1st time here! Entire staff was so friendly, including just my initial call. Got in same day I called cuz I had lost 2 teeth. I had been calling dentists all morning with no luck! ChatGPT said they were very reputable! But I was surprised at how decent their prices are! They even gave me a list of what all their costs are! Never seen that before! The dental assistant, Leah was just awesome! I don’t think I’ve come across anyone as friendly as her in a long time, and it was very genuine! We had a lot of laughs also, which makes the appointment so much better!

I’ve struggled with going to the dentist my entire life because of poor past experiences, which unfortunately led me to be inconsistent with my dental care. Finding this office has truly been a blessing.

From the start, the entire team has made me feel comfortable, supported, and never embarrassed about issues I have put off. Because of their kindness and encouragement, I’ve actually become much more consistent with my visits.

I have to thank Dr. Mofrad, Shannon, Daisy, Lia, Sam, Janeth, Alexa, my favorite hygienist Britt, and the incredible office manager Alyssa who has helped me in so many ways. Every single person I’ve encountered has been pleasant, patient, and genuinely caring.

I've been going to Rampart Dental for years. I have always received exceptional care, even after the business changed hands. I recommended them to my brother, and he's been going for years now as well. I have had major work and routine periodontal care and my teeth have been well maintained. They have also been great with payments when insurance has been insurancy.

Update (3/11/2026): My 9 year old has started going to Rampart Dental with me and I thought leaving the kids dentist with the playroom and toys would be an issue, but the staff at Rampart Dental have made him feel comfortable and always give us a shared room, which he loves. I had a very disappointing experience at this dental office. While the staff were polite and had a nice demeanor, the overall service was extremely poor. I came in expecting a routine cleaning, but the appointment felt more focused on pushing additional services rather than actually providing the care I scheduled.

The people at Rampart Dental have a nice demeanor, but they seem to lack honesty. I went here due to their supposed promotion; they said they were having a teeth cleaning special, where they would clean your teeth for $59 if you do not have dental insurance. I arrived at my appointment and they started taking x-rays. Following the x-rays, a dental hygienist looked in my mouth as well as a dentist. They told me I had many issues, but not once throughout my appointment did I actually get my teeth cleaned. By the end of the appointment, they were trying to sell me various different dental services and procedures that were very expensive. It would’ve been nice to actually have my teeth cleaned.

I just recently found Rampart Dental Group and I am so glad I found them. It had been a while since I had gone to the dentist mainly due to fear but I loved it here everyone was so kind especially Dr. King and Priscilla. They took great care of us. I won't be going anywhere else. I recommend them to everyone, 10/10 recommend. You won't ever be waiting too long in their waiting room, (something I have experienced at many other dental offices) they are very organized, and manage their time well. This was my first experience at Rampart Dental Group, and let me tell you It was one of the best experiences I’ve had at a dental office. Sam was my dental assistant and he was great. He was very kind and welcoming he truly made me feel like I was family. During the x-ray process he was so gentle and was always making sure I was comfortable throughout the process. Dr. Mofrad was also so kind and welcoming. I came in with the concern that whenever I would floss my gums would hurt and she and the hygienist explained to me why that could be happening. She was able to make me feel at ease with my concern, and assured me that they’re going to do the best she can to help me. Brittany H. was the hygienist that did my cleaning. It was one of the best cleanings I’ve had in a while. She made sure that I wasn’t in pain and constantly was checking up on me. My new dentist is Ghazal Mofrad. The dental experience is great/comforting to have teeth repaired, crowns installed, and a bottom partial in place (only what was needed this time around)

The office has skilled technicians and support staff who contribute to my well-being. The dental office is a dynamic space for dental care… ask Alexa the dental assistant. She is superbe.

Visits to my dentist help me maintain good dental health. The patient-doctor relationship raises awareness of home dental care and demonstrates great care.

The payment she charges is consistent with my dental insurance. I am grateful to have found a dental facility that cares deeply about my health. Thank you.

I’ve been a client here for many years, and Dr. King is one of the best. No one informed me the practice was sold, telling me “they chose not to send texts or letters”. Cool business practice but when I was called to reschedule twice due to office conflicts they were unable to say words? Nice. I showed up on my appointment and decided to give it a shot anyways, even though this relationship is built on trust and apparently the new owner isn’t helping with the building. My hygienist was a complete doll, and at first I also appreciated the dentist. But after a cleaning and exam no one even said “hey no cavities” or “girl, your breath stinks” they just led me out to schedule a six month exam. I declined. Why - because no courtesy or even professional information was extended to me. I thought for weeks about what I would write & decided to leave it at a parting of ways with silence. But today I got a TEXT telling me it had been more than 8 months since my exam and to call to schedule. So disorganized as well and proving you could impart information as well. Cool. With so many inconsistencies why would I continue with a practice that proved again and again it doesn’t need my business. All the comments from the practice for low scores state that they take the reviews seriously, but when I was standing there asking why they believed I should schedule a future exam when they make it clear they aren’t going to communicate or provide the level of service the practice was known for I was met with blank stares. Seems like I’ve gotten clear word to seek a better practice. Best to the staff of Dr. King, and good luck to this newer practice. I won’t be referring anyone or returning

My experience at this dental office was extremely disappointing. I scheduled a 10 am cleaning but waited an hour to be seen. The staff was polite but gave vague responses when I repeatedly asked about additional wait times. After over two hours, the cleaning began, but the first dentist made an inappropriate and rude remark while examining, questioning why I had “so much” facial filler, which felt like a personal boundary violation. Halfway through, the dentist and assistant left in the middle of my cleaning, and a new doctor took over alone, doing her best in a disorganized situation. I was offered cavity fillings & my original plan was to proceed but couldn’t consider returning due to the excessive delays, poor coordination, and unprofessional comment. Despite the friendly staff, I wouldn’t recommend this place—3 hours and 20 minutes for a scheduled cleaning is unacceptable.

I cracked my two front teeth and was referred to Rampart Park dental through my husband. They did the best work. They did not outsource anything, and when they realize I had time restraints they accommodated my situation. Moreover the staff was great including the front desk receptionist and Miss Alexa and Miss Alyssa were just beautiful people. Assistant Ruth help Dr. Chan do the actual work in my mouth. The shot didn’t hurt which was my concern. Overall this dentist office is skilled, knowledgeable and efficient.

Please read before considering this office or any of their other locations. I've had the worst experience with their front office staff and dentist. I had treatment done on 8/16/2024. After this treatment the right side of my face was swollen for days and had alot of pressure pain on my molar. Me not being happy with this decided to go somewhere else because the dentist at rampart took alot of breaks in between my procedure and made me lose confidence in her work, after it was done. Surely enough my tooth has to get crowned at the another dentist not part of their other locations,and my problem was resolved. I asked for a refund from the office because I was not satisfied, which I did recieve. Months later I kept receiving statements that I owed after I have gotten my refund. Spoke to multiple front office and told me to ignore it and it was a credit. Months later after that conversation I recieved a collections letter. Today I called twice a to see why I have recieved this letter. And both times I had the same response the office manager " was in a meeting". The whole day??? Thats ridiculous.

In conclusion, I will no longer refer any one to this office. And will be closing my account. Do not come here if you dont want stress.

I’ve been coming here for years. I will not return. This is not the same office. This office is dirty and unorganized. I had to wait 30 minutes for my appointment. No communication. The computer system, text messaging has so many flaws.
I felt the new doctor was just trying to sell me on things. There was not anything genuine, I felt like I was $$$ to the new doctor. I will not be going back here or recommend anyone ever come here. It’s obvious there’s a downward spiral. The heart of the office has left.

This was my first visit since the practice changed hands. My appointment started nearly an hour late. I don’t know if they were overbooked. The dentist who did my cleaning did not take care to avoid pain - when Dr. King used the same methods, it was not like that. Uncertain if I will be going back.

I have been a patient here for several years. The practice was sold and I wasn’t informed. Came in for a cleaning and exam. Appointment was at 1. Went back about 1:15. Finished the cleaning. The hygienist kept talking about my age. Kind of annoying. And trying to upsell me on 6 crowns. She said then my teeth wouldn’t be crooked. First, my teeth are not crooked. No dentist has ever mentioned this. Second, I’d rather have no teeth or an implant. I’d never get a crown. Then I went for X-rays. She did my whole mouth and then called someone back to show them the xray machine was still not working. Had to go in next room for a full new set. After I was done they had someone else in the non working X-ray room. The girl doing the X-rays was touching everything before putting her hands in my mouth. Then she sent me back to the exam room. Sat in there about 50 minutes. I went out and asked how much longer from someone in the hall. She returned and said if I have no concerns they could reschedule me to see a dentist. I said no thanks, I’m not returning. It’s too unprofessional in here now. I’m checking my EOB. They better not have charged for an exam

My wife and I just had our first visit at Rampart Dentist and we are so happy that we signed up with them. Dr Ghazal and all of her staff were exceptionally personable and professional. My wife and I agree that we have never been so thoroughly diagnosed for our complete dental care. They have state of the art technology and highly advanced dental knowledge and really know how to care for their patients in a manner that made us feel part of the family. We left their offices feeling such a warm glow that has lasted for days and we cannot wait to go back and be with our new family. Literally just left here for unlv dental, holding back tears. My initial plan was to go to unlv dental for an emergency extraction, but I thought I’d give the dentist I’ve seen on several occasions a try for an appointment. I called and explained of the pain and infection of my wisdom tooth and asked if they could take it out today. They put me on hold to check with other staff and happily told me they could remove it today. I come in to find out they don’t have an oral surgeon in and the dentist is not able to assist. They take no accountability for wasting my time and money coming to this office. When i expressed my frustration, due to extreme pain I heard several staff in the break room gossiping and cackling with me still in the office lobby “what a Monday morning *laughing uproar*
I’ve been here several times over the years and there have been several changes to staff and dentists and this current staff is horrible. I came here bc I’ve trusted them in the past but this was beyond negligent and unprofessional.
The dentists only offer was “to see” if someone from the other side of town could squeeze me in or send medication to my pharmacy(when I clearly need an extraction). The office manager just kept spitting out how she isn’t going to bill the insurance…. They took x-ray only bc i was under the impression they would remove my tooth. It would have been negligent and fraudulent to have billed my insurance.
At the end of the unnecessary experience, I guess I’m going to see if I can get an afternoon walk in spot at unlv dental and hopefully end this horrific pain I’ve been in. Hopefully today isn’t total waste of wages from the day off I took expecting to have an extraction and a waste of all my transportation costs.

If you need anything other than a cleaning, go to a dental group that has competent and professional staff (I now imagine the staff laughing at this review from the break room too). I wish I’d taken my gut instinct when I heard the receptionist answer the phone and just stuck with my original thought to go elsewhere

Update: by the time I got to UNVL Dental just now they are already booked for the day. So I will live with the pain, agony and sleeplessness another day. And take another day of missed wages to come here again vs the horribly staffed Rampart Dental.
