Today, Good Friday April 03, 2026. I visited Nu Smile Dental for the first time. Well, I was pleasantly surprised by Leslie the receptionist at the front desk. Why? Because I was lost getting there, and also upset being late for my appointment. However, Leslie greeted me with so much love, I felt ashamed. Moreso, Dr. Ngo was already waiting for me, such a Professional doctor with amazing advice. Next, the icing on the cake. The Dental Hygienist Patty, who give me the gentle care, was totally thorough and I'm full of gratitude. The staff are all worth bragging about. I just want to take a minute to share my experience at NUSMILE DENTAL. I went to …….. dental, they wanted to remove all my teeth and get dentures, I’m only 38 years old. I went for a second to NUSMILE DENTAL, this place changed my life. Leslie absolutely awesome, she helped me to qualify for partials and crowns. Dr. NGO and all the dental assistant ms very well knowledge, let’s not even talk about the high tech equipment. I highly highly recommend this dental office. 👌

I’ve gone two times and each time they’ve messed one of my teeth up. they refuse to even think about removing my wisdom teeth that are so painful and they ignored the 8 cavities i have on my fully grown in wisdoms tooth. the cavity they just “fixed” on another tooth is worse and i can’t eat on that side now without pain. i’m never coming back here.

I am a new patient. Been without teeth, only 3 on bottom for almost 2 yrs. Im new to area and this was first place that came up when searched. So thats says something.
Im having dentures and partial done. Leslie at front desk was awesome! Always so courteous and informative. Worked hard to make sure my coverage was good. The team of Mariela doing the scheduling, was on top of it and any changes that needed to be made to accommodate me, was done. The 2 ladies who did my x ray, Cassie and Anahi were quick and, they knew what they were doing. Patty did my scan and cleaning and took her time as well. Talked to me. Apologized of I was uncomfortable. It was great. And Dr. Ngo! Came to see me in room quickly, reviewed x rays, relayed information as far as what was gonna be done, and answered any questions I had. Everyone i was able to ask questions and get responses right then. I will have a new grill in about 3 weeks! Thank God for their team.

All I had done was the confirmation from the dentist telling me that they gotta go and then my dentures produced. SO I can't say anything about the quality of Care during and after any procedures but the warm vibes from the staff won me over. I'm terrified of the dentist but there professional repor and courtousy for exceeded My expectations from a Medicaid level dental office. I was treated like a patient not another mouth issue. Dr. Ngo doesn't know how to fix his bad fillings he will shave ur teeth till they just don't touch so ur fillings don't hurt. I also paid for a permanent bridge I regret putting in my mouth. He had to root canal through my permanent bridge he just put in. No matter my complaints, he just kept shaving down the bridge before finally charging an extra $650 to break through it and kill my nerve. There was no infection..... but this was no only way to fix it. In the photos, u can see my teeth touch all around (red). On the BLUE, u can see how he shaved the bridge. I asked him to pls focus on the real problem, to please stop shaving my teeth down. I need to go fix the fillings he put in because they hurt when I bite as well. He has also just kept shaving there as well as the bridge and that's why I have to go elsewhere. They are not knowledgeable in new technology as well. There's better ways of taking a bridge off than banging it out. Look up Orthodontics instead of Dentistry. I hope i help someone before coming to this place.

So i do landscaping for the airport ... Working outside in the heat felt my tooth crack ...by the end of my work day i had a throbing pain and a swollen cheek i found nu smile dental i called them and they were able to help me so fast same day visit and extract my tooth . I took my son to Nu Smile on Sahara for a second opinion on results of his last visit with a different Dentist and I have to say WOW! Erick, Dr. Ngo and the entire staff were professional, helpful and friendly. My son asked me to change Doctors as he felt comfortable and cared for here. I expected professionalism, but what I got was love. I know that sounds weird but hear me out. The genuine care, consideration and compassion I received from these people really left an impression on me.
I was nervous. My last Dentist left me messed up and pessimistic. But after being cared for by these people, all anxiety left by my last dentist is gone.

With my follow-up appointment today, I expect to be continually cared for and comforted. Big fears of dentistry loomed over me from childhood, but Dr. Ngo and Erik both helped me to feel comfortable from the very beginning. I am new to the city and was in need of a dental office I searched online and found NuSmile Dental, Dr Ngo and the staff are amazing very welcoming and attentive to the patients. The girls in the front desk are amazing. The office is clean and well organized. During my visit I noticed they have a robot machine making the X-rays experience pleasing and they also have a new machine called Tero which is great to visually see your teeth. I highly recommend this dental office.

I have severe anxiety when it comes to dentists, but from my first visit the staff was very friendly and understanding. Today I got all my teeth pulled so I can get dentures, the assistant held my hand and sang to help calm me down. Then when it came to the extractions the dentist took his time and breaks in-between each removal,on the very last tooth we were all humming together it was very comforting to finally find a Dentist who's amazing 😍.

I hadn't been to the dentist in several years and was terrified. Come to find out I needed several fillings and 2 crowns. I was obviously terrified and I must say that they did everything possible to make sure I was not in pain and gave me time to breath and relax to make the experience very relaxed and confirm my comfort. After my fillings and temporary crowns, Leslie called to check up on me. Today I had my perminant crowns put in and Dr. Ngo and Ally listened to my every concern during the appointment. As far as price, they are extremely generous and can work with your budget. Thank you to the team there, I could not be happier about my experience and so glad I came in. My smile looks great!
