I have been a patient of Dr. Lee for a few years and she is excellent. While the Mayo Clinic is taking point to address most of my relatively complex issues, it is important to have a local Las Vegas doctor who is: (1) extremely smart; (2) accessible and; (3) who takes the time to provide thoughtful recommendations. For some patients, they are lucky if their doctor has one or two of these qualities. But Dr. Lee checks the box on all three.

I have been coming here for a while now
Though I don’t see Dr.Lee for primary care but I do come in for her vitamin injections she offers they are in good price range and they actually work. Every time I come the staff is lovely and very attentive. I do have to say Irene is so good at injections they never hurt and she’s fast. Such a lovely place to be at while getting poked.

Dr. Lee is truly exceptional — the kind of doctor every family hopes to find.

Dr. Lee is our family’s primary care physician — for myself, my husband, and our children — and I cannot say enough about the level of care she provides. We are not an “easy” family medically, and we have needed her support often. Never once has she made us feel like a burden. Instead, she treats us with patience, kindness, and an incredible amount of time and care.

She is the first doctor I’ve ever had who truly listens — really listens — and that alone is rare. Her bedside manner is outstanding: warm, calm, and deeply compassionate. My children absolutely adore her, which speaks volumes about the safe and caring environment she creates.

Dr. Lee is also incredibly attentive outside of appointments. When we’ve had concerns after hours, she responds quickly. When we’ve been sick, she has personally called or texted to check in and make sure we’re improving. When you’re in the room or on the phone with her, she is completely present and laser-focused on you and your family.

I called this place to make an appointment, but a staff member named Alexsis answered the phone and told me I needed to make an appointment via a link.
The link they sent me took all my credit card information, but it was closed with no way to make an appointment.
So I called the office, but they wouldn't even set an appointment and told me to wait for a call. They then told me I had to pay $85 per month for a membership.
It was a strange system where they didn't even let me see the doctor or set an appointment, but only collected my money.
They were so rude and kept me on hold for so long that when I called back, they didn't even answer the phone.

I had Dr. Bacala when he was still with local network. He was fantastic and very caring, then he disappeared! I found him later as he had opened a concierge medical service, and I couldn’t be happier. While I have fantastic insurance, I chose to sign up with Quill. Now I have personalized medical service at my fingertips. No more 3 month waits for an appt. I can email him and get an answer the same day and usually get an appt same or next day. Dr. Bacala treats you as a person and actually listens and cares about you and your well being. I highly recommend him! My whole family now belongs to the service!

I am also a physician (different speciality) in Las Vegas and have worked with and met many primary care physicians. Based on the high quality care and positive reviews from my patients who see Dr. Lee, I decided to make her my primary care as well. Dr Lee has been my primary care for the past 3 years and I have been very happy with my care. I have had no issues with labs or follow up; if anything I felt like she followed up on results I normally would have not been concerned about for my own patients. I do my research before selecting healthcare for myself and my family and I can tell you confidently that she did attend an accredited medical school, and she is very much licensed in the state of Nevada. My skin also appreciates her amazing laser therapy and Botox! It’s a one stop shop for me! She is very attentive and answers any questions I have quickly and is available for telemed appointments which works so great with my crazy schedule!
