The service was amazing until I had the unfortunate experience of interacting with Melanie MA. Throughout my visit, she was extremely passive aggressive and made me feel unwelcome, which is unfortunate given how kind the rest of the staff were. Okay visit but disappointing when one employee ruins the experience.

I would recommend Nerissa Torio to any of my family members. After getting discharged from the hospital and living out of town, she helped me in understanding my new medications. Nerissa Torio also was able to fill my albuterol, that my hospital doctor forgot to order. Nerissa saved me from having to go back in the hospital. Im so grateful for her help.

My initial experience with the office staff was ok. There was a system issue that effected my appointment date that was an inconvenience to me, however, the staff handled it effectively. I like Dr. Tamar. He has a good 'bedside manner', giving thorough explanation in lay person terms. He placed me at ease, made sure I understood and agreed with the treatment plan and outlined future possible treatment. So far, my experiences are positive.

My experience with Nerissa Torio was outstanding. She understands what are your concerns and addresses them. I found her very professional, and she does what she says she is going to do. In this day and age, I find that wonderful. Thank you, Nerissa.
Just a brief note on my experience with Platinum, it was a little less positive than I had hoped.
Some of the information I received was confusing, and when directed to do something, it simply didn't work. That does need to improve.
However, thank you again, Nerissa. You made the experience very positve.

Terrible experience with this office. The delay in getting prescriptions called in is incredibly long to the point where I’m scrambling last minute to get insulin. When I’ve gone into the offices, the one in Henderson and the one on rainbow They are completely empty. Pharmacy called today to get an OK on a prescription. It was informed that I’m not a patient.
