They are more concerned with finding ways to get money out of you than helping you. During the first visit I was given exercises with dumbbells and resistance bands to be done 3 times a week. They pushed hard for me to come back to do these exercises. I went back when I could, a week after the first visit. I did the exercises by myself and there was absolutely no reason I couldn't have done them at home. Before I left I was asked if they could put tape on the area saying it may help. It was pointless and did not do anything. I did the exercises religiously and meticulously correctly for over a month and it made my condition worse. After getting a bill, I understand why they push so hard to have you come in. They billed $210 for me to do exercises by myself in their facility. They billed $90 for a piece of tape.

A follow up to the response given here: Insurance will pay for it is not a reason to bill unnecessarily. My insurance has a $13,000 deductible, so I pay for everything out of my own pocket. I cannot control my schedule and I made that clear at the first visit. On the second visit, nobody was checking my progress. I did the exercises by myself with nobody watching or evaluating. I am now going to a different PT facility where they spent the first visit doing a thorough evaluation with one on one interaction the entire time. You don't get that at Premier Physical Therapy. At least I didn't.

Highly recommend! I have been to several different physical therapy offices in Las Vegas and they are by far my favorite. I had ACL surgery 10 years ago and developed knee pain after a 3 day trek in Machu Picchu. The therapy and strengthening exercises they provided has definitely been helping. They are also very accommodating and are extremely friendly!

When I started PT at Premiere Physical Therapy, I did not have full use of my dominant arm. With Lady’s help and encouragement, I was able to bend and straighten my arm with weeks. I am now working on arm/hand strength and everyone there is attentive and knowledgeable about what is best for me. The atmosphere is fun with a great playlist! ;)

This rating is based on my interaction with the front desk representative Rachel. I am active duty military and my husband is in need of physical therapy so we were referred to this location. The process of utilizing Tricare benefits is already very tasking, but Rachel didn't make it any better by continuously giving us attitude when we tried to understand why their system wasn't showing our benefits correctly on her end. She advised "that's a military problem there is nothing we can do, you need to call them." I advised that we called Tricare multiple times and they said that our benefits were up to date and even had proof of coverage to provide. Rachel continuously interrupted my husband and I each time we called over a 3 to 4 week span, trying to explain what tricare had advised the provider to do to confirm benefit eligibility. There is even an option on the Tricare phone tree for providers. To just push it off on the consumer to "figure it out" is poor customer service in my opinion. After we called Tricare multiple times to confirm coverage, it is then the providers responsibility to figure out why their system is not showing correctly. To make us seem like we are the problem and inconveniencing her is outrageous. At the end of the day we are paying for a service via our benefits. So basically the vibe I got was we don't want your money and we don't want to serve you. Rachel, It's not what you say it's how you say it. Rachel you essential are the first interaction customers have with that establishment and honestly if you are the type of employee they want working for them, then this is not the establishment I trust to assist in the rehabilitation of the love of my lifes body. We will be requesting to be referred somewhere else.

Wow, I just called to inquire about getting in for physical therapy for my family and I. Total is four people. I called the location based on reviews and the convenience that it is only within two miles from our address. The girl I spoke to sounded like she was being inconvenienced when I asked questions about hours and scheduling my whole family. Looks like I am going to keep looking for a clinic that will make me feel welcomed.

There comes a moment in our life that when we get out of bed, we sound like fresh milk poured in a bowl of Rice Krispies cereal. We may need a little bit of physical therapy. From the time I made the first call to schedule an appointment I felt the love. The staff has been so very helpful with my injury. They taught me about helpful treatments and made sure each time I came back they asked how I was doing and answered all questions I had. I’m on my 2nd round of PT (6 wks each making it 12 total) & I can honestly say it’s been quite the positive experience. I had a knee dislocation and a hairline fracture in my right knee. My 1st round at a different location & in California might I add literally did nothing for me but at premier they challenged me and pushed me to recover and build my knee back up within the 2nd week of attending there. I’m so grateful to the staff for being so accommodating and providing a wonderful ambiance to recover in. Never had issues with scheduling or any of their practices, everyone is friendly and very helpful & knowledgeable. I am extremely impressed with the progress I continue to make in such a short time! 10/10 recommend!!

Went for treatment, the physical therapist asked me. Can he remove my chain and I let him he intern took my chain I was face down, and nothing was done about it. I loved this place till the new blonde receptionist started working there. She does not relay messages to zac ( taine) caused us to get into a arguement. I use to love this place now it feels awkward to me. I am an amputee with a reconstructed knee and bad back. So I'm going through a lot. I had no leg which I told the blonde girl many of time and that I'll do my exercises at home. The only reason I'm giving this place 5 stars is cause of brandy and Marlene I think I spelled that right. Brandy it broke my heart when I told you I wanted to be discharged. I know you wanted me to stay love and i miss you very much you are the heart and sole of that company. I looked forward to staying in touch with you. I was recently approved for physical therapy for my fibromyalgia, and having never had PT before, I wasn't sure what to expect. I have to say, the people at Premier are incredibly understanding, kind, warm and compassionate. They are willing to work with my up-and-down symptoms, adjusting my therapy whenever I don't feel up to doing the work. I leave every appointment full of endorphins and energy, and I truly feel that I am on the path to managing my symptoms and getting my life back on track. Although there are days I have to drag myself to my appointments, the uplifting, encouraging staff never fail to lift my spirits and make me feel like I will eventually get off my medications and conquer my condition. Furthermore, they are a fun, friendly group, always willing to share a laugh and a story. And talk about teamwork! This is a well-oiled machine - each and every staff member steps in to make sure the appointment goes smoothly and seamlessly.
