Premier Physical Therapy has helped me through a long journey after needing a labrum tear surgery. Update March 2026. This is the clinic I attended. The Dr who shrugged his shoulders was Felipe… was trying to be nice about a bad experience but I guess I have to prove myself with facts.

Front desk staff is very friendly. However, this place is overcrowded and when I expressed that I needed a more individualized treatment plan because I wouldn’t be able to come 2-3 days a week for 90 min, the dr looked at me shrugged his shoulders which indicated to me that he didn’t care if I came or not, so I’m not surprised I was unable to make progress and get better here.

I was referred to this clinic for my Fibromyalgia, and I gotta say, I'm gonna be kinda sad when my sessions are done, haha. They have taught me that I don't need to "GO FAST GO GO GO" just to get the workouts in, and taking my time leads to less flare ups.

They use a tens unit and heat/cold therapy after your sessions, along with medicated tape and it helps SO MUCH. The physical therapist and the PT assistants are really lovely and personable. They care, and they listen and it feels less intimidating.

I came here with a heart and mind filled with sadness because I thought my injury was permanent. I've never had a serious injury before. Certainly nothing that required physical therapy so I didn't expect much. My 1st day i received an evaluation and started therapy and afterwards I wasn't sure it was beneficial. After 3 days with this team I already improved my range of motion. After 5 visits I almost feel back to my old self. The team at Premier Therapy are compassionate and they know their stuff. They provide you with the tools and information you need to succeed. The environment is non judgemental. The facilities are clean and sanitary. If you're looking to get better with a team that supports you and cares, Premier Therapy is the place to be.

TriCare should drop this facility. The my are attentive on the first visit, but seem more concerned about payment and insurance than care. After your first visit you are left with a tech who is working with multiple people and you are left on your own. Just give me a list of exercises and I’ll do them at home versus wasting time and gas to come in. Find another option in the area.

Very professional and friendly staff. After 12 sessions my foot pain has healed. I dealt with it for 1.5years not knowing it was an injury. They are flexible with changing or finding a schedule. It doesn't have to be all in a row, I took a 2 week vacation and some weeks I was busy. Straight forward therapy sessions that take about 1.5hr. Once you know your exercises do it on your own (with staff always around to help), do some ice/heat, and they bandage the injury as you continue the rest of the day.

This was the best Physical Therapy place I’ve ever been to. The entire staff was WONDERFUL. They were all so friendly and genuinely put a smile on my face. I’ve had physical therapy in other locations but Premier is the best! The staff is amazing! Very professional and friendly. I always feel welcome. The physical therapist always work on my goals and therapy plan and make adjustments to my needs on a regular basis. I recently had an unfortunate experience at at this place. While I had hoped for a positive interaction, I encountered a consistently rude receptionist, and I was baffled by their lunchtime scheduling.

Firstly, the receptionist's demeanor left much to be desired. Their lack of professionalism and courtesy was a significant disappointment. It's crucial for any business to have a welcoming first point of contact, but unfortunately, this was not the case here.

Furthermore, it was evident that the receptionists decided to take their lunch breaks simultaneously. This meant that during the lunch hour, the phones went unanswered, leaving customers like myself frustrated and without assistance. It's puzzling why a business would choose to have everyone take lunch at the exact same time, effectively leaving the reception area unattended.

I hope this review serves as constructive feedback. Improving customer service and reevaluating lunchtime scheduling could go a long way in enhancing the overall customer experience

When I first started coming I my shoulder was so painful. I could barely move my arm. I told Brady that going through childbirth was easier. I actually was starting to wonder if I was going to loose my arm. It was that bad. He told me my shoulder was frozen. He said it was going to take a while to get better. When my primary care doctor gave me a referral for another PT facility, I requested her to change it to Premier Physical & Sports Performance instead, due to its 5-star rating. I am truly glad, I chose this facility and did not regret at all because ALL the staff are VERY friendly and accommodating from the receptionists to the techs and the therapists. They all treat you like a family and everybody knows your name by heart the moment you enter the facility. The facility may not be presentably looking from outside compared to other high end facilities but it does not matter. What is important is the amazing personal service they give me every single time I am there. Everybody is happy and smiling. Kudos to all the staff who make me feel better everyday not only physically but emotionally as well.
Thank you guys for your fantastic service. I would not hesitate to recommend this place to my relatives and friends.

I have been coming to this place for 3-4 weeks now and I have to say they care about their patients. I am so greatful to be able to come here and complete my therapy it had been a God send and I pray they know how many lives they have changed with the service they provide. If you want to heal from your injury and get your body as close to normal as possible I recommend you come to this place they will heal you!!!!!! Thank you to everyone the best and nicest people I have ever met in their field. 👍👍
