You get alittle nervous when going to a new dentist,but Dr Chu was fantastic. The girls at the front desk Gigi and Anna are so sweet and made you feel comfortable right from the start.Dr Chu came in and explained what the procedure was and explained what was going to happen.Dr Chu’s dental assistant Miguel was so sweet and very gentle. I was especially nervous because this was my first cavity filling, and hadn't been to the dentist in a while so I was expecting to be scolded for that, but the dentist was incredibly cool and reassuring, and highly skilled and professional throughout the entire procedure. She explained everything clearly, made sure I was comfortable, and completely eased my anxiety. The filling itself was quick, painless, and turned out great.

I went quite some time putting off veneers because I had heard some horror stories. Turns out I worried for nothing!

Dr. Chu and the entire team at Paradise Valley Dental made the whole process unbelievably easy, comfortable, and way more painless than I ever imagined. Everyone was so kind, patient, and made me feel completely at ease

The color match is spot on (these photos are untouched) and the results are exactly what I hoped for. I started with the teeth I felt needed it the most (2 on either side of my middle teeth) but will most definitely return to do my others when I can. Best experience at a dentist in a long time! I have major issues and have had some pretty scary experiences with extremely expensive work with questionable solutions. This dentist made me feel confident that what I need done is definitely positive and Sam the operations manager was AMAZINGn he walked me through everything with my credit and was able to come up with a very reasonable affordable plan and get me financed! Thousands of dollars less than previous consultations and it can all be done in their office in one day, I finally have hope for a beautiful smile again, something I haven’t had in years. Phenomenal experience from start to finish!
Going to a new dentist can be nerve wracking and intimidating but Paradise Valley Dental is nothing short of an excellent dentistry with friendly, trustworthy staff that leave you with an awesome smile.

I did my new patient paperwork in the comfort of my own home prior to arriving. Uploaded all the documents online and didn’t have to repeat anything when I arrived! Excellent!

The waiting room was calm, clean, nicely decorated and not packed with people waiting to be seen. I was seen within minutes of my appointment.

After my X-rays I was provided with a very detailed overview of my dental issues and recommended treatment. Nothing felt over exaggerated or unnecessary.

Afterwards Sam - the operations director sat down with me and gave me an explanation of benefits. Sam has such an amazing personality and is an absolute pleasure to speak to.

He gave full transparency on billing and broke everything down. When I couldn’t pay for the procedure in full - he went through ALL my options with me and met me where I was to ensure I could leave that day with some work done. Thank you so much, Sam!

The dentist who did my procedure was incredibly considerate and most importantly was not rough. I was never in pain and was given enough anesthesia. The environment was peaceful and missing a lot of chaos other dental offices have.

I visited Paradise Valley Dental yesterday for a cleaning. I enjoyed my hygienist very much, she’s very personable. Looks like I have some dental work to get done so Dr. Chu will be doing all of that, not looking forward to it, but the friendly & knowledgeable staff remind me that it’ll be okay. I was extremely disappointed with my visit. My appointment was at 3:00 pm, and after driving 32 minutes, all they did was x-rays and camera pictures. I waited over an hour just to see the doctor. Worse, their Instagram ad was for implants at $171 a month, but when I arrived, they told me I had to make monthly payments up to $3,000 just to start the procedure. They didn’t offer any cleaning or other care only in-house financing. On top of that, their online application asked me what I wanted, and I requested a blanket but I didn’t receive one. The doctor briefly came in, shook my hand, told me what the procedure was about, and left. I didn’t feel wanted. I also feel they should have gone over financing options on the phone first this whole experience felt like a bait and switch. I won’t be returning

They don’t offer nitrous here, since their prices are rather high I figured they would, since nitrous is easy to make money off of. I have severe dental anxiety and had a very difficult time. After, I went to pay the other half ($125) of the cost ($250) and they said since I signed up for the payment plan that if I wanted to pay them right then, I would have to pay $250. Even though I already paid $125 prior. So they’re telling me I have to pay $375 for something that costs $250 if I wanted to clear up the cost right then rather than having a payment plan. Like what?? Makes no sense. Are they purposely trying to steal money? I don’t ever write reviews but I think these are important things to know. I would not recommend this office.

I went to Parkview in an emergency situation for a bad tooth. They got me in right away and it was a great experience. I was so nervous since I haven't been to a dentist since the 80s and Racey the dental assistant eased my fears and was so kind and took such good care of me. I will be back. I had an all-on-x procedure done in Austin back in September, and while I was still in the healing phase, I traveled to Las Vegas—only to break my temporary. If you’ve been through this process, you know that sinking feeling. I was facing a ruined trip and a lot of discomfort.

My Austin dentist reached out to Dr. Chu, and what happened next honestly amazed me. Dr. Chu and his team worked me into their schedule immediately. I encountered Paradise Valley Dental on the internet and decided to make an office appointment . From the time I walked in until the moment I departed, I was completely happy with all aspects of that choice. The reception I received was exceptional and the wait time was minimal. Dr. Nathan Chu was unbelievable. Professional, kind and concise. His staff! Heavenly is the best, GiGi too. GiGi answered all my insurance questions quickly. Not to mention the cutest dentist office I’ve ever seen. I’m on my way to beautiful teeth and so thankful for the entire office.

Today I went into Paradise Valley Dental and was nervous after years of avoiding the dentist due to fear and anxiety and cost. The entire staff made me feel so comfortable and everyone was so kind and knowledgable. Dr. Chu was so amazing and got to work straight away on helping me develop a plan for the many things going on in my mouth. I’m new to Vegas and needed to Get established with a dentist. Dr. Chu was so able to get me in so fast. His staff is so friendly.

I ended up getting Invisalign and had to redo some of the buttons. They were able to get me in quickly and Have been so great about working with my schedule.

I really can’t say enough about how much I appreciate Dr. Chu and his whole team. Would highly recommend.

I wasn't going to complain because I'm not returning to this dental office. BUT YOU ASKED.
I WAS KEPT WAITING and waiting AND IT WASN'T NECESSARY. DR. CHU SPENT A WHOLE 5 MINUTE WHILE NOT REALLY LOOKING AT ANY OF THE XRAYS. I WAS THERE ONE HOUR AND 15 MINUTES. Gg which I wasn't sure of her position. Didn't even introduce herself. And after I had seen Dr chu for those few minutes no one came in to let me know if was finished. After I started to leave gg said she was looking for my insurance. I haven't ever had a problem with the dental office not finding my insurance.
I had to get myself out of the chair and remove the napkin around my neck. It was a total waste of my time. The office is not professional at all. I would NOT recommend paradise dental to anyone.

This afternoon I met with Dr. Chu and his staff to discuss my concerns about my teeth. I found that the office/lobby was inviting and cozy when I first walked in. Immediately I was greeted by the staff and their assistance. Soon after that I met with Dr. Chu's assistant and she was kind and comforting with my needs and concerns. Dr. Chu joined us and I received the same kind and professional hospitality. I would definitely recommend Paradise Dental and all of their staff. I have never been looking forward to a return visit to the dentist UNTIL now!!! I was made to feel completely comfortable and not embarrassed about my dental issues. Paradise Dental is AMAZING!! I had my first visit today. From the minute i inquired about their services about a week ago until i left the office today, the staff has been absolutely superb!! The staff in the front office are very kind and so willing to help. The assistants in the back were awesome and so knowledgeable that it made me feel so comfortable. I was seen by Dr Chu and he was very patient and explained things slowly. He also listened to my wants and needs and helped to navigate what needed to be done sooner than later so it wasn’t so overwhelming. I was able to have a procedure done the same day with a short wait as they were fitting me in to their schedule. I recommend Dr Chu and his selfless staff over and over!! Having just moved here from Hawaii, I am so happy I have found the perfect dentist and team to take care of my teeth on the 9th Island!!! Much Mahalo to Paradise Valley Dental🥰🥰

One of the best dental experiences I have had so far. Easy x-ray process, free consultation and excellent service. They also give you info for financing if necessary. Was seen quickly and Dr.Chu was very knowledgeable. Need a lot of work done and this is where I would prefer to do it.
