First time going through this taxes journey. The staff here are extreme helpful and kind. From the moment I walked into the building, I felt welcomed. The customer service was great, the staff walked me through my procedure for the day, They helped me with signing the proper documentation. The ambience I would say is for all ages. It is pretty cool that the island/aquatic theme runs throughout the building. The staff seems to possess a more familiar culture, which is great for me because it doesn’t seem as though I’m in the normal cold Pantone colored medical environment. I began as a patient of Dr.Feller whom retired in June of this year. If I known about his retirement I would have spent any amount of money to attend another orthodontist. Since June my appointments and service have gone completely downhill with no understanding why until the rude woman at the front desk notified me of his departure. Since the change the customer service has completely downhill from something as simple as being able to reach the office to the ridiculous wait times to get treated once there. With Feller’s staff they were polite and professional, this new staff has horrible attitude and atmosphere. The orthodontist herself is fine and extremely educated but in regards to her team, I would advise any person to maybe try another location. I have now been waiting over a week for my retainer to arrive notifying them of the importance of scheduling due to my cross country move. They do not answer the phone, Shelly is the rudest individual at the front desk and now my teeth have began to shift and my appointment for my retainer is now pushed out 2 weeks from braces removal and my teeth have began to shift.

As a teenager having a horrible experience with a different orthodontics in the valley I really disliked having braces on but, when I came to Fellers they were just amazing to me. I enjoyed my experience so much more with the beach theme office they have and excellent customer service. Feller Orthodontics was an amazing experience for my daughter, which she felt very welcomed and could not stop raving about after her consultation. Their customer service, staff, and facility was absolutely amazing. For my daughters first time being there, she had a parking spot with her name on it and she had a surf board, which you first saw when you walked in that had her name on it. The minor details like that stood out to me. Checking in and going through the whole process for my daughters consultation to putting her braces on to checking out was streamlined and quick. Usually at a doctors office, you are waiting for an extended period of time, but at Feller Orthodontics everything is quickly executed with precision. Everything was thoroughly explained in the most simplest way possible and was elaborated on if needed to. The entire staff was courteous and inviting. Dr. Feller himself was very humble, involved, and approachable making it very easy for us to speak to him. We did not feel rushed nor did we have to wait for a very long time. In my opinion, their reward system is an excellent idea for giving incentives to children to earn things that they actually want by maintaining their dental hygiene. My daughter is looking forward to going back again, which is very rare when it comes to doctor visits.

Dr. Feller is one of the best orthodontist I have met. I have been to several consultations and none seem to fit until I had a consultation with Dr. Feller. The consultation was set the very next day after calling to schedule. The first thing I notice is a had a special parking spot with my name on it. When walking into the office the vibes were very positive as I was greeted from the desk. I was called back in less than 5 minutes. The staff was very friendly and gave me a tour of the place. It's beach themed and probably the most coolest offices I have ever seen. After some pictures of my teeth I was able to sit down with both Dr. Feller and his assistant to go over options. They were very explanatory about timing, costs, and the benefits of each option. I was then able to choose and was in total shock when they told me I can get my braces on that very moment. It was very exciting to start the process to a confident smile right away. I have had my braces on for a year now with probably only 7 appointments. Each appointment I have been to only takes about 15-20 minutes. The staff has a great sense of urgency and is great at what they do. I highly recommend Feller Orthodontics

We have completed our treatment at Feller and I can only say that the experience was a pleasure. I never had a hard time getting an appointment. My daughter was always seen promptly. She loved her experience and someone told her recently that her smile and teeth were a "goal". I think that's the best compliment. The location is easy to get to and they even have a hummer that can pick you up from school if needed. The girls in the front and the back were always very nice. The service I received was excellent through and through. The receptionists were friendly, helpful, and patient. The screener was kind and informative; she answered my questions about treatment options thoroughly. The place has an positive vibe to it. I had the worst experience! My daughters appointment was to be at 9:30am, we checked in at 9:20am, did not get seen till 10:20am, for a 2 minute appointment!?! Front desk had explained that they were busy with new patients getting braces for the first time. My daughter has been a patient for 2 years, we have a payment arrangement contract and instead of seeing us for the 2 minutes they had her wait an hour. Dr. Feller made it clear that new money was his priority and not his patients, all we got from front desk was a sorry! Instead of going in there and letting feller know, that one of his patients has been waiting for almost an hour, what does she need today? I’m very disappointed. My daughter goes to school across town so she had to miss school, I unfortunately when to the visit with 3 other children in which we waited patiently in the vehicle for an hour. What really made me upset was the time my daughters visit took and the poor priority they had with her vs new money coming in.

I got my braces put in place March of 2014. As a twenty-two year old at the time I was very self-conscious about having braces at an older age. Usually it is always a good experience. The moment they took my braces off though, it went down hill. They knew they should have shaved my teeth to prevent crowding again, I have now had to go back 3x to get shaving done. Due to them not shaving, I have now had to get new retainers in hopes that it will straighten my bottom row again. And lastly, it was me that asked for the permanent retainer after Dr. Feller suggested it would be a good idea & they keep delaying it. Needless to say, since my braces were removed I’ve had to go back to get things corrected 5x within a 3.5 month time span.

Day 1 of my dental journey. I had my braces put on 9/16/2016. I walked in to Dr Fellers office and was immediately greeted by the receptionist (that was just as excited for me as I was) She instructed me where to go. I waited less that a few minutes then I was taken back for the treatment. The staff sat me down and began to explain the process and what to expect through it all. She was kind enough to answer all my questions thoroughly. Once she completed her portion Dr.Feller approached me and began his process. He was gentle and quick. His assistant came back to finish me up. She further explained the after care and I was on my way. All went smooth and quick. Very satisfied with it all.

Feller Orthodontics is the friendliest place in the world; the staff is so efficient as well as genuinely enthusiastic about their jobs. I wouldn't go any other place and I am glad that I was referred to them.

From Day 1, we were greeted courteously even when they weren't sure we were going to be their clients. The x-rays needed were taken quickly with a state of the art x-ray machine that was new to the field and to their location. I had been told horror stories about how "in the old days" molds had to be taken to see where your teeth were and then the process had to be repeated every time your teeth shifted.

With the technology at Feller, not only did the x-ray come out almost immediately, they were able to put my braces on that same day in less than an hour! While it was a surprise, because I had still been considering whether or not I wanted braces, having them on that quickly made me accept the idea all the more.

Every time I visit, it is a pleasant experience, and I cannot say enough good things about them.

I never leave bad reviews but I am very frustrated with this orthodontist. We were military and used our orthodontic insurance to go here. He made sure they knew we would be moving eventually. We were told we could come back and have braces put on after we moved and that a different orthodontist where we had moved to could adjust them for us (he knew someone where we were moving). We paid for airfare and a hotel twice to fly down and have braces put back on my son (he needed to have them on twice). They did not put them on and told us we could do retainers instead. That not only didn’t happen but now they want us to fly down a 3rd time and to keep coming back to have them adjusted. They will not give us back any if our thousands of dollars we paid to have my sons teeth fixed so we can go somewhere else. I’m sure they told us they would work with us just to make sure they got our money. Very unfortunate experience for us as now we have to pay everything out of pocket for a new orthodontist.

In selecting an Orthodontist, these are some questions you may want to ask yourself if you are considering Dr. Jed Feller of Feller Orthodontics.

Are you seeking an orthodontist that is holistic and conservative, who will preserve the integrity of your natural teeth and smile? He will shave your teeth for no clinical reason for needing to do so, but make you believe that it has to be done.

Is having an orthodontist knowledgeable of, trained in and who practices Smile Arc Protection (SAP) important to you? It absolutely should be.

By definition, orthodontics is the straightening of teeth, not shaving or sanding them away. Teeth should NEVER be shaved or sanded away without a clinical reason for needing to do so. Even if you are told ‘I’M ONLY GOING TO DO IT A LITTLE’, perhaps I will be the first to tell you that it ABSOLUTELY DOES NOT NEED TO BE DONE in order for you to have straight teeth and a beautiful smile. When a patient says ‘I don’t want that done’ THAT SHOULD BE HONORED NO MATTER WHAT. NEVER feel pressured to do something to your teeth that you don’t want done, especially when it can’t be UNDONE. When SAP is practiced, there is no need to shave down teeth. Your teeth should be preserved and treated with the utmost care. Your smile is yours and should never be permanently altered. An orthodontist doesn't get to decide what needs to change because it isn't aesthetically pleasing to them. The only persons opinion that matters is yours. If he can’t work with you based on what you want or don’t want, that is a problem!

Are you okay with a technician removing your braces and not your orthodontist? Is it safe for a technician to do it? Are they trained on how much enamel they are removing?

If SAP guidelines were followed, Dr. Feller would not have a reason to shave down teeth. My natural smile was destroyed as a result of my teeth being shaved. SAP guidelines were not followed during my treatment.

Maybe there isn't anything wrong with your bite, but he will still place turbos on your teeth as if there is.

Is selecting an orthodontist who is Board Certified important to you? Choose board certified!

For reasons noted above, I am no longer a patient of Dr. Feller.

Make a well-informed decision when selecting an orthodontist in Las Vegas. Board Certification is important! Board certified orthodontists are required to maintain a certain level of annual training, and they are progressive, meticulous with their work, and they care about their patients. They utilize the latest treatment technology to achieve the smile YOU are seeking.

It’s not worth the physical and emotional anguish, in addition to the anxiety and fear associated with having to start over. It was a traumatic experience and a ton of money wasted.

I LOVED Dr Feller's practice from the moment I walked in the door and saw my name on a surfboard (I can't even swim, let alone surf!). The whole staff, Bianca, Linda, Shelly and Bekah, along with Dr Feller went above and beyond what I expected. I had Feller Orthodontics for maybe about 6 years. I had really bad buck teeth and after I got braces, I definitely saw an improvement. I really enjoyed playing the video games as I enjoy arcade games and the waits never seemed too long. I also enjoyed you got prizes too when you collect Beach Bucks! The staff was always friendly and nice and would try to make you as comfortable as possible. My only complaint was the pain that I had when you get braces re-tighten, but everyone gets that, so its not a big deal. Anyways, this is a perfect place to take your children to if they need braces because not only do they have flexible paying plans, you can come whenever you need your braces fix and your children will not get bored waiting.

Hannah Hildreth has been going to Dr. Feller for a few years now and she is so happy with the results and with all the staff there. Everyone is so friendly and always in good spirits. Dr. Feller always is smiling and asks how we have been. Great place!! Honestly when I first brought her in I was so nervous that some of her permanent teeth wouldn't be coming in properly,after the x rays, there was (1) that was not coming in and headed for her front teeth,I was so worried that her roots would be absorbed, but Dr. Feller assured me all would be fine and he has brought that tooth to the correct place and all her teeth look B-E-A-U-tiful! i have 2 daughters that were under the care of dr feller and becka for the last 3 years. to say that we are pleased is an understatement. first of all, the staff there always made us feel like we mattered and were always very accommodating. i choose to schedule all of our appointments with becka because she exuded knowledge and had the personal touch i was looking for. my girls were young when we first came and knew nothing about braces or the procedures to follow. becka was always friendly and answered all our questions making sure we understood what she and dr feller were doing and why. dr feller always greeted us with a smile and even though towards the end, i was so ready to have the braces off - i so appreciated the perfection in him. the braces didnt come off until he felt the teeth were PERFECT! this is by far, the best money i have ever spent in my life! my girls teeth are beyond perfect and they have so much confidence and their smile is the most beautiful smile in the world. i really cant say enough positive things about our experience with this office. thank you dr feller, becka and staff! much love - from the dixon family

WOW!!! What a surprise as we entered the parking area. An RSVP parking stall just for us. We felt like a VIP. Then as we walked into the building, you see my daughters name on a surf board and welcoming her there made her feel very special. But Maria is what made me felt like I haven’t left home (Oahu). I knew from the moment I walked in I was gonna like this place. They were very friendly as I came up to the counter to check in. I was taken into the back for x-rays almost immediately that kind of service never happens in a normal office. You’re usually waiting 10-20 minuets before your seen. After that Maria and Dr.Feller met up with me and we didn’t just dive right into why I was there. They asked questions about me and that made me feel not only as a patient but a friend. Then we got into the actual breakdown of my procedure and I understood everything that was gonna happen. Walking out of there after all that I know that they were the right choice and I will definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a place.

I needed an adjustment to my smile for my birthday but I decided to hold off because I didn't want a mouth full of metal for my pics. So a couple of months later I was at the dentist and he told me my bottom teeth were shifting. He offered Invisalign but since I already had been to Feller I decided to go to them instead. I called and made an apt, 6 weeks later I was wearing Invisalign. That was almost a year ago and my teeth look just as good as they did the first time I got my braces off 10 years ago. And as a bonus I got married in may and I was worried that the brackets would be showing, no worries. They were removed days before my wedding so my pictures came out great. And the following Monday, they put the brackets back on, no problem. Feller Ortho rocks! I highly recommend for orthodontics. Friendly atmosphere, great staff, and Dr Feller is definitely easy on the eyes as well as being an exceptional orthodontist! #fellerorthodonticslasvegas
