LOVE Primary Wellness! Not only is the provider Christopher Lipana absolutely amazing but ALL of the staff is great.
The provider really listens and doesn't ever make me feel rushed. The staff is exceptional!! If I have any problems with the pharmacy, they handle it immediately. If I have a problem getting into a specialists office, they will contact the office themselves and take care of the problem for me ...
Most importantly, my husband travels for work and his schedule is very unpredictable but they always work him in when he is in town.

I met Dr. Quiba when I was a patient at Sunrise Hospital. I was admitted with my 7th bowel obstruction and the surgery doctor made comments that made me feel like he felt I was looking for drugs. I put him out of my room and Dr. Quiba came in. He calmed down. And he took over. After that I started coming to the clinic. The ladies in the clinic are so nice and on top of things that need to be done. I feel seen and heard at this clinic. I truly feel they care about their patients. I would recommend this clinic to the fullest.

You can genuinely feel that he is committed to addressing every concern thoroughly—he doesn’t stop until all your questions are answered and your health issues are properly discussed.
What impressed me the most is his patience and dedication. He even takes the time to research and explain different medication options, making sure you fully understand what works best for you. His knowledge, professionalism, and sincere desire to help really stand out.

I also want to recognize Frena at the front desk. She is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. From the moment you walk in, you feel comfortable and well taken care of. Her warmth and professionalism set the tone for the entire visit.

Staff is great and Chris is the primary doctor that have alot experience and knowledge with a patients internal care. I went to 6 different locations and they couldn't do anything but prescribe prescription and send me home. I could say a lot of things about doctor's office and all the things that I have to say is a hundred percent true.And the truth is, if you get this doctor right here, doctor william, this is the best doctor a person would ever need.In their entire life, the staff is phenomenal, Miss Katt💙Miss frian a long with our nurse practitioner, don't shoot me.I don't know how to spell and or pronounce her name, i never thought that I would be able to find a doctor's office that literally cares about the individual and not wanting to straight out.Give you medication without knowing your medical history first! And I can actually say, when I walked into the establishment, I was immediately greeted.I felt welcome when I entered into the doctor's office.When I got to meet the doctor in his understudy for say 😀 which is our medical practitioner. I remember being told
He is nice.He's kind.He listens, he pays attention and he cares, i said I will give him a chance as he enters into my room as i'm waiting.He knocks on the door do not come in right away.My response is no one's home a little joke on the side,😆 he came in right away, introduced himself.Not as doctor but william, he said, how are you I introduced myself?I said, I am fine.Nice to meet you.We proceeded right then and there he jokes.He laughs he even smiles.Not only with his mouth but with his eyes and that is very rare, very rare to see in a doctor, our physician period! Like I said in the beginning, I can say a lot of things about william.He told me do not call him doctor the staff even told me do not call him doctor, i was a bit hesitant to call him straight up.William, we spoke about that.He said, why are you having us such a hard time with it?He said that is my name. As I took a pause. I was in a place to where I was going to get the proper help.I was gonna get the attention that my body needs.And I was gonna go through the right channels and no runarounds, I don't have to remember my appointments.I don't have to go and get my medication.Anymore, it comes to my door I love that part! 🥰 i was in doubt about finding another family. Dr. in Nevada and the ones that I have had, except for Dr. Andrew. And William, all the others has been like quacks. Maybe taking their own medications. I don't know, but these doctors hear that I have now. And will forever keep is awesome. They will always ask you. Do you have any questions for me? And this is where I need to be to get healthier to get the truth, told to you.
And the honesty is what I love the joy that I see. When I walk into this office and I see these for people and they face just light up as well as mine, because I know that I have found someone that's gonna help me take care of me for the long call. And not just for the short haul and not just to have me here, just for a minute and then leave me and abandon me later in time. I have felt my peace with me. Then, my doctors, I have found the trust that I needed to have within my doctors. And I don't feel like an outsider. I feel like I belong here there. If you're looking for a doctor's office that cares about your well-being your health.

I was recommended here by a family member, and today was my first day. I tell you... I'm HAPPY I showed up. Every office needs a Katt at their front desk tho. 😁 She is amazing and so is her Assistant. They greet you with a smile and makes you feel welcome. Very helpful and friendly. You don't come across this type of treatment all the time, and I just love that.
When I met Dr Chris...He greeted me with a big smile as well and made me feel comfortable and easy to talk to. He is attentive to your needs and actually takes the time to listen to you vs trying to rush you out his office. I was referred to Primary Wellness after my previous pain management clinic closed. I must say it has been the absolute best experience. The location is convenient. The office and staff are everything you could want and need when choosing a physician . I am always greeted with enthusiasm and Iove from Frena and Cat. They are efficient and welcoming. Since I have been a patient there are a few new faces and they are just as friendly! I enjoy my visits with Dr. Lipana.. He is knowledgeable and very relatable. He really takes his time to address your questions and really cares about you not only as a patient but as a person. His bedside mannerisms are what I wish all health care providers would showcase. I have met Dr Quiba in passing and he is just as nice as everyone else in his office. They thought about me so much as a patient they equipped the front with a wheelchair ramp to allow me to get in easily. It was already wheelchair accessible, but they cared enough to personally make sure it was an easier transition from the parking lot. It is those type of things that make me look forward to coming to Primary Wellness!

My mom has stage 3 pancreatic cancer. We moved to Vegas for her care and treatment. I have never seen her get red carpet treatment at a doctors office. Not only has the staff been very informative and helpful with me on the phone but mom was met with smiles and first class treatment t before I could even get her signed in. Everyone from the front desk to the the nurses and doctors were so amazing with her. Even put her in their serenity room for an IV drip. I can’t imagine taking her anywhere else and recommend. Having lived in Las Vegas for the last 8 years, I've had nothing but bad luck when it comes to medical groups. I've been pushed from one to another. My life has definitely changed since my luck changed. Christopher Limpana is a God send to me. He's been my rock. He has such a good attitude and a great sense of humor. This is an odd sentence and I'm not sure other people will understand but Chris makes me feel comfortable in my own home. I have suffered with agoraphobia for at least the last 16 years. It's rare that I leave the house and now being diagnosed with stage 4 kidney failure, I have no fear that Dr. Limpana will lead me in the right direction and help me make some decisions. I would like to mention that Frena is on top of things! She gets all my phone calls, texts and messages right to Chris so quickly. I want to thank the both of you! God Bless you and your families✝️

Primary Wellness is absolutely thee BEST little pain mgmnt facility I've had the pleasure of frequenting in my most recent days.
