New to this service was with a well-known one before felt very comfortable treated for extremely well and had a wonderful time thought the doctor you know exactly what he was doing and he made me feel extremely comfortable will tell any and everyone about this

I went in for an appointment with Josh. He is the kindest. The receptionist and MA were extremely kind and professional. I didn't have much of a wait. They run on time. Josh the provider was extremely nice, and kind. He listened to my concerns and made his recommendations without judgement. HE was Professional in every way possible. I didn't feel rushed and he genuinely showed care and compassion. I would highly recommend.

Calling this clinic is a nightmare! In my numerous tries,I've not had the chance to talk to a live person. It's the recorded message that says" just leave your message", that's always answering my phone calls. I've left messages, but neither do I receive a return call nor an acknowledgement of the issue I raised. I've tried several times a day and in various days of the week calling them. It's always the same horrible experience I meet. It's so frustrating having been subjected to this kind of patient service .

0 star..This place is not medically up to date or ŵell developed it is not a clinic, doctors are on leave. I stopped by this office to check it out before I was effective with this clinic for January 2026. What a dump.. the front desk reception was a young kid. He looked shabby and the back office girl very unprofessionally dressed. The set up looked like an old shoe repair room I looked at the walls the chairs, all very poor and saw old equipment and an ugly environment. I never have seen an office in such bad shape I went back to my car and canceled my enrollment with this office. I don't know about the doctor, he's on leave but in this case A patient does judge by the staff and environment when it's that bad. Cleanliness and staff is a major part of Healthcare. I retired from the medical field this office is extremely alarming. I think it should be reported.

The ⭐️⭐️s are strictly for my PCP himself. As for the rest of the existence of this place gets -⭐️s if possible. I believe this clinic has opted to hire all interns to run the operations of the clinic. I really hope they're unpaid interns bc none are worth paying.
Literally EVERY TIME I've had anything to do with a receptionist or operator, relaying a message, scheduling a phone appointment then called much earlier and told to prepare for a video call just to waste my time and inconvenience me. This last slight has me checking out other provider profiles. Straight up, if it wasn't for how crazy dope my doctor's entire vibe, I would've left last year

I've been coming to Sagebrush for over 5 years. I used to go to the location on horizon ridge. They worked with me for over a month to help me get a consult for top surgery while my insurer made us both jump through hoops. After a month of us both calling and being redirected I was finally able to get my consult.
They were thoughtful and patient and never made me feel judged or less than. They treated me like any other patient needing care for a treatable condition. I highly recommend them.
