I did a televisit with the Dr and thought everything was fine. I didn't realize there was a national shortage with my medication at many pharmacies. I asked the office for some advice as to how to handle this matter. They said have it sent to another pharmacy. I then gave them 3 different locations that accept my insurance but one wouldn't deal with the clinic, and the other two were out. So I received a very rude message on Christmas day saying I don't like prescribing a controlled medication and find yourself a new Psychiatrist. Rude and abrupt. Unprofessional. Had no problems until my pharmacy Walgreens didn't have my meds and had no idea when they would get it... Be warned if you need anything beyond Prozac

Dr. Baig was thorough when taking notes in regards to my child's mental health issues. It feels good to be listened to by a doctor!
(I can finally say I have a diagnosis for my child.) She is prompt in responding to emails and answering questions.

Kristin is also prompt at getting back to you when you leave a voicemail with reception. (Just a heads up, Dr. Baig is only doing telehealth for now.)

Really good and attentive doctor. I needed something signed off one day regarding some bloodwork, so I stopped by with no appointment and she let me in even though they were technically closed, and reviewed and signed the forms I needed signed and didn’t even charge me. Dr. Baig has been my doctor for over 4 yrs. I went to several different docs and wasn’t getting better only worse. I felt comfortable enough to share my extremely painful, triggering issues, and get to the root of the problem . So we could start to find out what meds work the best for me. I’ve been put on some that I had an adverse reaction to. Finally I have found my doctor and the right combination and things are getting better by the day. It’s your mental health and it’s well worth spending the time getting heathy again . There are not alot of options out there! I know you will be pleasantly surprised! Her office is very clean and organized, her staff is amazing, there is no wait time, you will be seen at the time that is your appointment. she is always on time and event makes walk ins sometimes. If I could do negative stars, I would. I did an initial consult with this provider and she genuinely seemed like she did not care, just couldn’t be bothered. She forgot answers to questions she had just asked, and she had someone in the room with her the entire time who she talked to more than me! At the end of the session, she said she did not want to continue with any sessions because I do not want her course of treatment; no discussion. And now, 4 months after the fact, she sends me an outrageous bill! I am beyond disappointed. I have worked in the medical field including in a psychiatric office for over 10 years and I have never seen such a lack of professionalism.

I mailed a check to this provider to cover the bill I received 4 months after my “appointment” and it has still not been cashed. And today, I received a notice in the mail stating that if payment is not received, I will be sent to a collections agency. I reached out and left a voicemail asking for a call back. Based on other reviews submitted about this provider, it is leading me to believe this is personal and I am floored. I came to this provider as she was recommended by my insurance provider as someone who offered other options including life coaching and not forcing specific treatment plans. When I informed the provider I have worked in psychiatric offices and was not interested in TMS treatments, she wrote me off. And to write off my previous review as solely based on being upset about a bill shows me she does not understand patient care.

Dr. Baig is the most unprofessional doctor I have ever dealt with. Our son is out of his ADHD medication and has been for almost 2 months because Dr. Baig refused to submit the prescription correctly (she kept leaving her physician number off of it - which you cannot do for a controlled substance). We bounced between the insurance, pharmacy and her office for 2 MONTHS trying to get this fixed. Eventually Doctor Baig called us back and SCREAMED at us because she was in a car accident 3 weeks ago and she has never had a problem filling prescriptions before and it "isn't her problem to fix it" and she isn't going to speak to the pharmacy or insurance to figure out what they need. She continually cut us off to continue screaming, meanwhile I have a young child looking at going cold turkey off a medication that has serious implications if you abruptly stop it. Instead of understanding how terrifying this is and frustrated we are because she has refused to work with the pharmacy or insurance, she called and literally screamed at us at the top of her lungs. I am shocked. Please don't trust your child's health to this office.

EDIT- I find it insulting that the doctor was able to respond to my negative review within a half hour, yet we have been trying to fill this prescription now for almost 2 months. We have been bounced between Cigna, the pharmacy and Dr. Baig with Cigna saying one thing, the pharmacist saying another and Dr. Baig refusing to talk to either of the other two parties to get this filled. My 10 year old son is at risk of SEVERE withdrawal side effects and we are lucky to have had a lower dose of the pills on hand or he would already be suffering. While I am sympathetic to the fact the doctor was in a serious accident 17 days ago, WE HAVE BEEN OUT OF MEDICATION FOR ALMOST 60 DAYS! The accident is no excuse for this. We are extremely frustrated and TERRIFIED for our son. Yet while Dr. Baig has the time to come respond to this review, she has not had the time to help our son. Her response here claims the issue has been solved, it has not been. I literally am talking to the pharmacy right now and they are still refusing to fill it because the issue is that Dr. Baig is not signing the prescription as M.D and not putting her controlled substance number on it. It has nothing to do with the prescription being written for a certain number of days, that is the excuse Cigna used, but it is not the reason the Pharmacist gave. Which Dr. Baig would know if she had actually allowed my husband to speak. Instead, she screamed at him and then hung up. At this point I have called the medical board. We will see if that gets this solved.

Upon arrival, I was asked to sit in a waiting area; during this time, Dr. Baig had her office door open while on a speakerphone call with another patient.
I was able to hear all the personal details of another patient's phone appointment.

When my appointment time came, I was also given no privacy as an assistant was located in the room typing everything I said, and the door was open to the waiting area and the front desk.
The Dr. spent less than 30 minutes actively speaking in a hurried manner (The cost of this appointment, Pre Insurance, was $300).

However, the original reason I came in, for a prescription refill due to moving to a new state, was granted immediately with no hesitation or thorough assessment of my needs. Maybe she felt comfortable giving the prescription medication without much diligence since I had been on it for a long time prior?

My visit with Dr. Baig and her staff exceeded all expectations. This was my first visit and I didn’t know what to expect. I was very nervous before even entering the building however I was greeted with the friendly, smiling face of Diana. I then met Ashley who was equally as friendly and calming. Just got off the phone with the receptionist. I agree with the other comments and reviews. She was very rude I did not like her attitude I spent less than a minute on the phone with her and I felt like she didn't want to help me. When she mentioned the soonest appointment was a month away. She was pushy with me. I told her that we did want to see a doctor sooner than that. But she was just like " Oh well". I've never spoke to a receptionist with that kind of attitude before. I'm pretty sure the doctor would have more patients if she knew how rude her staff was.

I was referred to this office by my GP. I have tried multiple times over the last month to get an appointment and her exceedingly rude office staff keeps transferring me to the "woman who handles new patients" and then I get put on hold for 10+ minutes, transferred upfront and put back on hold every 3-5 minutes, and then you get sent to a mail box where you will NEVER get a call back. Very disappointing to handle patients like this!

The receptionist that was there before i loved, she got the job done, she would call you back, and was the sweetest lady. The receptionist they have now favorites clients. I have never been to a mental health doctor like her or any kind of doctor like her in fact. She doesn't judge you. Great Psychiatrist and very easy to talk to. My first appointment went better than I expected, Dr. Baig and I talked for about 30 minutes and by the end of the session everything she suggested was great. My former psychiatrist in TX I went to for my ADHD was amazing and It took me months to find one here in Las Vegas.

Appointments usually fill up fast but if your a new patient and there is not one available for a lengthy amount of time, the receptionist will take your name down and call when one opens up.
The day I called they put me on a list and said I would get a call in about two weeks to set me up for a future appointment. Which I am not the biggest fan about waiting for a lengthy time... Three days after, I get a call that someone canceled and I was able to get in the following day thankfully !

My first impression? She is sweet as can be and yes you saw her picture. She wears a burqa, which doesn't stop her from being a great doctor. I was a patient at Central Psychiatry since 2008, that place has went down hill. So glad I found her! I would make sure the front desk doesn't over charge you when it comes to copay. Dr. Baig is a 5 star psychiatrist. Yes, her office staff is extremely unprofessional. It is a shame. There poor performance reflects badly on Dr. Baig. I suggest we as her patients inform her of the staffs behavior. Keep detailed records of your encounters with the staff so you will be able to the doctor what exactly is happening. I was referred to her by Harmony Healthcare but the number that is given for her on the google website under her name is not a working number for her. No matter the time of day that i call, an answering picks up. I have left messages for her to return my call to set up a day and time for me to come and see her but, to no avail. I have even left a message on the answering machine stating that if this is a phone number for a psychiatrists' office, please call me back to set up an appointment to see the first available psychiatrist. Still, no return phone call.
