Best optical team I’ve ever worked with. Everyone was extremely knowledgeable and pleasant to talk to. The doctor was efficient and informative and then Jackie helped me pick out I think my favorite glasses I’ve ever had. She knew so much about what size worked best with my prescription and even knew about some secret color options that weren’t on the floor 😁 I actually enjoyed my time at the doctors office thanks to the team at Optic Gallery Ft. Getting old is scary. Especially when you do not see, hah literally, the changes happening before your eyes. Dr. Suh was wonderful and outlined the terrifying changes coming when you hit your 40s and reassured me it wasn't all doom and gloom. She recommended a great product and I look forward to having a better viewing solution for my work and recreational needs. This was my first visit to the Optic Gallery Fort Apache location, although my fiancée and I have been patients of Optic Gallery for many years. Over that time, we’ve followed Dr. Richard Eusebio from the Boca Park location to Hualapai and now to Fort Apache.

Our experience with Optic Gallery has always been excellent. They have a great selection of glasses and sunglasses, and the overall level of care has consistently been top-notch. The main reason we keep coming back, however, is Dr. Eusebio. He is knowledgeable, thorough, and always takes the time to answer questions and make sure everything is addressed.

The staff at the Fort Apache office was also incredibly kind and helpful during this visit. Everyone we interacted with was friendly, professional, and eager to assist. It made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable.

The ladies were nice and pleasant to deal with, but my glasses are wobbly and loose. They said they ordered new frames for me but I feel like there are still off balance and fit crooked on my face. I feel like the readers o get from Walgreens fit better. Not worth the hundreds of dollars I spent. It’s not
exactly the technicians fault, but I feel like they should take more care in making sure the frames are solid before passed on to the customer.
I don’t think I’ll go back to Optic Gallery, unfortunately.

I've been with this company for at least 5 years and probably longer today was the first time I questioned continuing with this company the first girl behind the counter tried to overcharge me but when I questioned this the other girl Maddie double checked and my payment went from "64 to 94$" to my original quote which was 10$ co pay so Thank You Maddie for taking time to check! Then the eye doctor I saw wouldn't even give me a sample of eye drops that I get every time I come not sure why the bad treatment I have two insurance plans both ppo so I don't understand what the problem was. I'm a customer treat me like that if I want a sample then give it Jeesh it's not a big deal lady I'm sure it doesn't come out of your pocket. Ridiculous! I should have waited for the last doctor I saw which was Dr Suy not sure I'm spelling it right but I was impressed with her and how she treated me as a customer . The doctor I saw today was horrible

I had a great experience here for eye exam and check up after many many years of not getting eye exams.
