Two Fridays ago, I cracked my tooth and had no idea what to do. Over the weekend, I went to a general dentist who looked at it and told me the tooth should be removed. The following Monday, I spoke with another general dentist who explained that because the crack ran down the middle of the tooth, an X-ray could not show whether it continued into the root. Before giving up on the tooth, they recommended that I see an endodontist.

I chose Oasis Endodontic Specialists because they were close to me and had 797 five-star reviews. Honestly, I was skeptical. It seemed almost impossible that so many people could have such positive things to say. After experiencing their care for myself, I completely understand.

From the moment I arrived for my consultation, the front desk made me feel welcome and cared for. Taylor, Dr. Miguel Morales’s assistant, was incredibly personable, patient, and comforting. I was extremely nervous because I had never even had a cavity, much less faced a root canal, dental surgery, or the possibility of losing a tooth. Taylor never made me feel rushed or dismissed. She treated me like a person who was scared and needed reassurance.

On October 6, 2026, I returned for a root canal in the hope that Dr. Morales could save my natural tooth. Unfortunately, the crack extended through the entire tooth and into the root, which meant the tooth could not be saved.

That was not the outcome I wanted, but what happened next showed me what makes this office so special.

Dr. Morales, Taylor, Ashley, and the front desk team did not simply hand me a referral and leave me to figure everything out. They immediately started calling oral surgery offices, searching for an appointment, and finding a way to get my tooth removed as quickly as possible. They found an oral surgeon and scheduled everything for me. This was not just a handoff. They stayed involved and made sure I was taken care of through the next step, even though my treatment at their office could not continue.

Ashley also took the time to help me understand my insurance options. She explained everything clearly without overwhelming me and told me I could call her anytime. A few hours after my tooth was removed, I called her, and she was just as kind, helpful, and supportive as she had been earlier.

It is easy to praise a dental office when everything goes perfectly. What impressed me most was how this team cared for me when things did not go as planned. I came to Oasis hoping they could save my tooth. Even though that was not possible, I never felt abandoned, rushed, or treated like I was no longer their responsibility.

If you are looking for an endodontist in Henderson for a cracked tooth, root canal consultation, or honest and compassionate endodontic care, I cannot recommend Dr. Miguel Morales and his team enough. Other doctors should ask Dr. Morales how he built this team because every person I encountered was exceptional.

I was referred to Dr. Morales from my dentist (Bloom Dental Co & Dr. Torres) because of I needed an urgent root canal that needed to be completed prior to Dr. Torres doing my other procedures. I have dental anxiety because of experiences as a child, and a traumatic experience I had a few years back. After my deep cleaning, Bloom Dental reached out to Oasis Endodontic Specialist and I was scheduled the very next day for my procedure. Upon entering, everyone was so kind & easy going. Taylor welcomed me into the facility, gave me an xray & did more imagery, then called Dr. Morales in to educate me on what he was seeing and walked me through the treatment plan. Honestly, I was so scared but they quickly put my nerves to ease, I was numbed and I decided to plug in my headphones and chill during the entire procedure. The procedure itself was very quick and efficient (less than 45 mins) and I was in and out of the office in about an hour. Taylor did a great job about informing me of the aftercare, sent my prescription over to my pharmacy, and thanked me for coming in. Perhaps today more than ever before, time is money. The scheduling staff were able to get me in within two days notice (weekend days); I called on Thursday night and was walking through their door first thing Monday morning. Dr. Morales and Taylor were a very efficient crew with my retreatment of a previously done root canal. Out the door in under an hour. UNDER AN HOUR. Painless (as far as dental work goes). Professionals all the way.

Some reviews say it's cold in there; can confirm they keep the temp low. But it's not freezing. They did offer me a blanket early on.

So long as the post-treatment recovery goes as planned... 10 out of 10. Would recommend!

I’m currently going thru tremendous pain. After Xray and exam the dentist suspect I’m likely needing a root canal. My friend’s daughter had good encounter with Dr. Morales and his staff so I took her recommendation. I’m glad I did!! I was here several months ago was helped by Dr. Morales and Neyda. They were able to fit me in to an appointment quickly due to the pain I was experiencing and after determining I needed a root canal, they helped me then and there. Everyone there was kind, professional, and patient with me. I tend to have a lot of anxiety with dental work, and they really helped me feel comfortable.

The root canal itself was surprisingly quick and I was fairly comfortable the whole time. Usually with dental work I get overwhelmed by the sounds, smells, and all the touching and movement. I was pleasantly surprised by how easy I felt throughout the entire process. On top of that, when I left I was in a lot less pain than when I had arrived and Dr. Morales was so gentle and efficient that the healing process was quick, almost completely painless, and there have been no issues.

I am incredibly greatfull as they helped make this very stressful experience turn into a positive one. Hopefully, I won't need to see an Endodontist for a VERY long time, but if I do, I will be running back to Oasis.

The moment I got to Oasis the clerk immediately said I was already checked in and I waited for a bit then Taylor came out and attended me quickly sat me at the chair and began the necessary stuff in total my appointment lasted around a hour and 15 minutes even though the expected time was around 2 hours and Taylor and the doctor were very nice and very attentive to me while the appointment in general it was a nice experience for my first time getting root canals.

I had a dental emergency and was referred to Oasis. The receptionists were very professional and helpful, they got me in for an appointment that day. I was taken into the back by Taylor to begin my procedure. Taylor was very personable and professional as she prepped me for the Dr. Dr Morales and Taylor worked as a great team and completed my root canal with no problems. I would highly recommend Oasis Endodontic Specialists.

They fit me in for the appt almost immediately. When I arrived they knew who I was and brought me back to the operatory within 5 minutes. The Dr’s assistant was so nice, explained everything, asked lots of questions and offered a blanket if I was cold.

Dr Morales introduced himself, explained my options, and gave me his expert opinion for treatment. When I left the office staff was very friendly, had my paperwork ready and answered a few last questions for me. The office was efficient, very clean & neat.

Dr. Morales and his assistant, Taylor, were absolutely wonderful. I was very nervous because I cannot have epinephrine and was also dealing with lockjaw, but they were both incredibly patient, kind, and understanding throughout my visit. Dr. Morales took the time to make sure I was comfortable and explained everything clearly. Taylor was also caring and supportive. Their professionalism and compassion made a difficult situation much easier. I highly recommend them!

During my latest visit, Oasis Endodontics went above and beyond. They squeezed me in when I had follow-up questions reference my root canal. Fablola at the front desk is so nice, friendly and helpful. Both Fablola and Taylor took such good care of me and kept me updated with the doctor's schedule (remember, they accommodated me with a last minute appointment)! Dr. Morales answered all of my questions, and checked everything out (and did some work my regular dentist should have done). I can't say enough about this office. EVERYONE from the front of the office to the back, along with the Dr. is fabulous.

Such a great experience with Dr Morales office today. I was referred by my dentist about concern of an old root canal I had done ten plus years ago. Destiny took all my x-rays before I met with Dr Morales. She was amazing and kind. She made me aware of the process. Lastly I met with Dr Morales. I do not need any further treatment from Dr Morales but will not hesitate to return if I have further problems. I would definitely rate the office and staff with a five plus!! Excellent care.

Was recommended Oasis Endodontic and Dr. Miguel Morales for root canal. Ended up having root canal and mouth surgery to repair another root canal. I never thought I’d be giving a root canal experience 5 stars, but this staff deserves it. I am one of those people who rather do anything than go to the dentist/have dental work done- and this office was a perfect place for me. From the moment I walked in the front desk staff welcomed me, offered water, helped me get comfortable and confident about the procedure. The wonderful tech? Assistant? I was and didn’t catch her name or actual title, but she was so kind and patient with me. She helped me stay calm during the injections and I’m thankful for that (she was great at her technical side of her job as well, but those soft skills really make the difference). Dr. Morales seemed to care about his work, his staff, and his patients. All in all a great experience for a first root canal. Thank you to a truly caring staff. So hard to find!

After a routine cleaning it was determined that I had a serious infection due to a trauma injury. My Dentist recommended I immediately get this treated. They said I needed a Root Canal. They gave me a referral for Oasis Endodontic Specialists and I called them. I was offered an appointment same day. So, a few hours later I'm in the chair at Oasis Endodontic Specialists with Dr. Morales and Taylor. They explain everything and even laughed at my jokes. Tricky part was it was one of front teeth, but they made it look easy.
Hour later i was done heading back to my dentist for a permanent fill.
I don't normally do reviews, however I would send my family and friends here and you should too.

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Morales for a year now and have have nothing but good things to say about him and his staff. I refuse to go to any other endodontist in town because I really think he is the best. They make the entire process from getting an appointment to the procedure seamless. They’re prompt to return your calls and if there’s any concern, I’ve even had Dr. Morales personally return my calls. The office staff and his assistants are very kind and professional and give the best service. They are attentive to your needs and make getting what could be a traumatic dental procedure, not traumatic at all, pleasant even at best. Dr. Morales is very professional, he addresses all your concerns, encourages questions and is highly skilled with his work. His front office staff and his assistants are also very good with his patients.

Shout out to Neyda, his dental assistant who has always been very kind, very professional and answers all my questions and helps with my anxiety. I truly appreciate the care I get from this office every time I come here.
