It started like a good dentist office. Now they have so many appt. That they get backed up Had an appt. at 2pm. (Arrived on time.)The parking lot was abit empty so i dont understand how they are backed up.Now it'll be a 30 min wait. The parking lot was abit dirty with debris, plenty of parking . masks are requested to have on. Going to have to find another office. The dentist is nice but doesn't compensate for the time that is forced to wait for service. (Update: called in at 2:40pm)
Even after 4 yrs this place is still not on my good list. Unfortunately not many places take my insurance so im forced to use this facility. They have canceled on me more than twice because th3 dentist wasnt available. They delayed procedures for braces more than twice. The receptionist not the friendliest. I couldn't suggest this place as the best in Town but than again its Vegas. Not much of the"health" places or doctors are the best Vegas can offer.

I was a patient today for the Labor of Love event, I received an extraction for free and what a blessing it was. Dr. Liu and her assistant Danny were amazing. I met RisasDental 3 years ago from the first day I felt quite comfortable, the atmosphere is quite good and the best is its customer service, it has good assistants, my Dr. Liu is very professional in what he does, with the prices it is normal, with only 10 dollars they can do an exam.

So I was there not too long ago. Brung my 3ds for the wait. And as soon as I turn it one they call me in. Nice place. Was seen by a nice dentist named AnaB. Such a sweetheart person. Note, who enjoys going to dentist? No one, I don't but she made it super easy and nice.. and when she told me it was gonna be ok and she's gonna grant me a slight pinch from numbing poke she wasn't too crazy like some dentist are. This is the worst place to go, they will just charge you for work that they them self say it's not worth.. if I could give them 10 stars I would. Went with my sister because they called to booked her an appointment, was charged for the X-rays and at the end just was told they couldn't do anything based on old X-rays.. so why would they charge in the beginning for something if they were gonna based everything on older X-rays.. just wasted time and money.. even the laboratory is not good is what the Doctor herself from that office said.. so just a total waste of $ and time.. they will just try getting your money for work thas not worth it and will refer you to a different company when you try going for a follow up.. just the worst experience

I Was Deny Service By Dr.Chen Only Because I Had a Question Concerning My Deep Cleaning Which by The Way Was Recommended to Be Done By The Facility, I Set Up the Appointment to do the Cleaning Procedure, But Dr.Chen Seem Bother by My Questions, and in a Rush, So Because I Had a Question about the Deep Cleaning she Decided to just Recommend me to a Specialist, and Now I Cant do a deep Cleaning at Risas Dental, And I Set up an Appointment Regarding a different issue and the Appointment Was Automatically Cancel. Dr.Tasha is the best I had to get a tooth extracted & that tooth was stubborn but Dr. Tasha did her thing she also did my root canal that same day & it was fast & very well done
I haven’t gone to the Dentist since I was 13 (I’m 32) due to not having insurance & being scared (I’ve had really bad experiences with the dentist) but she explained everything & made sure I was calm & comfortable her dental assistant Tais was very helpful too & made sure I was comfortable the whole time
I’m going again soon for another root canal & I’m actually calm about it thanks to them!!

I would give this place 10 Stars if I could!! I have been in Las Vegas since 2008 and I have never found a dentist that ticked all my boxes until now!! Risas Dental is outstanding in every way!! The front office staff Karla and Britney were friendly, efficient and competent. Vanessa, the X-ray technician was so sweet and kind, she did an amazing job! I simply cannot say enough about Dr. Chen....her energy and demeanor is so positive and wonderful and she has such a gentle touch to dentistry. Her and the dental assistant Blanca made my appointment wonderful! I had a dental cleaning and exam on my first visit and my second visit two days later, I had four fillings. Everything about the office is great. It's conveniently located, completely updated, clean and has great energy. They even have payment plans with no interest, which is outstanding!! My son also had an exam and cleaning and he felt the same way. Absolutely wonderful dental office! I'm so happy I found them!!😁💗

Terrible customer service from the reception staff. I called more than once to resolve an extra charge taken from my account, and they told me they would call me back — they never did. When I reached out again, the receptionist was extremely rude, told me it wasn’t her problem and that I should just wait, and then hung up on me. Absolutely disrespectful. Just had the pleasure if visiting Risas Dental -Braces off Boulder hwy in Las Vegas. Only one word can describe my experience. WOW!! The staff were all so friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Even though they were busy and had a full waiting room of walk in patients, they made sure my appointment wasn't affected and I hardly had to wait to go back. Upon heading back the environment was so esthetically pleasing, very clean and I absolutely loved the TV on the ceiling for a little distraction from whatever work you getting done. 10 out of 10... must go again!! I first came to Risas Dental due to a painful infection that caused swelling in my face. They were able to get me in quickly, and the entire process from diagnosis to a detailed breakdown of the treatment plan and pricing was incredibly smooth. Beware of the misleading promotion for $10 xrays & exam. If u use this promo you will not be able to use your dental insurance for future treatments. Dr Tasha was very kind and professional. She got me a referral to a root canal specialist within minutes. Because the one that they recommended was so far from my home she gave me a referral which allowed me to find my own.
Unfortunately I may have to pay $225 for xrays because my previous dentist office McDonald Ranch Modern Dentistry uses software which cannot be accessed by any other dentist! Tomorrow I'm going to have to have another set of 3D xrays which I had taken at MRMDentistry which is going to cost me $365. So much for the bait & switch from Risas. I am very disappointed in both establishments, that's why I gave them a 3.

I went in thinking they could help me but they took 10+X rays and verbatim told me don't call us we will call you Cause they don't know how to bill for anesthesia and other basic pain killers. I have a really good common insurance for my area. My X RAY Vest even started coming off and they didn't ask me if I was pregnant they just kept hitting me with radiation. I'm still waiting for them to call me and it's been at least a week. I'm sure they still billed my insurance though. A complete waist of time.

After the 3rd time trying to make an other appointment, i finally said, forget it, I’ll just get my records, and go somewhere else. I called AGAIN NUMEROUS times for my records. I still never received them. So I called to ask what do I have to do to get my records into my New Dentist they said come in sign a release so I went to the office to sign a release and there was a big sign on the door. Said the office is closed today how nice was that? So then the next day I went to my next dentist appointment at my new awesome dentist and they called to get the records emailed to them for the third time and you know what Risas Dental did. They hung up on them. How professional was that? I’ll tell you what there are nothing but unprofessional . they’re mean they are horrible people . The doctor was pretty freaking rude anyway, but I was willing to deal . I have two Blue Cross Blue Shield and I could go anywhere, but I found a much cleaner, much sweeter and much professional and nicer Dentist Thank God I never stuck around to deal with the attitudes at Risas Dental..what comes around goes around. You guys blow

the ladies in the front Karla, Sofia and Alexandra are very friendly & welcoming. My assistants today Miguel and Anajudith are absolutely amazing and made me feel like I was in good hands. My doctor, Dr.Kim is the best and put me at ease when it came time for my extraction and she took my tooth out fast, this place is amazing would recommend :)

I made my appointment the day before 9/18 and came in after I got off of my job at 4. So glad they stay open until 8pm because I didn’t feel rushed. I waited about 10 minutes and then was brought In for X-rays. I had a deep clean and fillings done. The dental assistant Miguel was very helpful and Dr.Kim was very comforting and made sure I knew all about the procedure. 5/5 experience I will return! Wonderful Practice!

Still haven’t heard back from you guys Went a while ago to get my teethe removed the lady at front wasn’t able to verify my correct insurance kept telling my i only have it for kids. Few weeks s later got a call on Labor Day to be in an event to remove teeth was told by someone over phone they had to verify my insurance then call me back still nothing I have provided all correct paperwork not sure y I’m not being helped thinking of moving on

My most recent dental experience was at the Boulder Crossing location in Las Vegas. I knew for sometime I needed to get to the dentist office after a filling on a molar has broken no off, exposing a large area of of tooth. Then I heard of the labor of love event on Labor Day. Risas dental was offering free services to the community. I have severe dental anxiety! Who doesn’t, I must say the experience has changed how I view the dentist Dr Liu was gental when she did give me novacain and patient as she waited for it to take effect. Her staff especially assistant Ms Tais worked quickly to get me done and out the door. I even received a gift card $100 for services at any of there locations. I will be returning for a much needed crown.

I heard the add on Iheart radio and went over to get an extraction on Labor day. The staff Sofi and Karla made me feel welcome and comfortable. Dr Tasha extracted te tooth and I felt no pain with shots to numb or extraction itself. I then went to Alexandria to become a patient with an appointment tomorrow at 2pm. Now almost all fillings and bridges fall
They cut my wife tongue,we didn't say nothing
But is no possible that after few months the fillings and especially the bridges to fall
Not recommend it
The lady that treat us treat in same time more patients
Maybe that's why the work is so bad
Also size of bridges was wrong
