I had a great experience with the Orthopaedic Institute of Henderson. From start to finish, the entire process was smooth, professional, and well organized.
Dr. King and the team took the time to clearly explain my knee condition and the procedure, which gave me a lot of confidence going into surgery. The staff was friendly, efficient, and always willing to answer any questions.
Post-surgery, my recovery has been going really well. The guidance they provided—especially with physical therapy—has helped me regain mobility and strength faster than I expected. I’m already feeling a big improvement.
Overall, I highly recommend this team to anyone dealing with knee issues or looking for quality orthopedic care. They truly care about their patients and make the whole experience as comfortable as possible.

I was very pleased with this office from the time I entered. Camry helped me while I was completing the new patient forms and came from behind the counter to assist me since I am in a wheelchair. The person who took the X-rays was sensitive to my needs as she helped me move from position to position to capture the pictures she needed. I then met with Victoria, a member of Dr Birch’s team, who went over my medical history with me quickly so she could convey it to the doctor. All of these women were pleasant, sensitive and kind. Finally I saw Dr Robert Birch and he too was pleasant and very thorough as he went over my results and was kind and sensitive as we went over everything I needed to know. I was very pleased with everyone I met at this office.

This was my first visit but heard so much positive comments. Well I can say every comment and praise is worth every bit of truth. The support staff was extremely friendly and supportive to my needs. The equipment is state of art and they know how to use it. Dr Birch is absolutely pleasant and makes you feel relaxed. He is professional and very knowledgeable in his field. I look forward in my travels with my orthopedic issues and have confidence in positive results.

I recently had a full reverse shoulder replacement with Dr. Tait.I've had 4 other replacements prior to this surgery so I know what to expect. I experienced very little pain (if any); and everyone was so nice and professional. I was back to work in 2 weeks. I’m at the 6 week mark now and have very good range of motion! Dr. Tait is an amazing doctor and I would highly recommend him and his team.

Everyone is the best of the best! I’ve had 6 joint replacements over the years and the surgeons and their staff have always been informative, polite and helpful in every way. Thank you so much for taking such great service to me and my wife. Will and have recommended several people and they too have been extremely pleased!
