One of the finest doctors we have in Las Vegas area. Very sincere, experience of more than two decades, intelligent, goes up and above to help, have a listening ear, and heart to care. Most importantly, above all a very honest person. In these times it's hard to find a physician as good as Dr. Venkat. Highly recommend.

Dr Venkat is the best doctor I have ever had. So much so that she has been our family doctor since 2001. She is caring, compassionate, friendly and cares for her patients more than any other doctor I have ever known. I have recommended her to everyone I know.

Just a pill pusher for big pharm. She treats symptoms w meds. Another pill for another problem. See you again in 30 days. That's it. I've watched my mom go from zero meds to over 10 in a few years. I highly recommend finding a different doctor if you need to find the root cause. Update, my mom is passed away. I put most blame on this primary care doctor. She sucks. Find a good one.

Dr. Venkat is an incredible primary care physician. She provides genuine care to her patients, going above the call of duty in her role as a PCP. More importantly, she is a skilled clinician, smart and confident in her treatment and intervention.

My mother and father-in-law, mother, and aunt have all had the privilege to call her their doctor.

Dr Venkat is a very nurturing, comprehensive diagnostician. There is never a question when we leave. Her bedside manner is exemplary
But…when she moved to Dignity Health things changed. She hasn’t changed much other than she referred most out rather than being a MD. She still is a kind and dedicated Dr. the access to her sucks. There’s no way to get to her or her staff. Only a tele help person working from home. I don’t recall ever having to deal with a person, let alone my DR like this. We are now searching for a new MD. So sad.

DR. Venkat analyzed and stayed with a complex situation regarding a new patient, my sister. When I carried her to Dr V we did not know what was going on.
With Dr.V's patience and diligence we are now in control of her complex diagnosis and in good care.
I'm glad we turned to Dr Venkat who has been my primary for years.

Saw Dr. Venkat today as my PCP had no appts for a month. She listened carefully, didn’t rush, and was very kind. She did a thorough exam and reviewed all my meds. I really enjoyed my time with her.

How about Dr. Venkat - is so busy though she is listed as PCP for several years can't get an appt to see her? SO I'd say that was a ZERO if I could - they keep pawning off on NP and PA's -Joseph Parker

Dr. Venkat is a very good, but her office service is not efficient at all. I never can get through my calls, over 25 min on the phone to ask for refill or anything else.

I’ve left 3 messages for 3 weeks straight because my CT scan needs more info for insurance. No one will call me back at the office. I’m in pain....may want to steer clear of this place.

When I had MGM direct I had better care because of MGM Resort requirements and ratings. I still have UMR but not through MGM Resorts the care is less concerns so I went back to my original primary care doctor who do not care if you are MGM direct to give you better treatment.

Dr Venkat does an incredible job! She is extremely knowledgeable. I saw her the other day and she spent 45 minutes with me going over my charts and calling my specialist to make sure everyone is on the same page. What Doctor does that! She goes above and beyond to make sure I'm getting the proper treatment!! Thank you so much Dr. Venkat!!

Dr. Venkat is the most kind, diligent and respectful doctor I have ever visited. She is persistent in her efforts to resolve my medical needs does so while clearly explaining each step in her process. Her bedside manner is sweet and caring- not the cold a aloof attitude seen by many in her profession. Lastly, Dr. Venkat is respectful of my time. Not once have I had to wait more than 15 minutes in the waiting room and exam room combined. How refreshing it is to visit a doctor who knows how to manage her office and is mindful that she is treating busy people with work schedules and other demands. I am thankful to be her patient.

I have been seeing Dr. Venkat for many years. I have moved with her to 3 different locations. Is it sometimes hard to get in to see her? Yes. Is the office staff not as awesome as Dr. Venkat when it comes to customer service? Yes. Trust me...it is worth any inconvenience. Dr. Venkat is the best doctor I have ever been to. She listens to what you have to say and doesn't discount your concerns or feelings. That is worth everything to me! I think I get frustrated with her office staff because I expect the same level of customer service, loyalty and commitment that I get from Dr. Venkat.

I started seeing Dr Venkat a little over two years ago as my PCP. Everything started off okay but went south after one or two appointments.. her office staff and medical assistants don't handle things in a timely manner, they NEVER call back with answers. Getting an appointment just to see the doctor is like pulling teeth. If you're sick be ready to wait a week or two. I needed surgery that was requested by her but when it came to finding a surgeon she was NO help and did NOTHING about it after she said "I'll take care of it" her staff lies and causes issues with billing and insurance. Trust me, do your research before seeing Raji Venkat..

She is the BEST!! Was able to diagnose a problem that made me very ill for over 4 years. I suffered through over 40 hospital stays for days at a time and over 100 blood transfusions plus many invasive painful tests and scans. She was the only doctor that cared enough to run the proper test which isolated my problem ( internally bleeding) That I had operated on to fix a hiatal hernia that had blown through my diaphragm and pushed my stomach up next to my heart. The hernia was the size of a man's hand and constantly bleeding. It had gotten so bad that a well known internist in Henderson wrote in my Personal Medical Records that I had Mungehausens Disease that I was intentionally taking blood out of my body for attention because he could not figure out why I was bleeding so badly . Unbelievable Nerve.
If it wasn't for Dr. Venkat who nows how much longer than 4 years this would have gone on? I'm lucky to be alive do to her.
She's my Hero!.

Dr, Venkat was my mom's PCP for 4 years. My mom is 80 years old, has a history of blood clots in her lungs, pneumonia, and several other conditions. She recently got a bad chest cold on a Saturday morning, and got scared that it could turn into pneumonia, and was axioms to see Dr. Venkat. When I called Monday morning, after several disconnections, (on the office staff's end), I finally got to speak with someone who informed me that since Dr. Venkat moved to a new office, (which we were not made aware of), my mom would now have to be treated as if she was a new patient. Furthermore, it would be about 4 weeks before Dr. Venkat would be able to see her. FOUR WEEKS, for a fragile 80 year old woman who has a history of lung problems, and is having a terrible time breathing. The last time we were in her office, (probably about 9 months ago), she was in and out in about 5 minutes, difficult to understand, and rushing off as if something else was way more important. I would not recommend Dr. Venkat to anyone.

Easy to make appointments. Never waited more then 10 min in the lobby. She is concerned about all my problems and makes sure to address them all. She treats you more like a friend then a patient.

Dr. Venkat is a great doctor. Very attentive and makes you feel like a friend instead of a patient. With that being said I dont understand why the office no longer accepts all medicaid (hpn and amerigroup) only straight medicaid. I am extremely disappointed. I haven't been able to see her or find another doctor like her, so as of right now I have no PCP. I called the office to make an appointment only to find out she no longer takes HPN medicaid. I asked several of the different front office people I spoke with if they could ask her for a referral to another doctor that would practice with the same care and diligence she does and the girl smirked and said its not possible to ask her that. Its a shame because I have a good friend who used to work there and I know that you can easily send her a message via the computer and she can take her time to respond which is all I would expect, I didn't expect an answer right away. When she opens her own practice and gets away from Dr. Chuang and her mom Joan I will be happy to follow. However, I will say this, if she accepts you type of insurance please go and see her. She is the best doctor you will find, and just a great person inside and out.
