I was suite by some very friendly front desk, workers and tech. It’s difficult for me to walk so they asked me several times if I was OK I thought that was very nice every room they took me in. I have been going to this location for over 10+ years. Never have myself nor my husband been left alone to complete the first half of the examination, each with different appointment times back to back. The technician set the machinery for the first test and left. The test was over for minutes before he returned. He then set up the second test and left. Again, the test was over before he returned. The portion of the examination with the optometrist went well. Choosing eyewear with another employee went well too.

Wow! So impressed! We were visiting from out of town and needed a contact replacement. We had tried several other places to get a replacement but none of them carried what the prescription was for. Myself, my husband, my mom and several other members of my family have been going here for many years. We’ve always been very impressed with the upscale service mixed with reasonable prices and friendly staff. Recently, however, the service somehow managed to get even better. I was diagnosed with shingles on my face and in my eye while on a cruise and as soon as I got back stateside, I called Optic Gallery Boca Park and they were able to get me in next-day. (They actually could’ve gotten me in same-day, but I wasn’t going to make it back to town in time before they closed.) Dr. Tran pretty much saved my life, as far as I’m concerned. She definitely saved me from a much longer and more arduous and painful recovery than I ended up experiencing. She and her staff took such good care of me and really made me feel like I was going to be OK. Their care and understanding means more to me than I can ever explain. Dr. Tran really took the time to listen to my concerns, and gave me real-world, educated and easy-to-understand answers to all of my questions. She was very understanding and knowledgeable and made me feel so comfortable. She also celebrated my recovery throughout the entire process, which really made me feel SEEN. I don’t know what I would’ve done without Dr. Tran, but I’m so glad that I won’t have to find out. I very much recommend Optic Gallery Boca Park to anyone who is looking for a new optometrist. Last weekend we were in town from out of state for a baseball tournament. Saturday morning, my son realized he had forgotten his contacts. Hard to play baseball when you can't see. I saw this place opened a little earlier than others at 8 am, and walked in as soon as they opened. I started to explain my dilemma to the front desk, but the Office Manager overheard and immediately jumped in with "I can help." She walked me through a call with our home optometrist, and within 5 minutes I had sample contacts in hand and good advice for remembering to take a picture of his prescription and have it with me for any future emergencies.
