This nurse practitioner is the owner of changing minds..kinda odd for a specialty given the place is staffed with inconsiderate individuals who lack compassion for your well being and will just add more stress.
Shout out to Alicia the supervisor for the billing department. And Jaime brown the operations for financial… yall lack the ethics and compassion. They charged me for a “no show” (150$) when I had an unpredictable work emergency. Crazy part is I tried to contact literally every way to let them know asap but ofcourse nobody answers. No appointment was ever confirmed on my end. Disgusting people and a disgusting business.
