A very organized and well run operation. Facility is inviting clean and well designed with patient in mind. Staff is professional knowledgeable friendly and helpful top to bottom. Dr Debrey clearly knows what he’s doing and builds confidence.
The only thing is after building trust in him with success in treatment. He’s passing me off to the new help. Someone I don’t know which will require a whole new trust building period. It’s a big letdown for me. But we will see how this new Dr is. After all these are my eyes.

I've been with Dr. DeBry over 14 years. His new Rose St location facilitates a smooth appointment experience. It's wonderful to see familiar faces reflecting staff retention and compassionate skill. It's terrific to be able to track my disease process thru the years on the computer with his explanation. Dr. DeBry is very gentle, always responds to my questions, while showing a personal interest in me.
His waiting rooms are very comfortable and usually entertain with beautiful nature slides and movies.

My visit at the Rose St with Dr. McBride went flowerless. Dr. McBride has been my eye doctor for the over 17 years. His skill are the tops second to none. The entire step treated me with respect, the wait time between different tests was very very brief about 10 minutes apart. This is the very best experience I had fortunately, I couldn’t say that about the office in Henderson where I’ve waited over an hour between the test and ended up leaving the office before seeing Dr. Their schedule is 4 to 5 patients at the same time.

They are really great. I had cataract surgery years ago but my sight was starting to get cloudy again. I went in to get it checked. My insurance company approve the procedure to be done that day. I got the cloudy vision in my eye laser off to fix the cloudiness. I got the procedure done right there in the office. I have never been able with any other Doctor to have the procedure done right away in the office.

I was a little nervous getting my first cataract surgery, but it was probably the easiest medical procedure I’ve ever been through! And the best part is, I can now see great out of my left eye!! And it was all so easy!!!

I had a laser procedure of my eye and Dr. Debry was very skilled clinically. The reason for my 3 star review is that the communication between, doctor, patient and staff was lacking. I know that the doctor has many patients to see on any given day and that the procedures are very routine to him. But, they are not routine to me. There was little explanation about what was happening in real time and very little conversation (almost none) after the procedure. I was given an informational packet to read but no one explained anything before, during or after. I had to pick up a prescription for eye drops but was never told when to start them. The day of the surgery, the day after? Only that they were to be taken 4 times per day. I had to ask at the desk and then they were hesitant in answering my questions. The informational packet said that a follow up appointment would be scheduled in 3-4 weeks but I am scheduled for 6 months. I really don't understand. I am not dissatisfied with the procedure but patients need to be treated with a little more consideration.

He has performed most of my eye surgeries and has also cared for my son — and the level of compassion, skill, and dedication he shows has always been unmatched.
Dr. DeBry genuinely cares about his patients. You’re never treated like a number — you’re treated like family. His experience, wisdom, and steady hands have given me so much peace over the years. We have been a patient with Dr. Debry for years. After quite a few times being in his office we’ve had to wait 1 1/2-2 hours every time and to be seen for 10 minutes and told to continue the routine. This treatment got tiring real fast the other day because I had another appointment and we were 10 minutes late to it, but we got seen, thank God. Plus Dr. Debry comes off cocky his manner of speaking to you is not kindly, friendly or humble. He’s always in a rush So we decided to find another eye doctor. When we found another eye doctor he was 1 mile from home. Even though we were there for 2 hours we were tested extremely and were told of other problems with our eyes that Dr. Debry’s office never told us about. And we were in his office two days earlier. We are so glad we decided to leave Dr. Debry’s team. Please reconsider before seeing him, you’ll be glad you do.

Okay, 1. What an assembly line! at the surgery center. But I m sure you all won't change as the corporate model has its pitchfork in you and is making you all rich. Not pleasant but what can you expect? Humaan greed is an amazing thing.
2. Everyone was nice and.gengtle except the Grand Poombah, you know--the Great Mozart. He laid a rough hand on my eye. But of course this delicate genius plays by different rules, don t he? He could of warned me before he roughly and uncomfortably pressed antibiotic gel over my eye but I guess he was in too much of a darn hurry (re :corporate model). Once before in an exam I experienced his ham-handed, impatient style. i really don t know but he reminds of frustrated, Morman Republicans i ve met.
3. Speed dating style service early the next day follow up. appointment. Need I say more. I m rather tired and we all were rather tired.
4. Super painful sting on the eyeball from prescribed drops.
Like a bee sting on a body's most tender spot. Thanks for the warning. I guess you can t make an omelet.....
5. Longlasting (36 Hours) Super headache (and I ain t the only one) from the "like Valium" anesthetic. This sobriquet to describe the drug was used by the anesthsiologist who I guess though I would misuse the correct information or maybe he forgot the right name.

My new eye Doctor's at this clinic are awesome, gave me one little bottle of eye drops and in three weeks my glaucoma pressure has dropped to a comfortable number for me! The ten years I spent at Shepherd's eye center, with Dr. Dan Eisenberg and got great care he retired and I needed a specialist for my glaucoma and I was referred to The Nevada Eye! Thank you!!!!

I’m here today for a follow up and I’ve waited over an hour. You are a great surgeon, but to make people wait for no reason at all because of poor scheduling is not acceptable to me.
I ran a business for 40 years and I value peoples time. Obviously you’re a renowned surgeon and feel that your time is more valuable than mine. Again not acceptable.

I am extremely disappointed with the way this doctor’s office handles scheduling. I have now been here three times, and each visit has involved excessive wait times — over 45 minutes at every phase of the appointment. While the staff is courteous, it’s become clear that the physicians prioritize volume over patient experience, booking far more appointments than they can reasonably accommodate.

This practice shows a clear disregard for the value of patients’ time. The streamlined pre-check-in process is efficient and appreciated - but it’s rendered meaningless when patients are left waiting for hours. Scheduling an appointment should come with the expectation of being seen in a timely manner, not treated as a placeholder in an overbooked system.
