I had a great experience from the moment I checked in at the front desk. I was treated for a fungal infection on my right toe, and this was my follow up appointment. Dr. Tilton's medical assistant was excellent—she specifically asked if I had any questions and made sure to relay them directly to the doctor. Dr. Tilton said my toe was getting better and gave me great advice to continue taking my nail care vitamins and using the nail renewal solution he prescribed to keep up the progress. My very first appointment my text reminders told me to go to the wrong location. After it was discovered that I was at the wrong location I called to make sure I could still go to my appointment. I mentioned it was my first appointment. The rep told me that I have a 15 minute grace period. I drove all the way across town and right before I pulled in an office member called me, argued that I was sent the correct location, and that they couldn’t not see me because I should’ve arrived 30 minutes early.

I saw Dr. Larkin for a second opinion after ankle surgery performed on August 7 by another doctor. He was extremely thorough and diligent, carefully reviewing my surgical notes and MRI scans. Dr. Gardner is a fantastic doctor. He is very knowledgeable very caring. He treats you like a human being and he has a sense of humor. However, since this place has merged with a larger company, the management of this company is terrible. They mailed my medical information to my insurance company at my insurance companies request and somehow was found torn open and mailed to me in a clear envelope with all of my medical information in the window anyone could’ve copied all my personal information like my Social Security number and my medical history. I’ve had to put an alert on that credit file because anyone could have stolen my identity thanks to them.
And then today they had the audacity to tell me that I’m 12 days early to getting my diabetic nail care taken care of and that I would have to pay out-of-pocket for it. They told me I have to wait 63 days to get my nails taken care of by the doctor, but I did the research today and it is 60 days not 63 days. The doctor told me that he would not charge me for today’s visit, however it was already too late because I paid my co-pay before I saw him. Another thing they send you five reminder alerts over five days via emails, phone calls and texts, and I confirmed on every single one. I guess they really want to make sure you don’t miss your appointment. I’ve been a patient here for a few years. And they really push you to leave a review here it is.
So for that reason I would give this place zero stars and the doctor five stars.

I have had the most incredible experience with Las Vegas Foot & Ankle. I injured my achilles tendon requiring surgery. Dr. Tilton took the time to explain everything and answer my questions. Though I'm afraid of needles, the injections I've had to get for my cyst on my foot have not been painful. Walking with pain on the foot is the problem I've had.
They're so professional and nice. I've been going to them at least two years and I'm comfortable going there and wouldn't want to go elsewhere.
Update:
Have been going there much longer than two years now.
The treatment I get for the cyst helps. I know eventually I probably have to have the cyst surgically removed. I've been procrastinating as long as possible, having it drained.
I also have tendonitis on other foot, ankle. Getting that treated.

I saw Dr Larkin for the first time about my big toe causing a new pain that often caused me to limp. A bowling league member dropped a bowling ball on it about 35 years ago which caused the nail to grow sideways instead of straight and so I have an ingrown toenail that I have babied for many years, but this was a new pain. After three x-rays, Dr Larkin showed me I have arthritis in both joints and some not-so-serious-at-this-time bone spurs. We will wait until October to fix the ingrown toenail so I can continue swimming while it's warm. He's giving me an RA med for the bad times and a salve for a dry condition on the skin. I will also continue to use original Listerine soaked cotton ball in a rubber toe cover to attack the condition. Dr Larkin is very gracious and easy to talk to. He listens to every word and is open to my home remedy and never treated me like 'an old lady'!

Whilst the minor procedure and the service by Dr. Tilton was xlnt, I cannot say the same for the receptionist if I'm honest. I developed an infection one week later. I made 4 seperate phone calls to the office through an answering service throughout the day. Nobody called me back, so I drove myself to the office later in the afternoon at about 2pm, and they couldn't bother to see me. She said I can come in the next day, even though my toe was red, swolen, bleeding and started to get numb from the pain. I honestly thought I might have to get my toe amputated if I didn’t get immediate attention, They just didn't care. They couldn't even take 30 seconds just to take a quick look. I don't appreciate this level of service and would NOT recommend this place.
Like I said, I felt comfortable with Dr. Tilton, but not with the person at the front desk. She didnt give a hoot about my pain and predicament. I will NOT go back.

I was scheduled with Dr. King today at 2:45pm. I received a text to arrive for my appointment at 2:45pm. My husband and I arrived at 2:40pm and l was asked if I completed the paperwork. Took my daughter here for an ingrown toenail. We went uninsured and they told us a price of the procedure then we agreed and they did one toe and said for the next visit we will do another
Well to our surpirse they billed us a different price than what was agreed upon. I have been calling billing for an explanation (about 1 time a week)and I got 1 call back where I missed the call and again ghosted from them.
When we went to get the other nail done they said we didn't need to do it then bam another bill even though they said they would waive the office visit. If someone could contact me so we can get it squared away would be great. But overall I do not recommend.the process to make an appointment was long and always playing phone tag. They don't seem honest and love to ghost thier customers.

The officer manger Anna is horrible extremely rude. I was referred to this office by my primary doctor. I saw the doctor and I got a Cortisone shot. It didn’t work I was still in pain. I went back the following week and saw the doctor again he didn’t get me the pads needed the first time and gave me a steroid pack. I really.went back for a follow up appointment and asked about if I needed to pay an additional co pay the lady that took me back was very sweet. She told me she would talk to the manager who came in with an attitude I explained the situation she was very rude. I only asked a question I had an appointment at 2:30 the lady that took me back told me he had someone before me and I could be waiting 30 mins to an hour I had another appointment I explained that to the manger who had come to talk to me extremely rude I told her I am a VP for a billion dollar company and would never talk to someone like that she said good for you. I left and will never go back. I will also be launching a complaint with the bbb. Sad one person could ruin things and have you not trust for this office you are in there for help. I have a set mullet toe I have been dealing with for my entire life that started to cause me pain. My boss recommended this place and Dr. Jeremy Tilton to have my surgery. I researched and saw that it took my insurance that I am provided with through my job. So I scheduled an appointment. On the form I placed my information and what kind of insurance I have. My appointment was accepted. The day of my appointment I arrive thirty minutes early sign in and complete additional paperwork. The doctor called me back and I was told that a mistake was made on their behalf. That something is wrong with my insurance. He said that the girls in the front office didn't catch it that they would have to maybe verify. Honestly I didn't know what the hell he was talking about I never had an issue before so I was lost. He proceeded with that he would see me today. I was lead into his office where he told me everything I already knew about my toe and this surgery. This visit was a complete waste of time but I knew I was new patient so we had to discuss the basics. Once we finished up I was lead to the front and told that he would only charge me a $40 co pay for this visit and I would be contacted to schedule my next appointment. I am unsure what happened but I was never contacted. I tried to contact them but never heard anything back. My money was stolen. If it was a mistake on their behalf I feel like I should not have been charged period. I don't know what happened but my boss found that this was strange. I eventually just let it go.

Horrible experience, will not be back! I tried to get an appointment at both of the Henderson locations for over a half-hour! I called several times and the phone went to an answering service, and then I tried to make an appointment online, and the online statement stated that there were no appointments available. I continued to call and finally got someone on the phone by the name of Alissa who left me on hold, until I finally hung up the phone. I called back and got her again and asked her why she hung up, and she lied and said it was not her, but I know it was her, because I asked for her name. When I finally arrived at my appointment at the Horizon location, I was told that I could not be seen because I had not filled out paperwork, that I had not received, prior to the visit. I even gave the receptionist my insurance card when I called. If Alissa was not in such a hurry to leave me on hold, she could have had all of my information when I initially called! I called my PCP and asked for a referral to a different podiatrist. After reading the reviews, you should not take your patients for granted and send us away when we physically show up for an appointment, especially considering how difficult it is to get an appointment. I could have easily completed the paperwork in the office, and the doctor would have still been on schedule. I will not be back!!!

Ultimately leaving this review because they billed my insurance individually for a minor callus shaving that wasn’t communicated to me as anything but standard office checkup procedure. If I was told it would be billed separately, I’d never have agreed to it. In my opinion, the doctor treated it like it was no big deal, and they’re billing over $100 to my insurance for that. Do not go here.

I left messages with their billing department about it and was never called back. After two weeks I finally spoke to someone on the phone today by going through the reservations line, who talked in a circle about the agreement to pay and medical codes instead of addressing my actual concern that the doctor didn’t communicate enough about this being an additional procedure.

I have been seeing a dermatologist for a skin related issue on my foot. For 9
Months the previous dermatologist that I had attempted to freeze 2 plantar abrasions from
My right foot! I literally have been in extreme pain for 9 months! The liquid nitrogen worsened my condition.
Today, Dr King treated me for the aforementioned issue and I am
Much better. He Put Me on a sensible treatment plan and was very specific about what I need to do and how often to do the procedures!
I also suffer from Plantar Facillistis. Dr Kind prescribed a proper insert and a type of sandal to wear around the house. I am feeling the best I have felt in 9 months! I highly recommend Dr King for your podiatry treatment. I go back in three weeks. I will update this review after my next apt.
