Oh my goodness, I don’t even know where to begin! (I’m sorry if I butcher names! And for the paragraph but I’m super touched by the people that work here ❤️) but starting with me setting up an appointment it was SO easy and Jamie was the sweetest when it came to my anxiety over dentistry and then came today 😶 oh man I was a wreck with my little fidgets and then I met an absolute ANGEL!!! Ms.Traci the way I bawled like a 5 year old to her about me wanting to better my dental health after some depressive times she became the best relief for me being far from my family for so long! And then come the doctors who were the NICEST and educating dentist ive ever had the pleasure of meeting. I’m definitely in pain but they were so up front about everything they were doing and they did such a thorough job 😭 I go back in a week for something else and I’m honestly less scared thanks to everyone here… ending with Stephanie and Jamie to set up my next appointment and taking payment and they were again SO SWEET and made it so simple to just get it done ❤️ recommend this place 1000% especially if you’re a scared cat like me! 😂 thank you thank you thank you!!!!

The new team of dentists and staff are the complete opposite of what this place used to be—and I mean that in the best way possible. I came to New Image Dental because one of my teeth was half chipped and I needed a crown. Not only did they help me get my crown but they also did a full checkup and found problems with another tooth that I didn’t even know about. I ended up getting my teeth cleaned some fillings done and my crown. Dr. Samiano, Dr. Stephanie, and Dr. Ingirid were all so sweet and helpful! The whole process was comfortable and didn’t hurt at all and they were even able to get my crown done quickly. I would definitely come back here again. Nowadays, it’s really hard to find an authentic private practice, but I get my teeth cleaned often in this dental clinic. Very friendly atmosphere and clean environment. Both doctors, Dr. Samiano and Dr. Marrujo, does an excellent work with explanations and are very professional. I've seen many different dentists and most of them had something that I didn't like, but with Dr. Samiano and Dr. Marrujo its a whole different story. The services are amazing and I feel super comfortable when I come in for a check up.

For years, I avoided going to the dentist because of a traumatic experience I had at a previous dental office. I went in for what was supposed to be a routine procedure, but I felt like no one listened when I said I was in pain. I remember feeling helpless, anxious, and embarrassed. Truly the best dental clinic I've ever visited. Bea and her team were amazing and warm. They will put you at ease right away. The best dentist I've ever been to very friendly and professional.

I wrote this review above before ever seeing this dentist as they had a sign up upon walking in that asked for a review before ever being seen I did that because I had been here before but it had since changed ownership and thought well they must be ok. Boy was I wrong I wish I never would have walked in there they were supposed to pull two teeth and I was to get partials upper and lower these partials are the ugliest things I've ever seen and I have been getting partials made when needed for the past 50 years never had a problem I can't even talk with them in I had a beautiful smile now I rarely leave my house and I never smile I have to get a job to get new ones made by another dentist which means at 67 I have to get a job to pay for this I might also mention they broke another one of my teeth when extracting another one which was very painful. Also the first three times I went in they cleaned my teeth each time I couldn't believe I sat there and allowed it but I just assumed they knew what they were doing I was wrong. I have also asked for my medical records at least four times and all they have sent me was x-ray's not any of the procedures so I have to find out what I need to do to legally make them give my medical records to me.

I came to this office after putting off dental work for some time and was now experiencing some pretty horrible pain. I was horribly anxious and also afraid of being judged. But I did not feel judged at all. My anxiety stayed. lol. But I ended up going through with the start of my dental work & glad that I did. The dr is helpful - I asked her what her professional opinion was on treatment options for my teeth & she recommended exactly what I felt I needed too. Overall, I’m very grateful that I’m finally getting my teeth taken care of & grateful that the dr and her assistants were all kind & as gentle as possible. You can never get anyone to answer the phone so making an appointment or requesting your records is an absolute nightmare. They never check the messages, the mailbox is full so you can’t even leave a message and you’re stuck having to call a million times to get an answer. I’ve been calling for almost 2 weeks now. All at different times, today I was so fed up I called back to back at least 15 times and they unplugged the phone! So it’s obvious they can hear it. The staff is friendly and Susan is an angel! But I’m going to look into switching to an office that at the very least answers their phone calls.

wish i would’ve gotten the hygienist’s name, she was great - very understanding. i felt comfortable here, there was no wait time, and i was quickly scheduled as a new patient.

had to go back and forth a bit when refusing an injection, and was able to get numbing cream instead… also was a focus on invisalign although my concerns were not cosmetic. overall this was a good visit and i plan to keep seeing NID in the future.

I had an emergency today, the front desk lady said to come 12:30, so i arrived ontime and ''tis almost an hour now, nobody is even saying thing, no apologizing for delays, nothing. This is the worse dental clinic you can have. Dr paneer briar is a very nice lady, I've no complain to her. Namaste my friend but that receptionist woman, she doesn't possess any good customer service. Obviously she doesn't care. She just wants her pay check and that's it. Do this isn't my last review... I have almost 20k followers in my social media account and I'm letting everyone know that you can find a better place than this. I wasted gas, I wasted my time because of this receptionist lied, emergency and she said, come at 12:30 and it's almost an hour now and she's not even looking at me. This place is so unprofessional. There is no communication within the staff.
Apparently someone not working there anymore is the only answer they can give regarding miscommunicated emergency procedures. It is clear the receptionist could care less about helping anyone.
All of the employees lack communication, they fail to place notes in a patients chart regarding important steps to take. So the root canal and wisdom teeth extraction they considered an emergency became unimportant since they failed to leave a note. Now my daughter returns to college in pain due to the wrong information provided to us and lack of communication within this staff.
This is a careless practice!!

I've been to many dentist facilities but New Image Dental really cares about their patients. Recently moved to Vegas and they made the process very easy;to making appointment to caring for my teeth. I have come to see New Image Dental for about 3 years now and absolutely love the Dr and the staff. Everyone is so nice and they do their best to make you comfortable. I used to have major anxiety going to the dentist. I have none coming here.

Amazing office all around very well liked and gentle DR.Brar dose her best to go above and beyond for all her clients. Currently i am 37 weeks pregnant and she pulled a tooth deep cleaned and replaced fillings. Her and her staff both worked together to help get the work I needed done before my coverage was up. Her office can be busy at times but that's only because her patients stand by her work she is worth any wait. My sister and children's father have had multiple pulling and other work done over last several years and refuse to see any other dentist. She even see's children hands down best dental services I have ever received. Five stars all the way

Glad I found this dental office. Nauby the office manager was great she helped me understand my insurance benefits and helped me get on a payment plan. No up charges like other offices I’ve been too. Dr Brar was very conservative with her diagnosis. Very honest and attentive. Highly recommend this place!

I would rate 6 stars if I could! I brought my 18 month old son in for his first ever dental visit, and from the start we were welcomed and treated like family. Nauby, the receptionist, went all the extra miles, from making a phone call on my behalf to get our insurance switched over, to getting me scheduled quickly for my own appointment, and even personally checking up on me the day after I had work done. She's professional but also incredibly genuine and authentic. My son had a great experience and was treated gently and respectfully. The work I needed was originally estimated to take 3 different sessions, but Dr. Brar was so graciously willing and able to get it all done in ONE VISIT after expressing my lack of consistent childcare. She and her assistant, Frankie, worked diligently, patiently, and thoroughly. Dr. Brar was kind, knowledgeable, and empathetic -- I felt incredibly safe in such a vulnerable situation and experiencd zero pain during or after. Frankie is hilarious and instantly makes you feel comfortable. He took the time to indulge my curiosities, answering and explaining, even with occasional demonstration. I don't usually leave reviews, but this place is phenomenal and exceeded all expectations. If you have any trepidation or just want the satisfaction of working with real human beings, I highly recommend!

Receptionist beyond rude. When trying to speak to Dr. Brar the receptionist refused to let me speak to her arguing that Dr. Brar do not speak to her patients on the phone. I personally liked Dr. Brar's work. Unfortunately, her receptionist is so unethical, rude and sarcastic. I understand things happen and appointments can get canceled but the fact that this receptionist did not even try to accommodate me for a sooner appointment and instead make fun of me when asked her for a refund because yes a had paid in a head for this work.
I personally DO NOT recommend this place.
My family and I used to come to this dental office since Dr. Carol Rowe and decided to stay with Dr. Brar because we like her work but I'm very disappointed she allows her staff to treat patients very poorly.

I've read these other comments and am wondering if they saw the same dentist I did. First of all the receptionist definitely exceeded my expectations because I had to cancel two appointments because of transportation issues. Finally I was able to see the Dentist on four different occasions. I had all my teeth pulled and did them in one session. When she was done pulling them I couldn't believe how thorough she was. I never felt any pain or discomfort. I went back three more times and was fitted for dentures. I was suppose to follow up for an adjustment. No need because she got it right the first time. There's nothing to adjust. I originally went to a dentist in green valley who told me that I was going to have to come out of pocket $1400 for a procedure that this dentist never mentioned. A procedure I didn't need. This dentist is the best and I have four friends that will be getting the same procedure done.

Insurance issues.

This is a small dental place, but relatively clean. The staff were very nice and the dentists were extremely kind both times I went here. They did good, solid work extremely quickly - I got two fillings done in maybe 30 minutes? Perfect amount of numbing agent, no complaints. I was pretty happy to finally be back in Nevada and call again to schedule a cleaning.

Unfortunately, I believe they blur the line of propriety when handling insurance. The first time I went, they did full mouth x-rays, comprehensive exam, and a few other big ticket items offered by my insurance, but the cost of my fillings wasn't covered at all. Bummer.

This time, they abjectly refused to do the procedures my insurance DOES cover (a full cleaning) and tried to schedule me for a root canal and a crown over the phone - without looking at my tooth or taking new xrays: to procedures I can only have done every few YEARS with my insurance. All told, they wanted to charge me $400 for a cleaning and another $400+ for other procedures not covered, but flat out refused to do the procedures my insurance does cover.

If I have to choose between paying rent and getting my teeth cleaned, I have to keep a roof over my head - so I'm stuck shopping for a new dentist. Huge bummer.

Update: I have switched dentists and am less than pleased by how much less expensive a filling is at my new dentist ($108) and that the filling I had done 1 year ago at New Image still had a LOT of decay left and needed to be replaced. I fear it was left intentionally to do more work on the tooth... I'm glad I left.

This is not fancy dental clinic, but customer service is nice and my teeth cleaning was professional enough. Also they made filling for me which nobody offer me before. I was surprised how easy is to replace my broken enamel by filling. So, I satisfied and would recommend this clinic.

Staff are friendly and the office is clean. This is an older office but it doesnt smell of mold. My complaint is billing. Im constantly getting over charged for procedures. Last year i had a deep cleaning paid almost $300 than my insurance called and said i overpaid. When i called the dentist they said people leave the extra money on their account as a credit. This time around i had scheduled a perm filling than when i was there they said it was a temp crown. I didnt have the money for that. I paid $200 at the time but they said its $500. When i called my insurance they told me my total is $379 meaning theyre trying to pocket the extra $200 . thats not ok. The work is fine staff are fine but billing is shady.

Wow, this place smells like mold. the treatment I received was not good . I got a second opinion and I don’t need the work she recommended. This is a bad time to try to charge extra. She didn’t even explain what her evaluations were. Now I’m reading some reviews and I’m so happy I got a second opinion. The dental hygienist who took my XRays was very nice but the Xrays she used are old fashioned and left a bad taste in my mouth all day despite all the mouth wash I used.

Had to get a crown done and essentially had to wait twice if not thrice as long to finalize the treatment. The crown they received from the first compression did not fit. They had to re-do the procedure and mold my tooth once more which then gave me a 1-2 week time frame for the laboratory to receive the compression and send the new permanent crown over to them. Reached back out about a week or so after to come and find out that the compression was not delivered. Had to re schedule again and have them once more do the compression for the lab. Finally it got done after 2 more weeks at a different farther location that the doctor was located in to get my permanent crown done. Exhausting and Infuriating to say the least.

Went for a simple cleaning and filling and turned into a nightmare. I honestly could say I would had rather stayed with my cavity’s then with the work she did on my teeth.

Had 2 root canals down and a deep cleaning so far. Will keep coming back to address what needs done.
The dentist here is very good at what she does and will address any conerns. Don't fret about pain because you will be taken care of if you just communicate.
I'm a very anxious and nervous dentist go-er, but did just fine here and am happy with the results.
