I cannot recommend Dr. Catrina enough! Working with her during my second pregnancy was one of the best investments I made for my birth and recovery. She helped me prepare my body for labor, improve my pelvic floor function, and work through scar tissue from my previous birth. Every appointment left me feeling more confident, informed, and empowered.

She is incredibly knowledgeable, compassionate, and takes the time to explain everything in a way that’s easy to understand. I truly felt like she cared about my goals and wanted me to have the best possible birth and postpartum experience. If you’re pregnant, postpartum, or even considering pelvic floor therapy, do yourself a favor and go see Dr. Catrina. Dr. Catrina is AMAZING!!! She legitimately changed my life! Her attention to detail, understanding of the body, and how to build programs specifically for you is second to none. Case in point, she is a pelvic floor specialist, and yet she has guided me through a successful rebuilding of my knee after an ACL, MCL, Meniscus tear! I could go on forever on this subject, but I will just say this, if you want the best in the business, go see Dr. Catrina!

I can't recommend Catrina highly enough. I saw her for pelvic floor pain / interstitial cystitis and it made such a big difference for me. She is incredibly knowledgeable, patient and the kindest person you will ever meet. I was worried that PT would be feel invasive and uncomfortable, but it never did with Catrina. She talks you through every step of what is happening and when she gives you exercises to do at home, she sends really helpful visuals and instructions so you can refer anytime and make sure you're doing things correctly. It was a really positive and valuable experience working with her.
