From the moment I walked into the medical office, I felt genuinely welcomed by Katrina Lynch’s warm “Good morning” greeting. 😊
I was then directed to Vanessa in the financial department, who made what could have been a nerve-wracking chest port removal appointment feel far more pleasant. She went above and beyond to find a stress ball to help calm my nerves. That small, thoughtful gesture truly made a difference during a difficult procedure. THANK YOU VERY VERY MUCH, Vanessa!!! 🌹
Her supervisor, Maria C., was also kind and accommodating.
When it was time for the procedure, the surgical team: Noely, Feje, Jaydee, and Joanna were nothing short of exceptional. Their professionalism, compassion, and care stood out every step of the way.

Positive experience. Staff was friendly & knowledgeable. Procedure was explained in detail & warmed blanket was offered while waiting for procedure to begin after injection was given.

I had a pet scan last Thursday and am still sick
I had one at Mayo Arizona 3 years ago and had a similar problem. It brought it to the attention of the booking agent,two conformation agents and the check in person that I needed a big saline iv before the test they all said no problem. The tech just said we don't do that. I have stage 3 copd and my lungs got full of very thick mucous I still haven't gotten out also very dark colored urine for 2 days. A Saline IV bag cost less than 5.00 their price I should have walked out. At this point my lungs won't recover to the condition they were in before the test. This one size fits all in medical treatment and testing is ridiculous. Of course nothing can get in the way of the most money for the least effort.

The lady that checked me in was RUD! Made it so I was late to both my test. Maybe if she had less personal stuff all over her work area she could do her job. I wish I could do no star's
