I'm so grateful one of my friends recommended Dr. Brian. I've been going for a little over 2 years now, mostly routine cleanings, but they also squeezed me in recently for a chipped tooth. I never thought I'd look forward to going to the dentist, but Dr. Brian and everyone at the office is so kind, helpful, and competent. I always see Naitosha for my cleanings, and she is not only great at her job but also fun to talk to. The office manager Alisha is so warm and caring, and I really appreciate her proactively giving advice and helping to navigate any insurance issues. I have interacted with Roy only briefly, but he was great too. I also appreciate that there's no pressure to get unnecessary/cosmetic procedures like many other dental offices I've gone to in the past. Love this place, highly recommend.

Dr. Brian provided the best dental experience I have ever had.
From the moment I arrived, the entire office made me feel comfortable and at ease. Dr. Brian has an incredibly soft and gentle touch. He explains everything clearly and keeps you calm throughout the visit. If you normally feel anxious about dental appointments, you will feel very comfortable here.

The staff deserves special recognition. They went far beyond what I expected. They helped me navigate insurance options step by step and even contacted the endodontist on my behalf to coordinate care. That level of support made the entire process simple and stress free.

You can tell this office truly cares about their patients and takes pride in providing excellent care.

I highly recommend Dr. Brian and his team, especially if you have had difficult dental experiences in the past.

Finally got to go back to the dentist we love! For years my family has had to go to a corporate dentist practice... because our insurance only supported corporate offices. Our new insurance had our old dentist on it....Nevada Trails!

We felt the corporate offices were trying to sell us services we didn't need...even suggesting deep cleaning (I had a feeling it was because of age not because of their findings.)

As soon as I could we booked an appointment with Nevada Trails. Knowing that they would give it us straight. Guess what...no deep cleaning needed.

Nevada Trails Dental has the friendliest staff! The environment that they provide is very family oriented and is an excellent choice for all ages! My family has been going to Nevada Trails Dental for the past 15 years because of their outstanding service! They always take exceptional care of my family! My teeth always feel so clean and smooth after a cleaning. We’ve been coming to Nevada Trails Dental since we uprooted and came to Lasvegas six years ago. When we knew no one and nothing in town they treated us like family. On top of the amazing people who run their office—the work they do is beyond excellent and even without insurance the cost is reasonable from cleanings to more costly,technical work it won’t cause you to go broke to take care of your oral health. They’re straightforward and honest and they’ll do the best they can to take care of you quickly and the job is always well done. Our six year old has been seeing their office for her dental needs her whole life—and she’s the only child I’ve ever heard of who looks forward to seeing the dentist, and gets bummed out when someone else in the family has an appointment but she doesn’t. Over the time we’ve been seeing them-the neighborhood has exploded and had businesses popping up all around them—they may be tucked back in the corner, but they are truley a hidden gem in Lasvegas. If you’re looking for a dentist—or sick of going to a citrate chain that does a slack job—you’d be wise to give them a try—you’ll be glad you did, and you’ll never switch back.

The staff is great, always pleasant and professional. I was seen by the dentist (who is very kind) a couple times in 2017 for two fillings and one crown. The crown fell apart soon after I had it redone, the dentist was cool enough to fix it for free. However that crown fell apart a third time as well. All of this happened over the course of a month or two. After that i gave up going to this dentist. However they billed me for 24 dollars after I had the crowns fall apart. They wanted the 24 dollars for a remaining balance. Why ask for more money when you didn’t do that great of a job. If I owed a larger balance i would definitely have paid the bill. Billing me for 24 dollars after three crowns falling apart is unacceptable.
Also, add an email link to your website so people don’t have to write negative reviews and they can reach out to you directly.

I use to be a patient here but I made a decision to go to Smooth Dental mile away from here. I came here for a cleaning and everything was fine untill they suggested that I need a bridge on the bottom because I was missing a tooth from when I was a kid. I got a 2nd opinion and the doctor suggested it was not needed due to me not being bother by missing my last moler that u cant even notice, this place is all about taking their ur money. Alao I used their parking lot once to drop off my child to school and was told im not able to use it because its for patients only! Let me tell u they re not opet at 7:30 am and u cant park there for 5 min!! Come on!! So now you lost two patients!!

I had a chance to speak to Dr. Brian and he was beyond exceptional. He proudly represents the American Dental Association and the Southern Nevada Dental Society. I would recommed Nevada Trails Dental because it truly defines the ideal dental office and it proudly represents the state of Nevada's board of dentistry.

We have been going to Nevada Trails Dental for many years now. LOVE THIS DENTIST AND HIS TEAM! Such careful and gentle work has allowed me to raise three children who are not afraid of dental work. Honestly, I should have left a 5-star review several years ago but I’ve recently seen the need since there have been many 1 star reviews given in the last week from fake google accounts. So very sad to see this happen to such a great little dental practice.

Best dentistry I've ever been to!

From Alisha helping squeeze me into their tight schedules already and calling and texting me to try and get me an appointment asap, especially since I was going to move soon and needed a lot of work done. To Ashley the hygienist treating my teeth with such care that I wasn't as scared of getting a deep cleaning done. She actually makes sure that you are okay and she doesn't rush it and the pain was almost nonexistent. Dr. Brian was also very knowledgeable as well with my teeth. And Nerissa was really friendly. The whole staff is amazing, and I wish I didn't have to move because I've always feared going to dentists before because of horrible care, and now I need to find one as good as them.

Overall, the best dentistry ever, that actually cares for you and treats you well and doesn't nickel and dime you unlike some other dentistry I've been to.

Dr Brian is absolutely the /BEST/ doctor that i've ever been to for my teeth. I suffer from dentistry anxiety and I can just say that the girls had to put up with a lot from me on my first visit with Xrays and the occasional freak out. But after all I am willing to come back because i literally feel and felt like I was being properly treated and properly taken care of. Definetly suggest this place to anyone who has anxieties with this because Alisha, Dr Brian, Miss Ashley and Miss Susan will definetly change your mind on the whole "Dentists want just your money" thing. They treat you just as you are, a human being which is /amazing/ :) thank you to you guys for helping me out as best as you can!

Fantastic Place! Dr. Bryan and his amazing staff are truly a gift to Southwest Las Vegas! I used to hate going to the dentist and my wife was terrified but we love Dr. Bryan. Always fast, always friendly and we never feel like we are being up sold in any way. Recommended all the way!
