I had a great experience at Pearle Vision with Tamara and the entire team. While there was a bit of a wait, I really appreciated that the associates were upfront about it from the start. Their transparency set the right expectations and was much appreciated.

I had a great experience with Dr. Wells and her staff. My 11:20 a.m. appointment started right on time, and everyone was friendly, welcoming, and helpful. After my longtime eye doctor went out of business, I was nervous about finding a new place, but I’m so glad I found this office. My prescription had changed quite a bit, and they were incredibly patient while helping me trial different contacts until we finally got the perfect fit. My right eye especially was giving us trouble, but they never made me feel rushed or frustrated and kept working with me until it felt right.

The doctor is so kind and patient, the front staff is always welcoming and complimentary, and I genuinely have a great experience every time I go in. On top of that, they were able to help me get a really great price in the end. So thankful to have found them!

I had had great visits here since moving to Vegas. 2 years ago after a car accident one of the Dr's took his time with me to hear concerns and referred me to a specialist to care for my right eye. Recently I saw dr wells and she was great, along with the staff. I was interested in contacts after wearing glasses for 12 years. She took time to ensure I was comfortable with the change and the staff helped place them then taught me how to remove and replace them. Had a really great experience with the doctor and the staff who handled the testing portion of the exam. Everyone was kind, professional, patient, and made the actual eye exam process smooth and comfortable. The doctor was thorough and took time to explain everything clearly, which I truly appreciated.

Unfortunately, the experience completely changed once we moved to the glasses portion afterward. The sales associate we worked with came across extremely pushy and more focused on making a sale than actually helping us understand our options. It felt very ‘car salesman’ pressured rather than customer-focused, and honestly made both my friend and me uncomfortable enough that we decided to leave and go to LensCrafters instead.

What was especially frustrating is that once we got to LensCrafters, we discovered I had far more insurance-covered options than were ever explained or offered to me at Pearle Vision. That was disappointing because I would have preferred to complete everything in one place after such a positive experience with the medical staff.

The doctor and exam staff absolutely deserve 5 stars. I just hope management addresses the sales experience because it really overshadowed an otherwise excellent visit.

would give this office a 0 stars. I see Dr Wells at this office and the Doctor is amazing. Cannot say the same for the staff and their leadership. Been going there for a couple of years and deal with the rudeness because I like seeing Dr Wells. I have referred five of my closest friends to this doctor. Dr Wells sees me for contacts. Today I asked the front desk if I could have one sample for my left eye. It’s been windy in Vegas and I ripped the lens by rubbing my eye. The girl said she could not give me a free sample and that she had checked with her manager and was advised that unless I place a purchase order for my contacts with them they could not give me a free sample. I have bought them there in the past but I let the girl know i did not want to pay out pocket due to their prices for contacts are much higher than Sam’s club, Costco and Target. She repeated that u less I purchase through their office they could not dispense one free sample. People these are free samples companies bring to you at no cost for anyone. Not the manager, not Pearl Vision. THEY ARE FREE to give to patients not for you people to hoard them and let them expire. These pharmaceuticals want you to give them out regardless where the patient buys their product. These sample are not for you to keep. The nerve to say it them here or no FREE sample! We are all trying to save where can but Pearl Vision doesn’t care. I will refer anyone else and will let those five patients I referred the treatment I received and the greediness to keep the FREE samples. I am sad my child and I will no longer see Dr Wells but we will never return to this office.

I was totally blind in my left eye and they referred me to Shepherd eye institute where I had surgery 8 months ago on my eyes, my vision now is almost perfect. I went to Pearl Vision yesterday for my yearly exam for third time yesterday. It will be my last. From the second you walk in, it's all one big sales pitch trying to get you to pay extra for non-insurance covered services. Then, after the exam it's one big sales pitch/guilt trip when you do not buy glasses. When you inform them that you have your own frames and only want lenses for your existing frames, it's all attitude from the employees. I'm an easy customer to please, I don't expect A+ service all of the time, but when they cop an attitude every time you decline their sales pitches, it makes it impossible to return. The doctor was professional and answered all of my questions. She was great. The person who tried to sell me frames that I didn't want, was absolutely terrible.

This place is decent for services to get what you need from eye exams to eye glasses. The techs are accommodating and somewhat patient to get a eye exams done.

The reason being for 3 stars is i feel customer service is lacking here. I understand there can be staffing day issues and when there is non, i just overall did not really feel welcomed here. They really showed rushed service where they speak like reading “terms of service” fast, and shift in attitudes when things are taking longer than usual. Especially when it comes to training for contacts.

If you are looking to get in and get out, this is your place. If you looking for a meaningful or thorough experience, I would say look elsewhere. I’ve had worse but I still would recommend this place for open availability.

I went to the Pearle Vision on Green Valley first to confirm insurance coverage. The gal welcomed me in she advised she ask what I needed I said I need just glasses she asked if needed to make an appointment with the doctor I said no just lenses and to confirm coverage. She then let me know she had two other people ahead of me. Now mind you she was frustrated and rude about it… then sat down and said at the desk and said she wasn’t sure if she can tell me if I have coverage or not without setting up a profile well she was able to without setting up a full profile. She printed the information handed to me never offered me to wait or set me up for an appointment at that time another gal walked not sure if she was there to work upfront or what but I left. Later that day I went to the Pearle Vision on Maryland the manager and she was more than helpful and yes it was later in the day that there were more staff members available. I have worked with public majority of my working career the way the gal treated me was unacceptable no matter how busy you are I really felt belittled. I watched all the employees at the Pearle Vision on Maryland they acted like they enjoyed their job. The doctor that came with a patient on Green Valley didn’t even say good morning or even had a smile. The employee that walked in for the to didn’t have a smile when the gal helping said good morning to her. Come on people we are watching it makes a difference to a lot of us and the feeling you put out!!!!

My family came from Argentina to visit, they went 10 days to California and my 3 years old nephew got something in his eye. They saw a doctor in LA at a quick care but that doctor prescribed the incorrect drops. Back in Vegas I made an appointment for the following Sunday (2 days ahead) and when I got there , I realized I made the appointment for the following week, we were leaving for Hawaii the next day but the nice lady at the front desk made the appointment for the same day, just 30 minutes wait. We then saw Doctor Bertemati, not only she spoke Spanish to my nephew and his mom but prescribed the correct medication for his eye drops. We went to Hawaii the next day and his eye got better each day. Thank you so much to this office for taking care of us in such short time and really making our vacation much better. ❤️

The staff and Dr. Jasmine Lovan were awesome. The store front was super clean and well organized. I have been to many many optometrist in my time and I have NEVER had them conduct such an thorough eye exam. Super happy I selected pearle vision!!!! Checking in for my appointment was fast and easy and I was explained every little detail by the front desk. Once finshed with the exam, I was explained everything from my new prescription to what was being recommended by the doctor. The cost of everything with the insurance also being included and even that portion was explained in detail as I was using VA(Veterans Afairs). Amazing work staff and Dr. Lovan of Girisgen & kopolow-Pearle Vision Las Vegas!

Quick in quick out. I guess my appointment was on a busy day and you could tell the stress level was high in the office
That said, I don't think the speed of everything hurt the way they treated me or the quality of the check-up. Very well done and happy with the help I received

I had a very pleasant experience at Pear Optical, everyone was welcoming, cheerful and ready to provide service. My exam from the eye pressure check and photography of the eye to the eye exam was carefully done and each step was fully explained and my comfort was always their main concern.
