This was a blind decision. I used to go to John C Lawyer but he retired. He was amazing! So I knew it would be hard to find a good optometrist. Then I went to Walmart and was not impressed and I used to go to this optometrist years ago and it seemed as if they wanted nothing to do with their patients, and never took the time to explain in depth what was going on. It seems they just wanted them in and out.

Then I saw the reviews on this place and I was very impressed and they actually accepted my insurance. I had the best experience ever. The front desk was super kind. When she took me back to do the tests, she explained everything to me then the optometrist explained everything in detail and helped me out so much that I felt very comfortable. When I went to go look at new glasses, the young lady was so kind and took her time with me to find a pair of frames that looked good on me and I felt like my anxiety melted away because she was so awesome and nice, she helped me make a decision, even though the decision shouldn’t be as hard, but for some people it is and she made me feel like I was at home. I highly recommend this office as I will be coming back here for every check up and anything I need for my eyes. ♥️♥️♥️

Me and my wife went to get a exams that went great after that, the problems occurred they couldn't do my cartier glasses but they did my wife's cartier glasses one week after picking them up they came a loose took them back it was fixed then a week later same thing happened now it's excuses after excuses but they will up sale you to buy everything. Dr Valdez is terrific!! I called with a serious infection in my eyes, that I had suffered with for 13 days. She had me come in the same day. I was examined, and tested for any other vision issues. Dr Valdez identified the infection and prescribed medication. My eyes felt better after only one dosage of the medication. The burning pain subsided quickly. I couldn't wish for more thorough, or more caring, attention and treatment. Her staff is very friendly & efficient. I highly recommend Dr Valdez & Optic Gallery to anyone with a vision issue, or who needs glasses (they have a beautiful selection of eyewear).

First of all, Dr. Valdez and her entire team are phenomenal - very professional and friendly crew. I have developed severe dry eyes over the years to the point where I get blurry vision and constantly using eyedrops every minute of the day that would only provide very temporary relief. Dr. Valdez suggested Miebo treatment. I went for it and it was one of the best decisions I’ve made. Huge relief and difference just from the first treatment! I went from using eyedrops almost all day to just needing drops once a day. I just completed my last treatment and what a difference it made. I have not used eyedrops and I really believe my vision has been better. My eyes don’t feel tired and stiff. I could not recommend this treatment enough. If you don’t need the treatment, that’s great! I would still recommend this place to anyone needing eye care.

I had my annual eye exam recently with Dr. Anne Valdez at Optic Gallery on Horizon Ridge in Henderson. She is very knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient.

As in previous appointments which all have been on time, I have been very pleased with her and her entire staff.

The facility is immaculately clean and comfortable. There's a great selection of frames to choose from.

This year, my husband also got his eyes examined right after my exam. I am so happy to share that his exam went well also. We selected frames and placed orders which were completed quite promptly.

We will both certainly be returning next year, and I would highly recommend her and her staff. If you're looking for a new eye doctor, give Dr. Anne Valdez a call.

Honestly, I couldn't have asked for better care.
Today I went to pick up my glasses 10 minutes before closing time, and the provider didn't leave before making sure I was assisted, she was literally walking out the door and still took the time to make sure I was okay. Very high prices for below standard quality glasses. They do not stand behind there product and treat you like a bother rather than a valued customer.
I spent over $1100 on two pair of glasses there after insurance. I was able to buy the same set at Costco for $128! That’s glasses and sunglasses.

We went to optic Gallery on December 23 for my husband to have an eye exam and we received exceptional service from the time we walked into the time we left we would like to give a shout out to Dr.Valdez. My husband said it was a great exam. Kerry and Stephanie have great customer care it was very easy working with them. Stephanie selected great frames for my husband. We will definitely be back.

My Daughter Danielle and I stop by Optic Gallery for the first time to get a new pair or prescription glasses, I must say … for on the second we walked in, everyone was so friendly and welcoming, Dr Valdez was incredibly impressed with her diagnosis and exams, Kerry very sweet and friendly, but more impressive is Nasim , very helpful with the selection of the frames, very patient with my questions, I had no other choice but to continue recommending other ppl to this facility 😊

Had such an amazing experience at this location! I was referred by a friend to see Dr. Valdez for a second opinion about my prescription since I was having blurry vision. Turns out that my PD was off and they suggested that I go back to my first Optician to correct this issue. Dr. Valdez and her entire team was very patient and knowledgeable. I highly recommend!!

So happy to have found Dr.Valdez. She took a lot of time with me, trying several options when my vision was just not right after cataract surgery. I could barely see out of my left eye when I called Dr. Valdez's office to make an appointment. I love this office! The staff is professional & friendly. The space is tidy & clean. They were prompt with my appointment & I appreciate Stephanie helping me try on all of the frames! It took me a while to find the right fit, but the process was smooth. It is easy to contact the office with any questions or concerns. Billing is transparent, just ask if you have questions. From the time we walked in until we exited, we were treated like family! Dr. Valdez and her team treated us individually and offered feedback when asked, but we never felt pressure to make rushed decisions. The entire process was far more enjoyable than an eye exam and fitting should take. It’s not Disneyland but it might be the “second happiest place on earth!”

Nice clean place, nice doctor. That being said -

My wife and I did LASIK a few years back. We are new to the area and when we came for our annual checkup here they diagnosed my wife's vision as 20/25 and then they pushed her to buy glasses for seeing far away due to a small stigmatism in one eye. And she'd only use them when driving, even though she can see and drive just fine right now.

For you to hold an unrestricted driver’s license, most states require a 20/40 vision or better. Minimum acceptance in Nevada is 20/40. There's a huge difference between 20/20 and 20/40. Not so much with 20/20 and 20/25. No glasses are needed here but unfortunately they were looking to make a quick buck. They also tried hard to upsell the fancy poly lenses and all other sorts of things, saying that since my wife was going to use them (maybe) 15-30 minutes a day or less on average that it was even more necessary to buy the fancy lenses since it would be more likely she would scratch the lenses that way.

Nice people but we'll likely be going somewhere else next time. Normally I wouldn't mind so much but the lady we spoke with really was pushing back against me asking if any of it was even necessary. We have enough medical bills in our family of 5 without adding unnecessary glasses to that. It's rough when you can't even trust your doctor's office since they value sales over your best interests.
