Absolutely the BEST Medical provider I've been to in years! Everyone greeted us with a smile since the moment we step foot in. Dr. Zima went above and beyond to check my dad previous conditions and any of ours concerns,her assistant nurse was so helpful and understanding,Manager Mariah was so warm and friendly and the clerk cici was so sweet and professional I almost didn't want to leave. Thank you beautiful ladies for showing such love and compassion and making such a tedious errand into the best way to start my day! THANK YOUUU

I thought the entire staff was warm and friendly. The girl that handles the front office was very efficient and helpful. I wish I could remember her name. The medical assistant great great and Dr.Ward was wonderful. He was so thorough, warm, kind and compassionate.

This was an extremely pleasant experience after several previous not so great doctors. The doctor listened to my questions and explained everything thoroughly. He did not make me feel like I was rushed or not heard. I feel very confident in their skills and will definitely see them again in the future if needed. Only complaint I have is that it took four months to get in to see the doctor and a week before I was supposed to see him, they called and said they needed to reschedule and wanted to reschedule for another four months out, but I was able to get in to see a different provider. I was very happy with the alternate provider, so it all worked out in the end.

My initial experience was so positive with Dayna Gerring..unfortunately her support staff is shockingly unprofessional and inefficient . In my brief tenure both my lab orders and medication have not been filed. To reach the doctor is impossible. Any attempt results in being put on permahold or a rude conversation with "reception ". I am weighing my options of requesting a referral to a new Endocrinologist , working with my PCP only or staying with Intermountain Endocrinology.

I wanted to change Dr and location. I was in so much pain, i just walked in and they took care of everything. Suzi Got me right in with Dr Zima Pakzad. Office manger, Tee was attentive.
