First of all, we walk out from their room #8 after waiting for 1 hour student came and check my kid calling with a different name, and she gets out to check the name of my kid , we got there at 8:40 am to 10:30, and no show of a doctor

Absolutely disgraceful! My baby has just started solid food. The doctor never told me anything about food. He wouldn't even bring up the subject if I hadn't told him. He didn't tell me about the forbidden foods. I never felt that I was cared for enough. When we first went to the doctor, a woman with a very scowling face took care of us. They need to learn that babies should be gentle and cheerful before they start their profession! I never recommend it

We are very grateful to Dr. Zulich. She has been our daughter’s pediatrician since she was born.

Aside from her expertise and skills, Dr. Zulich has been truly helpful to us by providing invaluable guidance to us. My husband and I always talk about how grateful we are to have her as our daughter’s pedia.

She also connects well with our daughter and shows genuine concern to all of our patients.

So I went in walk in because my son was not feeling well. We arrived a little after 3pm. We made an appointment the next morning just incase we weren’t able to be seen. While we were waiting there was 1 other person waiting to go inside. They went in. While waiting I’m guessing it was one of the doctors or someone screaming and yelling back and forth at the girl upfront about his work schedule or whatever because he wanted the day off or something. Completely unprofessional. Then we waited another 5 minutes…. Not a single person in the waiting area. They peak through the window and say it’s going to be a 2 hour wait. There is literally not another single person waiting. Like they are trying to push us out the door so they can go home early. So we leave because we had an appointment first thing in the morning. So the next morning my son is feeling a little bit better and the wife thought we didn’t need to go. So I call to cancel the appointment. The person in the phone says we have appointments later this afternoon. I said no… I already have an appointment… I’m calling to cancel.. she says “ok… bye”.. then just hangs up the phone.
I originally went to this doctor but the longer we have gone there the worse and worse it has become. And the other comments about having to tell them when he has a shot due… we can confirm we also had to do the same. The doctor isn’t bad.. but the problem is you don’t see the doctor.. you deal with the staff who is incompetent and is more worried about having the day off than taking care of their sick patient. We won’t be back. I’ll pay 3x more to go somewhere that actually is intrested in helping my son when he is sick not worried about what time they will get off work.

If you want to wait hours to be switched last minute to speak to a nurse practitioner instead of the doctor on every visit, this is the place for you. The DMV is shockingly more efficient at everything than this place. Do not waste your time or money here. They're very efficient in overscheduling and billing your insurance, but if you expect some kind of seevice in return, you will be disappointed.

We love Dr Zulich and all of the staff! They listen to your concerns, spend time with you, and take you seriously. She immediately ordered testing when our previous doctor blew it off. She is very knowledgeable. The staff is great with kids and the facility is very nice.

They fixed my issue within 12 hours and we were able to get in at our earliest availability. I was very jappy with their prompt followup and subsequent appointment.

Although, my child has seen Dr. Zulich, she is not the one we saw when I did the original review. As of today i am extremely frustrated with the office. Primarily l the online booking system (that doesnt work), but alsonthe way I was treated today when I rushed to the office for an appointment that was not scheduled.

Had an appointment at 1 pm showed up at 12:50 doing paperwork before they called us in for the check up. The nurse took his measurements and vitals in a room. Then they moved us into a different room for the actual doctor to check my son out. In that room we waited for over an hour to see the doctor. It wasn’t fun at all for my son. The doctor mistakenly told me that my son needed a shot that day. She checked back at her records and then she said that I was right about my son. He did not need a shot. That doctor was very rushed and not careful. I’m glad I spoke up about my son. Not sure what to think about that situation. I’m sure I won’t be back there again.
