I scheduled an appointment the wait was almost non existing I had to fill out some information and they sent me right back to see Dr. Kant, who was great! He was very professional answered all my questions and was helpful with trying to find contacts that wouldn't break my bank. Unfortunately the contacts that were suggested moved around too much, but I was able to schedule another appointment and get a new prescription no problem. From the staff to the Dr. It was a very pleasant experience all around. They have a nice variety of frames to select from. They take their time sizing you for the perfect fit on your new frames and if you're not satisfied with them when you take them home you have the option to take them back, along with other perks that they offer you.

My appt itself was fine and smooth and was quick. But I had a 400pm appt time and wasn’t called back till 503pm. An hour past. I scheduled around that 400 time with other stuff and an hour late was a domino reaction to the other things I had planned. Gotta do better with your actual appt times and seeing us when you schedule them. Everything else was fine

This eyecare center has some of the biggest and best selction of glasses ive ever seen. I should also mention that they have the very best up to date and modern technology and are very professional. I like that when they fit your glasses they have options to taylor to all your needs and anwser all of your questions. There facility is also very clean and everyone seems to really love their jobs and are very passionate and compassionate about what they do which is something that I truly appreciate and value as a patient.

Today I arrived as a walk-in (there’s walk in days and hours so please call the front desk to confirm before you go in) and Erica was a sweetheart and helped me get seen by the doctor. I have been struggling with my vision recently and it was becoming dangerous to drive. I got the exam done and the doctor gave me a new set of contacts to take home for a trial. I am grateful to the staff because I can see again and I have a very chaotic work schedule that doesn’t allow me to make appointments. Thank you Progressive Eyecare.

Twice in one month they canceled my family's appointments on the same day of the appointments. Very unprofessional. It takes a lot of planning to get this scheduled between 2 jobs and 3 different schools (6 people), but this office doesn't care about inconveniencing their patients. If you didn't want to take us all on as patients there are easier ways to avoid working.

So I lived in LV and went here for many years. We moved out to Pioche NV and I tried going to the local eye doc. I got my glasses and everything was blurry. I now drive the 3 hours each way to come to Progressive every time I need to check my eyes. All the docs are great.
This last time I had to get glasses just to look at computer screens for a new job and the doctor took his time and made sure we got it right. This is the best place to get an eye test and have your eyes examined. I have friends that are now coming from Pioche to do their prescriptions here instead of the local Lincoln County eye doc.

Exceptional customer service. I called and asked if I could have an earlier appointment time due to a last minute change to a different appointment later that day. The front desk staff was able to accommodate this request and got me in and out very fast. Additionally, Ramon (the optical associate) took time to review the prescriptions on 5 pairs of glasses i brought with me to the appointment. I highly recommend this office.

This office is located inside Lens Crafters.
The staff here are so incredibly kind and professional. I arrived about 10 minutes late for my appointment but the ladies up front quickly checked me in without any issue. I was given some forms to complete as we were first time patients. My daughter and I didn’t wait long before we were called back to begin our eye exams.
The process was very simple, the assistant did a typical vision test with letters and a couple other tests on a machine. We were then placed into a room where we met Dr. Troung. He completed the rest of our vision exam and explained everything he was doing. I loved that he repeatedly asked if I had any questions. He was sincerely interested in making sure I was informed. My daughter is 8 and this was her first exam. Dr. Troung was great with her, his approach was incredibly gentle. I will absolutely be bringing the rest of my family here.
