prescription for computer use. This is the second time your office has done this to me. The frist time was 9/18/24. This time I expect to be reimbursed for the expense of having my lenses redone. As this is your office error. Please have someone contact me to acknowledge my complaint.

There should be a broader time window on the check in kiosk. It should not say too soon to sign in. Couples arrive together and one shouldn't have to get in line a second time to sign in. Also, if you are having a full eye exam covered by medical insurance, you shouldn't have to forfeit your Eyemed benefit for refraction and glasses because it's the same day. This has never happened to us before.

Horrible experience we were supposed to be scheduled to see a specialist for glaucoma
During the visit the male assistant did not take the proper steps he missed the eye with the eye drops he didn't put in enough eye drops he didn't do the eye pressure test accurately. Once the Dr. Came in he had not even taken the time to view the chart asking questions as to why we were there being that he's not a glaucoma specialist he was not kind had no empathy he rushed through the visit said he didn't see any problem when my daughter can not see clearly out of her eye we have been told she has early signs of glaucoma from previous dr.'s who are no longer working at this location. Dr. Surjeet Singh was not helpful, he was rude, & as he walked out he said very rude "Next patient"! As if were were not important. I don't appreciate the way my daughter was treated unprofessionally at her appointment.

Changed location as it was closer to my work. They made no mention it was on the Centennial hospital's property. So couldn't find. Parking was awful. My appointment was @ 2:05, got called @ 3:05!! Then they told me they were going to dilate my eyes. I told them I had to drive about a half hour home. I was told oh it will Just make you light sensitive. Well I had trouble driving home, things were blurry and the lights from the cars and street lights were like being on acid. I will not go back there.

I drove 26 miles round trip for my visit. Forty minutes in this nerve racking traffic. I was told to be there 10 minutes early. I arrived about 20 minutes early. I didn't have to wait too long before I was called up only to find out that apparently the surgical department did not receive the order for my procedure and it would have to be rescheduled for the following week. Why was this only discovered at the time my procedure was supposed to be performed? This appointment had been scheduled since the 28th of July. Not real happy about how this is going but as the young folks say, "it is what it is", I guess.

I have been disappointed with the consistency of appointments being in sequence of appointments times. On the 16th of September my post opp. Appointment was at 10:30 am. I arrived at 10:15 Was finally called at 11:15. I commented to the assistant kindly, oh you are running late today. She responded with attitude, we take patients on order of appointment. Then she changed her story indicating that all post opps. We’re scheduled at 10:30. Which is not true. This is the second time this has happened to me. The assistant continues with an attitude. Dr. Gassen then came in to check on my progress, 11:30 which I had concerns because I could not see out of repaired eye. With an attitude he said well you are the only one that has had complications. My response was , then what do I do. With attitude he said I’m going to tell you. I was the last post opp. Patient, so I’m sure he just wanted to leave. Which he did as I was scheduling my appointment at the front desk for follow-up with Dr. Singh. Which was yesterday Aug.12 , 7:20am. I explained to him what has been occurring, witch concerned him . He has been extremely professional and informative regarding all aspects of the two procedures I have had. I would recommend him to anyone that asked. Kim the office manager is also wonderful, always making eye contact with a smile. My concern is the inconsistency of patients being called in order. I have heard others whispering the same thoughts. Hurry up and wait. Many of us have handicaps which sometimes makes it hard to just sit around and wait. I would think there would be a little bit of empathy and kindness from all the doctors , technicians and staff. With a smile. The bad attitude of a few can ruin the atmosphere for all. Good Luck

The doctor was ok, but the staff or the tech left a lot to be desired. I was trying to let the guy know that the eye chart was not lined up that half of it was not even on the mirror your looking into to read the letters. He then moved it but did not center it up. Then we did something else as part of the exam. Then we went back to the chart and the first letter was cut in half. He got anoid with me cause they did not have the room set up right. And just a terrible bedside manner. Not a pleasant experience at all. They also only wiped off one piece of equipment that touched my face and there were 4 all together.

Horrible practice at this place, at least if you're in your 20's. I had an eye exam because I have blurry vision in both eyes and on my paper that I got back, it said that I have 20/20 vision... Also, the doctor only took literally like 1 minute to do my eye exam, not any thoroughness. If you're scheduled to see a doctor by the name of Dr. Frank Lee, I recommend asking to reschedule with a different opthalmologist.

We have called SIX TIMES over the last 3 days because the eye tech conveniently left out an important measurement needed to order my husband’s cheaper glasses online. They have never returned the call. This place overbooks, and they don’t have enough employees onsite to call patients back when needed. I DO NOT recommend doing business with this company.
At my annual eye exam, the doctor said the cataract on my left eye is ready to be removed. I made an appointment with the surgeon to remove the cataract. The surgeon examined my eyes and said the cataract was not ready. He suggested getting eyeglasses until my cataract was ready to be removed.

Unfortunately, I purchased a pair of glasses from Nevada Eye Physicians optical department. When I received the glasses, I put them on I could not see anything. The tech said her computer was down, she’s unable to check the prescription. She said I will need to come back next week. I returned to the office on Monday. A young man in the optical department checked my glasses against the prescription. He said the glasses matched the prescription. He recommended wearing the glasses for a while to get use to them. I tried wearing the glasses I could not see with. Of course it did not help.

Once again, I returned to the office to be told I needed to make another appointment for another eye exam. This is my fifth time returning to the office for these glasses. After another eye examination, the doctor gave me a new prescription which resulted in an additional $220 to correct my lenses. I said I do not want to pay any more money for these glasses. I just want to return them. The tech that sold me the glasses said they have strict NO RETURN POLICY. She showed me where I signed the form.

Today they gave me these three unacceptable choices.
1) I keep the glasses although I cannot see anything with them.
2) Change my glasses for distance only (I need bifocals and distance)
3) Pay an additional $220 to change the lens to a “Slab Off” which is supposed to be the correct prescription.

If my original prescription had been correct and included an additional $220 I would not have purchased them.

I love taking my kids here! They know how to handle children and I love that they use numbing drops before they dilate the eyes. After my son had a really horrible first experience at a different doctor, I'm very glad that Dr. Warner could turn it around fit him yesterday. If you have siblings, just make sure you schedule it in advance so you don't wait too long. Other than that I usually don't have long wait times and am always treated respectfully. I feel that my kids are in good hands here and I love that the doc doesn't rush a diagnosis and she listens to parents' concerns. I trust her 100% and would recommend her to anyone!

They were nice. But they waited until I drove all the way down to the other side of town to read my mother's chart. And after she signed in, then they read her chart and said, "oh we're sorry, we just read your chart and you need hard contact lenses, and we only do soft contact lenses." So they had to set up a date at a different location on the opposite side of town. Oh well. I'm not upset. They were nice about it, but I just wish they could have let us know that before making such a long trip, especially with gas at $5 a gallon. Maybe next time.

Entering into the office the receptionist greeted us with a smile and and welcomed us into the office instructed us to the kiosk. My first appointment was scheduled with the wrong doctor even though they had my referral information. I had to call my healthcare provider to see if they could switch it so I wouldn’t have to miss another day of work. Loved my experience. I had went to 3 different doctors and an emergency room visit until I was finally referred to Dr. Singh. When I arrived I felt like my eye was going to fall out from the infection I suffered from. All the medicine I was prescribed wasn’t working and I was losing hope. I could have lost my sight! Don’t waste your money trying to schedule an appointment with them. They will give you the runaround, explain the same information every visit as if they did anything or any form of exam, & try to hold off everything to make you pay for your exams. I’m on my third appointment with them and every single doctor has told me the same information. See Dr. Mynt. Only for Dr. Mynt to explain the same thing their Ophthalmologist.

I was referred to see their Oculoplastic & they continued to miss inform me of my appointments. They had me go through the entire process down to the same exam I did with the doctor who referred me.
(When I did not need too, results aren’t going to change from one week, my vision wasn’t suddenly worse esp when I was referred for other reasons)

Try seeing Dr Lin near Spring Valley. Unfortunately, he does not do Oculoplastic but his team can do everything else that NV eye does and quicker. You don’t have to wait 3-4 hours before getting in for an exam (in case they schedule you for the wrong appointment)

These people are Imbeciles!!! TheY failed to give me a pair of paper eye glasses, upon completion of my visit, after putting a liquid drop in my eye to dilate my Pupil. I experienced a headache and dizziness from the brightness of the sun. Such lasted for at least a couple of hours; I had to go all the way home to PAHRUMP in that condition. Absolutely inexcusable. And, after spending approx' an hour completing the New Patient forms, 3 different people asked me some of the same questions which I already answered on the forms. (Which means: they didn't bother to read them.) I'll never go back there, and I don't recommend them to anyone reading this. The worst patient care! 3 hour wait for appointment that was set, and confirmed plus at the time office opened so was 2nd appointment of their day! I was told after 2 hours the Doc wasn't even in office yet, when he did show up he looked like he just rolled out of bed, spent 30 seconds with me, was rude and dismissive of my eye issue. Office way over charged for basic visit I had to pay $72 copay received additional $50 bill and then they coded my visit wrong so my insurance denied & they tried to charge me the $388 balance. Called to fix the issue then months later-Oct they tried to bill me again $388 and said this time it was b/c the referral from my primary was invalid?! My insurance doesn't require a referral for vision but I asked my Dr and provided NV Eye one anyway and they took it at my time of visit in Feb. They said the primary had to upload it to NV Eye system it couldn't come from me...then why did you even take it from me & say nothing AND it was over 8 months ago?! Scam artists!

Nevada Eye called me and I scheduled an appointment for my annual eye exam. When I got there , after the medical assistant reviewed my Rx etc., she told me they actually didn’t need to see me after all, because I was seeing the specialist they’d referred me to. So it was a wasted trip for me.

We love our dr but unfortunately now that he is with Nevada Eye Physicians, we will be looking elsewhere. This place overbooks, overcharges, made me wait over an hour twice in a row. After my husband posted a truthful review of his experience, we received a letter from Nevada Eye Physicians stating they were DISCONTINUING our care! Wouldn't you think that after a negative review, a company would REACH OUT and try harder to keep our business? We so appreciate the great service of small companies who cherish and appreciate their customers. Anyone know of such a place???

Large full service ophthalmology center with a very friendly and professional staff. Dr. Stradling takes his time, answers all your questions and genuinely cares about his patients. Center has state of the art equipment with well trained technicians/nurses. Highly recommend.

I had a great first visit with Dr. Gassen to get fitted for new contact lenses. He also made some changes in my new eye glass prescription from a previous eye center. My new contact lenses are great and I am seeing signs and printed materials so much more clearer and easier!

I just moved to Las Vegas a few months ago and was supposed to have eye surgery. My eye doctor here recommended this specialist in there office. I was waiting for her come in to the examination room. Once she checked me knew exactly what the doctors were going to do with my eyes, but she recommended special glasses first and if the glasses don’t work then we would have to consider surgery. I really didn’t want surgery. She was terrific and answered everything I asked with a caring doctor. I was so excited for the professionalism from NEVADA EYE CARE! Thank you!
