I took my friend to see Dr Carullo to look at a vein that had required stitches at the ER because it had ruptured. He was exceptionally kind and saw that one of her other veins required attention in order to avoid another rupture. He generously treated that vein at no charge. We were given detailed instructions for aftercare as well as extra supplies for care at home. Dr Carullo is a very nice Dr. You can tell that he cares about his patients. The staff was just as nice and patient with us. Also he recommended she put a knee high sock that wasn’t tight over her wrap. We highly recommend the Las Vegas Vein Center

Dr Ralph Carullo at Las Vegas vein center is a quack ! I went in for an issue with my right leg being swelled up and he said I should do both legs and have the veins rerouted for preventive measures. Well, it’s been alsmot 3 years and both my ankles stay swollen ! I never had issues like this with my ankles. I have to take diuretics ow bc of this and it doesn’t help much ! He tried to claim it was my liver causing the issue . I went to another doc to get help and they also agreed that Dr Ralph Carullo did unnecessary procedure and is the cause of all this !

Had a very good consultation, the Dr is very thorough. He took photos and did an ultrasound on my veins. I do not have complications although I know I will at some point and wanted to be proactive. I had certain areas of concern but he also found some areas that I had no idea about. He advised me on some things I need to do and what can help prevent issues. I really learned a lot and this was a huge eye opener for me and my health. I really appreciate him taking the time to see me and get me in the right direction

There’s a lot of good to say, but to keep it short. I’m so grateful I came across Ralph Carullo, I wasn’t in a good place and was very close to ending it due to the chronic pain I was in, and the anxiety of not knowing what is wrong with me. Ralph is very informative and is able to explain certain things In depth that I normally would not have known. He is genuine, and truly cares about his patients. I went to see Dr Carullo knowing he didn’t take my insurance. I went to him for vein cosmetic treatment- sclerotherapy. Dr Carullo gave me a free evaluation, which included an ultrasound sound, thorough evaluation, and explanation of my vein issues and concerns, and his feedback and expertise on how I should treat my vein issues. No one, I repeat no one, has ever taken the time to explain to me the root causes of my vein issues and pain until I went to Dr Carullo. He not only explained the root causes of my vein issues, but he told me he would not recommend me doing sclerotherapy until I fix the root cause. Most doctors would take your money and run, but Doctor Carullo explained what was best for me in the long run and even helped me find doctors to do the procedure that were covered by my insurance. Dr Carullo did this all for FREE! He nearly spent an hour with me. He was extremely knowledgeable, compassionate, and did what was best for me instead of trying to make the quickest buck for him and his office. I now know how to proceed and move forward to fix the root causes of my vein issues. Thanks to him I’m a lot more knowledgeable on what’s going on with me. I highly recommend Dr Carullo, and I’m referring my own mother to him. Excellent Doc who truly cares and his staff was extremely friendly and helpful as well!

Dr. Carullo is phenomenal and is obviously passionate about his craft. During my last visit, he didn’t like the way my leg was looking and decided to do a quick procedure. It wasn’t a scheduled procedure and it took less than 10 minutes. It is that kind of obsessiveness that you want from someone who is treating you. You want your provider to be this precise and thorough with every minutiae of your care. He is very personable and puts your mind at ease before, during and after the procedure. Dr. Carullo has a wonderful staff that allows him to focus solely on his job. The lady up front took care of all my scheduling, insurance information, and co-pay responsibilities. There is always a text a day before my appointment which I appreciate. Lastly, her nails game is always top notch😀. You’ll see it when you come in into the clinic. There are two surgical techs that I have the dealings with and they have both been extremely friendly and courteous, and they follow their doctor’s lead of being precise and personable. If you have any needs with your veins and are looking for a physician, call this office and you’ll experience the best care that you can get.

Dr Ralph Carullo is an amazing vein specialist with phenomenal skills and just an awesome individual who truly cares about his patients. I have had my left leg treated multiple times with a local vein doctor using sclerotherapy (which was not the correct treatment for my deep vein issues) thus seeing no results. Dr Carullo did an ultrasound and explained to me that there are a couple of veins not working properly. My leg is challenging due to all the scar tissue from previous treatments but he reassured me that he can fix it properly. You can see the passion for his work in the way he takes his time to answer all questions and plans a treatment that’s best suited for me. I had Venus Ablation with him for my lower leg, at first I was very nervous but staff reassured me that there is nothing to worry about. During the procedure, I felt just a little pressure and no pain. During post op, I had no pain at all and I attribute this to his skills and also using the latest technology/equipment. Can’t wait to go back in October to treat the upper portion, but my leg already feels great and I am able to enjoy all my outdoor activities. The staff is great and the office is very clean. If you are suffering from varicose veins, Dr.Carullo stands out, he is board certified and just an Amazing Doctor. Overall Amazing Experience. Dr. Carullo is a rare doctor who loves what he does and goes the extra mile to help and listen and provide a solution to your problem. He takes the time and is the first of 6 doctors I went to to help and Get to the root of the problem with the vein insufficiency in my legs and do a beautiful job to fix it.so happy with his work. Great great great experience!

I was there to get a vein glued together (that's what I'm calling it).

I had a small varicose vein near my ankle for years. I walked and occasionally did light jogging and it stayed small and pain free for several years.

I got a gym membership and started doing heavy lifting, squats, etc. for a few months. The varicose vein started growing. One day I played tennis for an hour, lifted weights for three hours, and then walked for an hour. All the veins in my legs were bulging and I swear the varicose vein doubled that day!! And then the burning pain and swelling set in. Note - I never wore compression socks.

I'm telling this story because if you have weak veins in your legs, these crazy intense workouts will pump too much blood into them and blow them up. Now, I where compression socks during workouts, 1 hour max. A couple times a week. And I improved my diet.

Back to the Vein Center review -

The receptionist was friendly and always helpful if I had any questions.

The the girl that did the ultrasounds, she was very nice and explained what was going on in detail. Not great news, but ok I guess...

The surgery went well. The doctor does what he can to keep you calm. Putting the catheter in you feel a cutting pinch. Nothing bad. But like the doctor told me, there are no nerves in the vein, so I didn't feel him pushing this long tube from my ankle all the way up to my balls (well, very close)!!!

The surgery went well. Took maybe 30 minutes.

Is it not a miraculous healing. No. But, before the surgery my leg had so much pressure and my ankle was badly swollen. I could walk maybe 5 minutes before the pain was too much to bare.

Right after the surgery it was 70% better that day. It's now 4 weeks later, 80% better. I can walk 45 minutes, then it will get a little tight and sore. But I knew to begin with it takes 6-8 weeks. It will improve each week and we'll see how it is in 8 weeks, I still have 4 weeks to go. I was VERY happy day 1 with the 70% improvement.

The only drawback was the doctor was pretty late to the appointments. But I still gave 5 stars because he made up for it with his honesty, professionalism and he is very personable. He has a passion for his work and it shows.
