The physician provided excellent care and was knowledgeable, professional, and attentive. Unfortunately, the overall office experience did not match the quality of the medical care.
Patients experienced a wait of approximately 45 minutes past their scheduled appointment times before being seen by the doctor. The check-in process appeared disorganized, as some individuals seemed to be called ahead of others who had already signed in. Communication from the front office staff regarding delays could also be improved.
Following the appointment with the physician, there was an additional wait of approximately 30 minutes while insurance matters were being addressed. Better training and more efficient use of administrative time would significantly improve the patient experience.
The doctor deserves high marks for the care provided, but the front office operations and overall efficiency need improvement. With better organization and time management, this could be an outstanding practice.

From the very beginning, making my appointment, staff was extremely helpful snd caring. The doctor’s assistant was very pleasant, very helpful with taking my c rays. The doctor was the best, took his time in explaining my issues with my broken foot. Loved this place.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Torgesen for over 20 years for various issues, and I can’t recommend him highly enough. He provides outstanding podiatric care with professionalism, kindness, and genuine concern for his patients. He always takes the time to listen, explain treatment options thoroughly, and make sure I feel comfortable with each step of care. The office staff is courteous, efficient, and welcoming, which makes every visit a positive experience.

I was at Foot & Ankle Surgical Group today and was pleasantly surprised by improvements in the check-in process that makes everything run more smoothly for appointments. I am always greeted with a friendly face there. If you are at a doctors office it is because something is wrong. The last thing you need is to be treated like a number being 'processed'. I feel a friendly uplifting office puts the patient at ease and is important. Kudo's to Foot & Ankle Surgical Group!
