I am so shocked to see so many negative reviews. I did two rounds of ivf here with Nevada fertility. 2024-2025. A year start to finish. My team of staff members, Laura, Stephanie, Nas, kaide, Christine O'Bryan to name a few were always sweet and VERY patient. I had alot of anxiety/ questions and was terrified of this journey, and they always took the time to answer my millions of questions and clarified anything I didn't understand. I can understand how some patients feel they "were not given enough info" bc the girls are very busy and take some time to respond, but IF YOU ASK any questions, they ALWAYS respond. Dr. Duke from day one was very open, honest, compassionate, and reassuring, especially after my first round didn't take I was shattered.I finally got pregnant 2nd round and am so grateful for Dr. Duke and her team. I couldn't have asked for a better Dr. I want the team to know you all work so hard and your hard work and dedication to changing people's lives and help expand families is TRULY appreciated from my husband and I. I personally got the staff individual personal gifts to show them they are appreciated. I feel ppl don't pit themselves in their shoes as staff. They can only do so much and some things cannot be rushed or instant. Thank you Dr.Duke and staff. ♡ The Edsalls

My wife and I have been meaning to leave a review, but I kept putting it off. We just want to say thanks to Dr. Duke and her team, and my wife wanted to shout out Stephanie for being so friendly and comforting. We had them perform the IUI and unfortunately the 1st time was unsuccessful but they re-assured us that it may not take the 1st time and the odds increase if we decide to try again. We tried everything for years to have a child, so we decided to try the IUI again and it was a success thanks to Dr. Duke and her team. Dr. Duke actually performed the procedure the second time. It’s been 2 yrs now and we love our daughter so much. I was referred by a coworker that had an amazing experience and I’m glad we chose their clinic. I’m sorry for all the negative comments, I understand the frustration but, honestly it’s not a 100% chance that it will be successful and a lot of ppl come into to the clinic thinking that.

Whatever you do, do not go here. We started our fertility testing here and literally got ghosted. None of my results ever got posted into my patient portal. I signed Release forms and they refused to answer any emails. Their phone number and fax doesn't work. Their website is also unavailable. They took my husband's sperm and never gave us results. We went up there on a monday during normal work hours and no one was there and the lights were off. This is causing me to have to pay more money and redo testing I've already done. Im just glad they ghosted me before I was actually into the treatment process. This was a horrible experience. Please, run.

I wish I had read the reviews before going here. Please check the BBB--they are an F rating and for good reason. Like many others NFI has refused to refund my wife and I after being unable to schedule us for remote bloodwork and ultrasounds. They have now fully ghosted us after promising the refund was "being reviewed" for the last 9 months. If you do decide to use this facility--I cant stress this enough--DO NOT PAY ANYHTING IN ADVANCE.

Your care will be consistently mismanaged at this clinic.

I have worked with several fertility clinics over the years. I was warned by other doctors at other clinics about this place and didn’t listen. I wouldn’t send my worst enemy here, the number of errors they made is malpractice worthy.
