I go to my kidney specialist here, Dr. Wei. I'm quite satisfied with the level of treatment I receive here.

My review is for Leslie Kovar. She's a APRN or something. I saw her twice. She is not very knowledgeable. She sent me for blood work every week told me to take a binder once this week. More blood. Then 3 times next week. More blood. Then not a word back for the past 2 months. I've already requested a new provider so I hope I get somewhere. I requested a nutritionist referral and nothing and was sent for a xray and cat scan and was never told results. She's a waste of time.

Missed appointment due to myself not managing my dr appointments . My bad. But when I contacted them about not sending reminder of appointment I missed they say due to phone not accepting messages they weren't able to confirm. Now I'm not sure about that excuse, im being seen by 6 doctors right now between personal and workers comp and how does everyone else's sent emails and text messages come through. All good ,my bad. But then you give me next appointment 2months away and mind you ive already gone 3 months since last visit. Like some other reviews ive read very disappointed with office/scheduling.

My experience stems from the office . Very unprofessional especially with that new black girl in the central office and I'm black she's just weird seems to act too intimately personal to decide how she would treat you. When asked to speak with office manager no change. Obviously it's office culture.

Our first visit to the office was a waste of time. We spent 50 minutes in exam room waiting for MD. When he finally came in, he simply stared the obvious which, since we have been living with CKD for years, was demeaning and simplistic. The MD did not listen to concerns, questions, or request for what changes at stage 4. We were referred to a specialist that was in a rush, spoke too quickly and showed no compassion or respect.

If I could leave no stars I would! Worst place ever if do not accept new patients let people know quit wasting people's time who have good insurance & you letting people leave messages for 6months for appointment is unacceptable!! Especially when I drive all the way down to ofc to be told u are redoing your computer system & u will call that was 4months ago... HORRIBLE

Dr. Harsha Mulchandani is very thorough with me and has been helping me, for approximately 3 years, undo the damage that my reckless eating and no exercise lifestyle caused me. I am a stroke survivor and I think my doctor is the best in Las Vegas to help me correct my blood pressure issues.

Neda Hashemi, MD Has been my doctor for almost a year. I have Lupus and was diagnosed with stage three kidney disease with my kidneys at 30% usage in Feb 2023, I thought life was over. However, Neda was very smart, paired with the right medication that basically healed my body, and as of March 2024 my kidneys are at a 90% usage. She defiantly cares about her patients, a bit old school by seeing her patients for an hour (which I love) cause most medical facilities have you in and out like fast. Overall I highly recommend Neda Hashemi, MD.

They keep getting new employees. Have a very high turnover rate. Keep leaving messages and don’t receive any calls back.? Hope I don’t need any emergency help???? Even though I’m a high risk patient.!!??

I am a patient of Gene Ong MD. Though Dr Ong is very knowledgeable, he does not take the time to speak with his patients, nor does he not examine his patients. Its like going to the in and out doctor, the 5 minute doctor. He is in and out within 5 minutes. That is unacceptable.
