I don’t like to be negative about reviews but this really really upsets me. My friend has been a Pt since May 2025 and saw the Dr once ( in 1 year ) until April 2026. she’s been complaining about headaches and follow up from the hospital( May 2025) because of Multiple Sclerosis. They were focusing in headaches only. Until April 2026… after more test and given ONLY headache pills - we finally saw the Dr and he had NO idea about why they were focusing only on headaches and not Multiple Sclerosis, he checked test done in the office and explained to me and my friend about her spine and how MS has been affecting her since it was diagnosed. But… NOTHING was done. Literally those test were done in 2025 and headache pills were given only. He had no idea about my friend’s chart and how was her case managed. Now finally after this appointment were he actually did something, we are struggling for the staff to reach to my friends insurance and have something done since insurance company needs information from the doctor office. Please, don’t go there. Front desk staff only focusing in maybe… being nice but not effective and professional.

I’ve called this office multiple times over the last couple of weeks and still have not received a resolution. What should have been a simple prior authorization has turned into an ongoing issue with no clear communication or follow-up.

I’ve done everything this office has asked of me. I’ve completed follow-up visits, contacted my insurance company, and even reached out to the specialty pharmacy myself. Each time, I’m told they are waiting on my doctor’s office and have not received the necessary response. Meanwhile, I’m left in the middle trying to chase down answers.

I’ve left multiple voicemails that have gone unanswered, and when I do get someone on the phone, the communication feels dismissive rather than supportive. I also still have not been able to see a neurologist directly and continue to be routed through nurse practitioners without any real progress in my care.

It’s extremely frustrating to be proactive, follow every instruction given, and still not receive the care or communication you need. Patients should not have to repeatedly call just to get a callback or basic updates.

I’m sharing this in hopes that it brings attention to the lack of responsiveness, accountability, and empathy in this office.

First appointment with RRNPM. I must say the bad reviews do not meet the quality of service I received today. This was by far the fastest appointment I’ve had with any pain management office, the staff was awesome and Chantel is amazing. I’m happy they didn’t judge how I look by how I should feel, I’ve often heard, oh you look great. Simply bypassing what I mention, not at RRNPM. Chantel specifically asked me questions I didn’t have to speak of, felt like she new me since the spinal fusion in 2024.

I've been to Red Rock Neurology 3 times now The first time I was there I was really sick (I have breast cancer) and I really thought I was gonna have to reschedule bc I was so neasueas. The nurse was wonderful!! She waited on me each time I had to run to the restroom to be sick. She never rushed me, and was very patient with me. The first and 2nd time I didn't even have to wait 5 minutes and they were already calling me back to see the Dr. Today there was a little bit of a wait, but nothing out of the ordinary for Drs appointments in Vegas!! The 2nd time I was there for a nerve study. It hurt like hell but the staff was great!! I am impressed with the Dr, staff and the whole experience!!!

Very disappointing when you go to a medical office for help and end up at a office like this , they couldn’t verify my insurance and it was active , I did not have the funds to pay the day of but I wouldn’t need to if they verified it correctly. I missed the appointment because of this situation and they dismissed me from the office for missing it when they said they’d call back when they verified my insurance . The NP didn't tell me the medication I was going to take could be deadly or possibly cause severe disability. I read that on a form in their lobby, she had me fill out the form after the visit. On that form it says the the doctor was to disclose the possibly fatal or debilitating side effect during our visit BEFORE I agreed to take the medication...she did not tell me that at all. She told me the medication was more aggressive & most people take it because it's done once a month.

When I told them I wanted to change the medication because she failed to disclose that vital information, they refused to change it & told me I had to make another appointment in order to change the medication even though I'd never left the office. I asked why she didn't tell me during the visit, the receptionist told me because they have the company who administers the drug contact patients & they go over the side effects. She didn't evaluate me physically, no neurological exam was performed, she didn't have the actual images of my brain to review but instead diagnosed me based on notes from the ER MRI person that I emailed to them. The visit was about 15-20 mins long. All she did was tell me I had it & offer me medications.
The receptionist was to call me at the end of the day that day to let me know if the copay would be waived for another visit to change the medication. She never called, instead they texted me at 9am the next day to tell me I had an appointment at 10 am that day.

Your office called me days later on Jan 2nd, my appoint was on the morning of 12/30 and I was supposed to be contacted that day by the end of day per your receptionist. The time to work with me and address my concerns was during my visit on 12/30 or when I repeatedly asked for the medication to be changed. If the things you listed were taken "very seriously" I wouldn't have multiple reasons to leave this review. These actions and your reply let me know this isn't the place for me.

So to give a little info on why I’m leaving this comment I’m paralyzed and I take the bus because I’m in a power wheelchair.

So after 2 years of dealing with different doctors I came across the name of this doctor from one of my facebook groups I’m saying this was a good doctor to see. So after doing some research and finding out the doctor was from Jersey I thought I found someone who could help me with my neuropathy, but I Was so wrong.

The first time I went there, I had an appointment my doctor sent over my referral And I went to my appointment never mind you. I said I take the bus so the bus took me an hour to get here cause it was across town from where I live so after getting here I sign in and they asked me if I had my referral. Because they didn’t send it over but yet they called me and we made an appointment so how did they not get my referral then after speaking with the rude office manager I just left because I was so upset then had to wait two hours for my bus so again a whole day down the Drain and wasted even my PCA was telling me how she was so rude and I better not go back.

But still, I decided to give them another chance because I had high hopes for this doctor then I made another appointment for the other office on McDaniel. My appointment was January Fifth 2026 I got to this appointment. I sign in. They didn’t even ask for my insurance card or ID or give me the paperwork to fill out then they call me back to the room. I let the nurse know I did not receive any paperwork to fill out and then she had someone bring it to me… so we got there at 1:10 went back to the room at 1:25 and my appointment was 1:30 buss was picking me up at 3:15 after letting them know numerous times then we walked out at 3pm because I need to get on my bus because only way I can get home because I’m paralyzed.. a lady approached me saying can you just stay a couple more mins you should be up next? I was so upset I said a couple more mins ? I’m a new patient who has a lot to go over because I have numerous things wrong like CIDP, neuropathy and back issues so to have a real conversation with a doctor who cares it will be more that a voile mins and we are going to miss the bus we have been herd 2 hours. She proceeds to make up a lie And say it takes so long because people have to wait six months for an appointment and I said really Both appointments you guys scheduled me the same week or the next week you guys have plenty of appointments open So the six week thing is not true and your lack of compassion for somebody in a wheelchair And somebody who really needs an appointment Just like everybody in this office is so terrible she had nothing to say about me saying that all my appointments were scheduled within a week of me calling and if they weren’t within a week it’s because I choose the appointment because I had other appointments so it was just horrible that she would even make that up as an excuse She should be disgusted in the Doctor Who which I saw in the hallway who heard everything that I was saying had nothing to say, which is also terrible he could’ve at least came up to me and introduced himself and said I am so sorry for the inconvenience that this has happened to you two times But if you please can give us another chance and please make another appointment. Nope he just walked away. And yes, I knew it was him because his picture is on the website so no, I will never go here again or waste my time and in every group I’m in I will let them know to be aware of this place. And I’m sure the reply back from this company if I even get one will be a lie so please don’t even bother

Because of him I have to get another doctor he would no longer see me because he said I don't have seizures when I do I was born with thim. Discharged me June 23 2025 Dr Sherif Hawarey and he said it wasn't for anything bad but now all of a sudden my other Neurology / neurosurgeon Dr Garber office at LVNI they called me today Veronica from the new place and told me she called Red Rock Neurology and staff stated I was discharged for refusing treatment Wow I have all my paperwork and records etc of everything I did that Dr Sherif Hawarey wanted me to do and I did and proof of medication and of everything that was said so why Red Rock Neurology and staff would say that I refuse treatment to my other place Dr Sherif Hawarey referred me to I did nothing but gave this place and Dr Sherif Hawarey a good review then they switch hit and say I refused treatment never refused anything they mad cause I stated I don't have no ride at the time to get injections in my back but anywaz God bless y'all I got proof!!!!! This place is awful. I should’ve left when I saw the ran down office ( North Las Vegas). I went twice, the first visit I waited over an hour to see the Doctor. He saw me for a couple of minutes and he put me on an awful medication for my migraines. The second and last visit I waited over 45 minutes. Once the doctor came in I told him that the medication was awful. The doctor then told me that he didn’t know what was wrong with me and he was discharging me! Like what kind of doctor says that they don’t know? Isn't the point of a doctor to figure things out to help you? Disgraceful!

If you’re thinking about a Spinal Cord Stimulator Dr Haraway is the Dr to see, I had a cement stair fall on my head from 15 ft high and it changed my entire life two years ago, I had to have surgery on my ankle and after that unfortunately I was diagnosed with CRPS, my husband and I relocated to Las Vegas as I was put on disability, so I needed to find all new drs to be apart of my care team. I found Dr Haraway, he got me a Spinal cord stim trial and I am extremely excited to say after 2 yrs of unbearable and debilitating pain I was able to move my foot, and feel my big toe where I haven’t been able to for about 2 years. Fabio the BIOTRONIK rep is an amazing human being he called me every day to check on me even on the weekends, while I had the trial in, he is a caring and just genuine person, the office staff is so nice and Helpful especially Ashley she went above and beyond to help me and when she heard I had 60 % pain free from the spinal cord stim trial she cried because she knew how much pain I was in, and I’m here to say I’m finally getting the SCS implantation done this week. I am beyond thankful for Dr Haraway and his staff!!! Thank you so so much you all and a huge shout out to Fabio and Ashley for being genuine people and for caring about me. I had such a great experience at this doctor’s office! I came in with an injury and was able to get an appointment the very same day, which I really appreciated. From the moment I walked in, the staff was so welcoming, kind, and attentive. As for my background, I have had issues with my cervical spine for the past 17 years. While other doctors suggest that I get surgery, Red Rock Surgery has offered me a more conservative approach. On top of that, I just had an accident and shattered my right heel. My podiatrist never referred me to have an MRI, while Kellie did, to have a clearer view of my bones and soft tissue. Plus, they will help you wean off pain medication while helping you manage your pain.

For the staff, KUDDOS! My referral to a PT, to a new podiatrist, and to have an MRI referral were all done the same day. Billing has also done a great job by getting in touch with my primary and secondary insurance ahead of time, making sure all my procedures are authorized and approved. The scheduling department makes sure that all my appointments coincide with my availability. They would send a text reminder or two, and a phone call, to ensure you won't miss your schedule.

That's how they make there first time customers feel I don't know what she means my kind is not wanted at there facility. I would like to have her fired asap. Every time I come to my appointments, I am on time. My roomies or friends give me rides. Everytime I have an appointment I am always early. And EVERY TIME I'm waiting 45min-1hr to be seen by me neuro for 5min after my appointment time. It's deplorable. Im here now. My appointment is at 845 and I'm still waiting for the neuro. Like what gives.

I would give 0 stars if I could!!!!! Obviously all the reviews given were as fake as the front & back office staff here:( My MIL originally had an appt. yesterday @3:00pm but the office decided to close early for the day, so upon our arrival they advised us of this & rescheduled us for this morning @9:00am. We arrived early, no one had any idea of our appt. that they "penciled" us in for ....so here we are 1hr & 10mins later we are still waiting to be seen by a doctor! A very unprofessional Medical Assistant spoke very ghetto, did not take any vitals, & then asked me to utilize my phone to "google" the Walgreens Pharmacy! As if they don't have a list of Pharmacy's at their Nurse's Station!!!! But then again, this place leaves me questioning alot of things!!!!! I will he taking my MIL to LV Nuerology I give them 5 stars:)

I am so impressed with Dr.Hawarey and his staff. I been suffering with chronic pain for 2 years or so but .Dr.Hawarey got me some relief.He did a spinal cord stimulator machine trial for my condition. Great experience both times we've been here so far. Our initial encounter with NP Kelly was positive, she was informative and patient. This second visit with Dr Haraway solidified that this is a place we approve of. We did have to wait but for valid reasons. Dr. Haraway made my mom's skin biopsy process quick AND painless. Kelli was really nice and knowledgeable. She answered all my questions about my knees. The shot she gave me helped my knee pain and didn't hurt at all. 2 weeks later and my knee still feels good with much less pain and I don't notice it. Her bedside manner is excellent. I highly recommend Kelli!

My husband has suffered debilitating migraines for decades with every possible test run and every possible medication prescribed to no avail. He had his first appointment with Dr. Hawarey this past summer and, after the obligatory MRI which was examined by the doctor, my husband was prescribed a subcutaneous monthly injection medication. Amazingly, and to his complete surprise, it worked the very first day and has continued to relieve ALL of his migraine symptoms completely since introduction. The doctor is communicative, knowledgeable, and compassionate. We enjoy our visits with him every appointment.

The office staff is just as amazing as the doctor. They answer the phone immediately and transfer the call when necessary to the proper end source; and, when we had an insurance issue, it got resolved timely, professionally and easily.

We feel so thankful and grateful that we chose Red Rock Neurology for his needs and would highly recommend this practice wholeheartedly!
