Ashley Smith is AWESOME! Extremely knowledgeable, takes the time to listen and understand, and you can tell she truly cares about her patients. The medical assistants are fantastic as well. I recommend Ashley, and Priority Health Group, to all my friends and family.

My only issue has been their phone system over the last few years. My recommendation is if you get stuck waiting… they are worth calling back or being patient waiting for.

The doctors are good, but the scheduling is overwhelmingly bad.

This office is overrun and poorly managed, they prioritize volume of patients rather than quality of care.

Not only is it very difficult to speak to anyone on the phone, the appointments are scheduled very far in advance, then lastly you have to wait at least 45 minutes past your appointment time to even be called back to a room after which you’ll wait an additional ~15 minutes before seeing a doctor.

So if you have hours to wait, then this office may be just fine for you.

If you do decide to go here, try to get the first appointment in the morning so you can be ahead of the scheduling pile up.

This place is awful. For the last week, I have been calling this place repeatedly. The phone voice says my call will be answered in the order it has been received but after 15 mins you know it's a dead line. I guess if I really want to talk to someone I need to get in the car and drive over there. Not sure if I want to bother anymore.

Very good onsite service. However good luck contacting anyone by phone or getting an answer to a message sent on the patient portal. Response is extremely poor.

Ashley Smith was recommended by my cardiologist 3 years ago, and I could not be more grateful. She takes the time to listen to you, and I finally got diagnosed correctly after all the years of doctors just brushing off my concern. Thanks to her I'm able to control my ailment and feel better than I have in a long time. Everyone in the office has been very professional, even when I had to speak to someone on the phone..

Good doctors, but it's nearly impossible to get through to anybody on the phone. The last 2 times I tried calling I was on hold for 10 minutes and then each time it stated the mailbox was full and my call was ended. Occasionally you'll get somebody after 5-10 minutes of holding. I'll be moving my care elsewhere because of this major barrier to good care.

I called/left messages 5 times between August and October 2025 to schedule with Dr. Shill for possible internal bleeding. The first time they answered and said I needed referral. I had it faxed over right away since my doctor recommended him as #1 and I had referral in hand anyway. Never got a call back after any of the other calls or messages. I have seen 2 other gastroenterologists since then. I could have beem back to my providers in TX several times since then.

Last month, someone suggested I book an appointment with Ashley for other issues. I read reviews when I checked to see if in network (not good) and realized today it was same place. Of course, Ashley isn't taking new patients.

Seems like a sketchy place. Things happen for a reason but it's odd to have medical providers recommend this office and have patients get absolutely nowhere.

You will be on endless hold. They tell you to book online and are met with errors. If you do get someone, they won't schedule anything anyway.

I had issues with my billing and still haven't fixed it. I advised everyone to check their statement. They kept charge my card like it is a subscription 😑

Sweetest staff in the world! I usually avoid going to doctors, but DR nayna nation is the most amazing, helpful, kindest doctor ever, everyone else should learn from this woman. You can tell she does her work from her heart and not just cause she “have to” , I’m not sure why there are some bad reviews, I can’t find the tiniest bad thing you can say about this place, they always available on the phone, they are helpful, and I’m glad that for the first time in my life (40 years of living) I’ve had a good experience with a conventional medicine facility .

We had a very nice visit to the Priority Health Group office. Andrew was terrific with collecting our health information. He was very professional and committed to assisting us. Dr. Milman was great, a very sharp physician. He spent a lot of time discussing our health issues and worked diligently to provide us with remedies, kudos. We’re very glad we found this medical group👍

I was in office to see Nina Nation. She is fantastic. Her bedside manner is A+, she listens with empathy and gets stuff handled. Wait time wasn't bad. I made an appointment through zocdoc. I called to confirm insurance and got someone on the phone in 2 rings. I highly recommend. Made appointment with two other socialists at this location. I've been looking for a good practice for years. I'm glad this was recommended.

This is the worst provider I have ever been to. First, you can't reach anyone by phone. Their automated system sends you around in circles. If you do happen to get an appointment with them, they will bill incorrectly and no matter how many requests to fix it, they won't. If you email them on the portal, they won't respond. It really is a joke of a practice.

No idea why the rating is so low for the new location here. I've been a patient since the old location.

Dr. Nina Nation is the greatest GP I've had in Vegas.

The front desk staff could be a bit more cordial, they still got the job done smoothly with very little wait.

Thanks for everything Dr. Nation, you rock!

Priority Health Group, formerly Village Medical

In my mid-70s, it seemed my health fell apart, requiring me to find quality healthcare at an affordable price. I lived in Las Vegas for 10 years before moving to Southern California primarily for healthcare. Once my eleven specialists stabilized my health, I came back to Las Vegas and returned to Dr. Clifford Molin’s new facility called Priority Health Group, one of the few Las Vegas doctors I returned to.

Dr. Molin is pleasant, knowledgeable, and truly loves his work. He has lots of connections to some great clinicians too. This practice at 3425 Cliff Shadows Parkway has undergone a stunning transformation in facility, staff, and efficiency since its days on Professional Court.

Now, Dr. Molin’s facility has 11 clinicians and a stunning array of good support staff. In the past 6 weeks, I’ve been to the office four times and had three simultaneous visits with Dr. Molin, his Physician Assistant, Amber, and his nurse, Nora. In addition, I’ve seen Jeremiah who performed my sleep study for apnea and each visit revealed more information that improved my health. I found all to be pleasant, knowledgeable, and accommodating.

Dr. Molin addressed a severe fall-related condition called cellulitis by ordering an ultrasound and providing me with antibiotics to address what could have been a fatal blood clot. He referred me to four specialists, all of whom came with glowing recommendations online. I’m out of the woods for the moment but must give Dr. Molin credit for his quick action and focused thinking leading to a diagnosis and successful treatment. All this in 6 weeks, he’s amazing. Looking for your next Primary Care Physician? Look no further, Dr. Molin is the man to see.

One last comment on reviews. I couldn’t help but see a bar chart of reviews suggesting that about a third of them were ranked 1 out of 5 so I did a count of all reviews. There were 25 rated 5 out of 5, 1 rated 2 out of 5, and 10 were 1 out of 5. I read them all and agreed some appeared well justified and although many of the poor scores were related to staffing, only a few were legitimately squarely on the shoulders of the good doctor. From my perspective, Dr. Molin’s new office should be given the benefit of the doubt. If you’ve ever had a perfect practitioner of anything, doctor, lawyer, dentist, tax accountant, teacher, auto mechanic, or have looked in the mirror and seen perfection, consider yourself lucky. We all make mistakes or do less than ideal. Given my experience I calculate those reviews as follows: Out of all the reviews, 25 were 5’s (totaling 125 points), 1 was a 2, and 10 were 1’s making the weighted average 91% - that’s an A. So I conclude you’ll receive A-grade treatment under Dr. Molin’s care.

Sad to give this place one star now when 6 months ago I might not have but they shouldn't be treating patients when you can't call or reach them on their portal. I have been trying to reach someone by phine for over two months and the portal doesn't work or doesn't let you select a provider to schedule or message. They do not call back ever. I tried the appointments line, the operator line and nothing. This isn't quality care it is awful care. The providers were great too but then communication went down and care suffers then. I might have to find a new doctor too.
