Called in at 8:33am for a phone call back from our NP Erin Nashimoto. We reviewed all symptoms with the agent on the phone and were told Erin would call us back very shortly. Waited all day and called in twice for status updates and each time the phone agent would state that someone would call and we have been put on the priority list. 4:31pm we got worried since they close at 5pm and still had not received a call back. Was on the line with the agent and even she was not able to get through to the office. We would have gone into the office if we had known nobody was going to call us back all day. Was forced to go to urgent care and spend $188 instead. Will be finding another provider who actually cares enough to call patients back.

I have been trying to get a referral sent over to my neurologist for months & nothing yet. They are sending the referral to themselves which is just pure stupidity 😒 This should be your absolute last option & I say this with my whole heart. Dr Ofa is always ready to find out information for any question I may have. I have been trying since August 2024 to see a picture of the tumor found in my brain. Yesterday she was able to pull up a photo on the computer so I could see what was causing me so much trouble for decades per my brain Dr. Now I have peace about what put me in the hospital. I'm very thankful for the opportunity to have her as my dr.

We had a wonderful experience during husband visit with the staff nurse of intermountain health rainbow clinic specially Doc Jennifer she is very Professional and very dedicated to her patient, she explain to us details by details , she see to it that we understand everything what she said , she check all my husband medication if we have enough . The doctor did not order blood work before my 6-month checkup, so I made an appointment. After fasting all day, I left work early and went to the facility. The receptionist told me the doctor didn’t order the tests, so I couldn’t have them done. She told me to “come back tomorrow”. I told her I couldn’t, then she told me the tests take a week so wouldn’t be ready before my appointment with the doctor anyway. I don’t know what makes me more angry, the condescending attitude of the front desk or the lack of care exhibited by the doctor.
Also, when we had our flu shots, I told the nurse about an issue about which I needed to talk to the doctor. I was told the doctor was on vacation, and a message would be left for her return. I never received a call or acknowledgment. My shot was administered by a trainee, and I still have a goose egg on my arm a month later.

Finally so glad I got hold of my PCP Ms Jennifer Quiamzon-Adobo after a month of calling the Member Service to assist me on switching my provider to Ms Adobo. The people I spoke with keep on telling me they can’t find her on the lists of provider and suggesting different names of doctor despite I keep on insisting Ms Adobo’s specific location. Ms. Jennifer is our doctor ( me and my husband) 10 years ago prior being on Medicare and I liked how she treated her patients thoroughly with well care, compassion and explained well our illnesses, her plan and reached her desired goals on how to treat us if will cooperate with her treatment plan. That’s why we were happy when we learned she joined Intermountain Healthcare. Our transfer to Ms Jennifer were facilitated by Ms Anna Ladao and would like to commend her for following up always if we received our new membership card with name of Ms Jennifer on it. Ms Ladao is really working hard on giving good services on assisting members who are in distress.
I would like to commend Ms Jennifer’s assistant Charmaine who is very courteous, bubbly, gentle and exudes charms that even you’re sick she will help alleviate it , well organized for giving us folders containing important flyers for us and enclosed with our visit summary, arranged our next visit and our lab works appt and ultrasound paperwork without leaving the comfort of the room we were checked in.
It’s a different environment/facility from my previous clinic we’ve been to. It’s so clean, staffs on front desk are all courteous, helpful and prompt. Also the technician of Quest is also highly commended as well and very gentle. And even the front security guard is so friendly and will greet you as you enter the facility and as you leave as well.
Looking forward to stay here unless my PCP will not leave again. Because my 2 previous providers were gone, Dr Arlene Rillo and Dr Salome Masghatti.

I got there a little early in case I had to do some paperwork which I didn't because I did everything online. It didn't take them long to get me in to see doctor Alexander Dao. The doctor was very thorough with my examination and he was very informative about the things that I needed to know. He explained some things to me about getting older which I didn't understand but now I have a better view of my situation.

This was the 2nd time I saw doctor Dao and everything went smoothly. Rose and Nancy at the front desk was very helpful and very professional and I appreciated everything they did for me. 👍

This is my first time posting a review. My experience with Intermountain Healthcare has always been very positive. My doctor Jennifer Quiamzon-Adobo and her staff provide a professional experience from the moment of my arrival until my next visit is scheduled. Dr. Jennifer and Charmaine make me feel cared for by explaining the reasons for any tests as well as the findings. Any questions that I have are answered in a way that I can understand. They are very relatable and down to earth. They remember me as a person, and that really hasn't been my experience in the past with medical visits. Dr. Jennifer truly seems knowledgeable and doesn't rush or seem too busy to go over each aspect of my health. She is a very good communicator and gives me a good understanding of what is going on with my health. I needed a new PCP and I was recommended here by a friend. I first scheduled an appointment in December 2021 for January. The office canceled. Okay, no problem. I called in January after the holidays and I scheduled for March 2nd, 2022. As of 02/07/2022, my second appointment was canceled and Erasto Flores (MA) was really insensitive and seemed like he did not even care when he called me after the message I sent. Lack of compassion was obvious which led me to just look elsewhere. Good luck if you’re a new patient.
