Let me start by saying that I’ve lived in Vegas my whole life (37) years and this is by far the best orthodontist in town. I’m really picky especially when it comes down to my own daughter. The office is very clean, organized and professional, they even have comfortable chairs in the waiting room! Marissa helped us through the payment process and when Dr. Simister came in, oh what a relief it was to have a Doc that actually cares about his patients and who is not just trying to take your money. He was soft spoken and very thorough. Him and Marissa made us feel very comfortable about our options and what selections worked best for best for us. They have care credit and cherry for payment options as well. I ONE THOUSAND PERCENT RECOMMEND this place!! A million stars of I could.

I wish I knew about Pure Orthodontics a long time ago. I’m glad this is the place my dentist referred me to. The staff is top notch. The treatment coordinator (I’m sorry I forgot her name) is super nice, and made me feel comfortable. This place is amazing!! I walked in for a consult and about an hour later I walked out with braces. I’m in my 40s and this was something I wanted to do for a long time. Down payment and payments were set up and super affordable. Dr simister and all the techs were fantastic and nice. My braces journey was just under 2 years but formed great relationships with the receptionist Diane and the tech Jessica.
Dr Simister was thorough with my treatment and I noticed that he formed a professional
Bond with his patients. Overall I recommend this put orthodontic to anyone especially of my age to follow through with there braces journey. This journey helped boost my confidence.

The staff is always friendly. When my daughter complained that a wire was hurting her mouth they let her come in right away. There is never a long wait when you have the regular appointments. Dr. Simister and his team are the best! I am getting ortho treatment for the 2nd time; The first time was done by another orthodontist in Las Vegas but he never fixed all of my orthodontic issues, so I am going to Dr. Simister now and already love it so much more!
