Came in as a last minute patient with a lot of pain from a cracked tooth, let me tell you I have bad teeth to begin with prior to this visit this marks the tenth tooth I have had removed from my mouth so I know what to expect from an extraction. The staff was not only helpful in getting me in once they had found out I was in pain but they were very friendly and helped get me in as quick as possible. Once I got in the chair Dr Michel was quick with his assessment and offered me options and once we came up with what to do he got to work. This was by far the most painless and quick extraction I have ever had in my life that I even gave him a fist bump afterwards. There was no magic pills no gas and I was not put under I had the standard shots in the mouth which of course hurt for only a few seconds and by the time he started the extraction I was thinking of what to do to distract myself from the process of the noises and pressures I am used to feeling. After about what seemed like 45 seconds the man was telling me to bite down on the gauze and said I was good to go. I can’t thank you and your team enough for what you did for me today. I am now home relaxing still pain free wondering were the magic wand was that made you such a great dentist in that moment haha. At first I was greeted by Chanel. She asked about my insurance and explained that if she couldn’t get it verified I would have to pay for the visit. I was in pain, so there was no way I was canceling! I was then taken back and met Dr Daccache. What a wonderful man! Made me feel at ease and explained all my options. When I left, they said your insurance covered it. I looked at Chanel and said “You’re the best”! It was one of the best experiences I’ve had with those in the medical field!

My wife has been waiting since November of 2025 to schedule a dental surgery with these people. Its now march 2026 and we were forced to go with another surgeon. They were NOT able to schedule my special needs wife and, instead of telling us, wasted months of our time. I wouldnt recommend their services. Part 2 - To respond to your points: 1) we did indeed miss each other at times and we would call back but there would be weeks our calls went unanswered as the office manager was constantly out. There would have been plenty of opportunities for us to contact each other in between November of 2025 and March 2026. Your point about missing each other is invlaid . 2) we have multiple insurers that seem to have communicated with our dentist that things should work. If the insurance was a problem, why were we held up for four to five months? Why not let us know ealier so we could have tried with a different surgeon? 3) we did not get the impression that your team was committed to communicating as there were several times we have left messages for the office manager and never got a call back or even an email.

I have had several teeth extracted by dentists and oral surgeons in L.A. After moving to Vegas, I needed an oral surgeon and my dentist referred me to Dr. Daccache. Having many health issues, I was nervous. But I have to say that Dr. Daccache is by far the best oral surgeon that I've ever had. I waited until the completion of my treatment b4 writing a review. Many offices will be nice for the initial appointment & then the follow-up is horrific. That was NOT MY EXPERIENCE w/Nevada OMS~Charleston. They are wonderful!!

I was referred to Dr. DeCacche for an extraction emergency. The office door is heavy but once inside the walls are a light blue, the reception area is right there. Daniela greeted me warmly with a huge smile. The other two women were clearly on calls but gave eye contact & smiled.
I appreciated that I didn't have to do a lot of up, down, & up. She requested all she needed while at the counter. She explained & gave me the forms to complete with a working pen & clipboard. I would've preferred online forms but it wasn't 2 cumbersome. The only downside was that the seats are a little low so it's hard for people w/limited mobility to get up & down.

Not shortly after I was called to the exam room by Nathaly. Then I saw it. The wonderful exam chair with updated equipment (everything sealed) & the bay window view of the outside. The room was very cold to me but Nathaly went out her way & found me a beautiful, comfy, plush, warm & good smelling blanket. She was very kind & accommodating.

I had 2 have surgery & the office manager Ken is PHENOMENAL🪅!! 1st, his face 🌞 shines! His skincare routine is slaying! He's VERY professional & compassionate. He gave me a contact # in case I had any issues. He checked in on me while at the hospital. I am grateful for him!!

The buttercream icing on the cake is Dr. DeCacche! I used to ❤️ going 2 the dentist but my experiences since COVID have been disheartening. I hadn't been to the dentist in over a year. I AM THANKFUL HIS STAFF, & HE SET A NEW STANDARD!!

He lays out ALL options for care & the pros/cons. If u make a choice that he feels is 2 risky, on either side, he let's u know. He wasn't condescending & didn't talk at me. I was having anxiety b4 going under anesthesia. I asked 4 my doctor bc I'd never been 2 sleep w/out my surgeon in the room. Even though I could see him, this was diff from any surgery I've ever experienced.
Dr. DeCacche came in the room with a smile. He didn't have an attitude. He was cordial, professional & caring. He asked about my vitals, reassured me & the countdown began. Frustrating Communication and Follow-Up

I was referred to Nevada OMS by the VA (through Community Care) on May 19, 2025. Normally, providers will reach out within a couple of days of receiving a referral. After hearing nothing for over three days, I began calling the office myself to follow up.

It took nearly a week of repeated calls during business hours before someone finally answered. When they did, I was told they hadn’t reviewed the referral yet and that someone else would follow up with me. That follow-up never came.

On May 29, I finally received a call from Nevada OMS, but I was at work and unable to answer. I returned the call immediately and left a voicemail. Since then — as of June 4 — I’ve been calling daily and have left at least six voicemails. Still no response.

It’s disappointing that a medical provider working with the VA can’t maintain even basic communication. As a patient, I’m expected to be available during their limited hours, yet they don’t answer calls during business hours or offer alternative ways to schedule. This kind of customer service is unacceptable — especially when veterans are depending on timely care.

They make you sign for liability paperwork and a form saying you received all copies before they actually give them to you. There's more but I'm a nice person. I am 62, and I had my wisdom tooth pulled yesterday by Dr. Spencer. He was very careful abt my BP, my heart, my health. I chose to go to sleep and it was the best decision I have made - he was worth every penny. His staff was very kind too. I woke up and no pain, no traumatic felling. Throughout the day I slept a lot, which is good to form that blood clot nicely. Today, I feel it a little bit like 10% today, nothing I can’t handle it, but the hole is already closing. I highly recommended him. Wow! I have had some experiences with dentists and he is by far the best one I have ever been. No doubt.

If I could give Dr. Daccache a higher star count, I would. My husband and I both had multiple extractions and bone graphing under sedation. Dr Daccache has a gift. I went there for a consultation regarding my wisdom teeth. They called me the day before my appointment to reschedule. I reschedule to a time that is good for them under the stipulation that I must leave within an hour of the appointment time. This morning at 7:00am I had an appointment to get the remainder of my wisdom teeth pulled out. I walked in with and the lady at the front desk who welcomed me and even held the door for me as I was walking in. The customer service at the desk was great! When I went to the back the tech that takes the x-rays was even friendly as well. Then when the doctor came in and explained everything to me he even mentioned that I didn't need to get my teeth pulled, I was amazed with his honesty because you just don't get that anymore! He gave me the option to do the surgery, so I decided to go with the procedure since that is what my dentist recommended me to do for many years. Everything was done so quickly and professional, I was so impressed! Dr. Spence Armuth went through every detail with me to make sure I understood how after the procedure would be, that I would be in pain after and he prescribed what I needed.Thank you to the whole staff at Nevada OMS! I just got my second implant yesterday (12/15/22). I can't say enough good things about Dr. Daccache. Being on Medicare, the implant was not covered. You can believe me or not, I paid less for my implant without insurance than I did when I had private insurance. At all times, Dr. Daccache has your calm and comfort in mind. The other 5 star reviews don't lie on here: Dr. Daccache is simply the best at what he does. I scheduled my appointment for June 2nd for a lower left wisdom tooth extraction. I was initially afraid of being judged for how poor and neglected this tooth looked. I'm glad to say I received NO judgement from the doctor or staff. I was almost afraid to get out of bed not knowing what an oral surgery entails and I have a real fear of the dentist and needles. I've never had any surgery or teeth pulled prior to this. Not only were the staff kind and professional but Dr. Daccache put me at complete and total ease by explaining what was going to happen, how long it would take and my road to recovery post-surgery. He advised that I be put under for my surgery. He was very calm and reassuring that everything was going to be just fine. Before I knew it I was done! All that worrying and anxiety for nothing! I recovered with very minimal pain and swelling (normal for this surgery). Thank you, Dr. Daccache and staff for a very professional, comfortable experience.

Fantastic Doctor and office staff! I recently went to get my 3 wisdom teeth extracted. I was a bit late to the game in getting them removed (30yrs) and had 2 top and 1 bottom which was severely impacted so yes, I was a bit nervous. From the first time I called the office to set up an appointment to my post op appointment, they were all wonderful and you can tell they really care about their patients. Kelly was who I spoke to both times I believe, she was very informative about the procedure and just very nice, was able to get me in ASAP also. Ok, I suffered from missing and failing teeth. I didn't know what to do or who to go too. Of course I've seen all the advertisements on T.V. and in newspapers. From start to finish the whole process was explained and to me numerous times with the most professional and courteous care! I was so nervous about having 13+ teeth removed, and the all on 4 dental implant surgery. I was also worried about my appearance afterwards I didn't want my smile to look fake. Dr. Daccache is the best surgeon in town. I had very little pain after the procedure, I was so amazed at his quality of professionalism and care he really gave me! There is a reason why Deccache has such rave reviews...! I was initially very nervous to have all wisdom teeth removed at the age of 31, especially since they were impacted. It is a lot harder to bounce back from something like this the older you get, but Dr. Deccache’s talent proves otherwise. I barely have any swelling and the bleeding stopped relatively quickly.
The entire staff is courteous and helpful. The office is clean and welcoming. If you’re searching for the best of the best, look no further!

Someone please wake me when this nightmare is over. Nearly a whole month waiting for an appointment and nearly 2+ hours wait in the waiting room to be seen. The clock is still ticking. Being transitioned into a room has been equally frustrating. The chances of me, literally, being killed off by Freddie before seen is highly favorable. Dr. Daccache provided me with his sincere recommendation on what the next step should be and I feel confident with the decision.

Dr. Daccache and his team were so kind!! I was a bit nervous because I had to get all 4 wisdom teeth out but Dr. Dccacche made me feel at ease. After I had all my wisdom teeth removed, the pain was moderate the day of, but the medication helped with that. My gums healed pretty quickly too! Just keep in mind that it does vary with each person.

He is so amazing i got all four wisdom teeth extracted let me tell you my lower teeth were still not fully erupted and they were so close to my never he prepared me to most likely swell like a chipmunk! I was able to go to work the next day with mininal swelling, i didnt bruise they made sure to take me to my car and made sure my husband and child were taken care of while they waited for me. Having my wisdom teeth growin in was more painful then the actual procedure Thanks Diana and Dr Daccache your guys are amazing great staff and great customer service from front to back office

Dr and staff are very attentive, efficient and friendly! The office is in impeccable shape, very clean and organized. While getting a wisdom tooth pulled is never a "good" experience, everyone in the office treated me and my needs very nicely~I would highly recommend this doctor for your oral surgery needs!

I want the post and abutment for the implant he placed so I can have the work finished somewhere else (was not happy with his outfit) and he won't give it to me even though I PAID for it.

My son recently had all four of his wisdom teeth extracted by Dr. Daccache. We were treated like royalty by the doctor and his staff. It is a very professional, yet personable office. I was very scared about having 2 upper wisdom teeth extractions. He made me feel at ease. After the 4 injections (which I did not feel he's great with that needle) Dr. Daccache pulled both teeth out and I was out of the office within 15 minutes. If I ever have to have my lowers removed I will return to him to remove them. I HIGHLY recommend him. Office Staff and Nurses very friendly. Thanks Dr. Daccache!

Today I had all four of my wisdom teeth removed my Dr.Michel Daccache and without a doubt I also learned today he is the best Oral Surgeon out there. It started with his wonderful staff, who through every phone call and in person conversation, they seemed knowledgeable, professional, and always happy to take care of their patients needs. After a quick and informative consultation session with Dr. Daccache it was finally time to remove all four of my impacted wisdom teeth. Dr. Daccache made it a very quick, easy, and relaxing experience by being very informative and reassuring about the details of my surgery. Afterwards him and his staff were very attentive to me and gave me very reasonable and helpful instructions reguarding recovery and prescriptions. Later that day after surgery I was happy to receive a follow up phone call from one of his staff members checking in on how I was feeling. They all clearly are good at what they do and enjoy doing it. I strongly recommend Dr. Michel Daccache to anyone that requires the knowledge and expertise of the finest Oral Surgeon. Dr Daccache performed dental implant screws for my lower dental gum line in Nov 2015 for my lower denture plate to clip on to .
I had been totally miserable for three years unable to eat properly and was sick to death of adhesive in my mouth .
Dr Daccache and his complete staff of experts in dentistry are the most
professional group I have ever been so grateful to of found to give me a new life again . A New Life is definitely what they gave me !! I can eat anything , I can chew gum again , I ate a whole jar of peanuts after healing . Had not had peanuts in over three years !
Anyone needing or wanting a true professional surgeon to do anything to make your life better in any form of dental surgery along with complete comfort while performing his magic touch , at a most reasonable price , need to only see Dr Daccache for any surgery need !!!
