Honestly, I can’t recommend Saxe Orthodontics enough. Dr. Saxe and the whole crew are genuinely nice people, they actually take the time to talk to my son and explain things in a way he understands, so he never feels like just another appointment on the calendar. This is my third time having braces and at 60yrs old I wasn’t looking forward to it again. My teeth have shifted and I’ve had some implants done. Dr Saxe was the only orthodontist I had an evaluation from that gave me an option that had these new braces state of the art, custom made for my mouth, and cut the correction time in half! Dr. Saxe was great and my braces will be off in 4 months.

My daughter's dentist felt that a possible surgery would be the only option available to correct my daughter's overbite. I took my daughter to Dr. Saxe and she was absolutely WONDERFUL at taking her time to assess my daughter and her needs. One year later, no surgery and braces, Dr. Saxe was able to get my daughter to a more confident level and her underbite gone! If not for her optimism and willingness to make a difference with my daughter, I would've left her office one year ago torn about having to get surgery for my daughter, which did not sound to be a good route to go. We are still relatively early in the orthodontia process for my child. However, Saxe has been wonderful with every encounter. Of our multiple consults with various providers, Saxe provided the most patient-focused approach and pricing and were the most thorough in answering questions and describing the process and treatment options. FIrst off, I would have to admit that I almost exclusively use Google Reviews to determine if I will use or subscribe to a particular service, and rarely ever will I post a review myself. However, after the experiences that my three kids and I had at Saxe Orthodontics, I felt compelled to post a reply.
The staff service was impeccable each visit from door to door, as was the cleanliness of the office, which by the way, is quite unique. The atmosphere provides a comfortable ambiance for clients, while infusing pleasant, tasteful humor that's appreciated in patients of all ages. I was diligent in researching an orthodontist that would give me the confidence I needed, to feel that my kids were going to receive the best treatment available in Las Vegas at an affordable price.
After meeting Dr. Saxe I was sold immediately. She is excellent with younger children, adolescents and adults. It is obvious that Dr. Saxe is extremely intelligent and gifted in her chosen profession, but she possesses an uncanny ability to share her knowledge with her patients by using terms and methods that are easy for anyone to understand. I honestly believe that characteristic is only seen in the rare individuals that truly love their craft.
The surge in confidence that each of my daughters felt after having their braces removed was nothing short of inspiring. It moved me to have Dr. Saxe work her magic on me as well, and the compliments from family, coworkers and even from people I have never met was astounding, and it felt great.
Choosing Saxe Orthodontics was one of the best decisions I have ever made, and it was definitely worth the life-changing effects it had on my three children. We found Dr. Saxe as she was recommended by our pediatric dentist. When we made our consultation appointment we met with Staci and the Dr and from then we knew we would be brining our three kids here. Every time I call the front office lady, Gail, knows who I am and the kids. It is such a welcoming office always greeting us and always running on time. Dr. Saxe is amazing and always updated us on progress of the kids. During Covid they have been meeting us at the car and taking the kids in to be seen. Dr. then comes out to talk to us and update us. I am VERY impressed with Saxe Orthodontics. They have amazing technology, and instead of taking impressions (that make me gag) they used a 3D-xray scanner to measure my teeth to start Invisalign. Dr. Saxe was amazing and listened to all my concerns and reassured me about my decision, making this such a great experience. Not just for kids! Since I waited until my 50th birthday to finally get braces, I was a little anxious to say the least. From the first phone call with Gail I was immediately put at ease. Dr. Saxe and her entire team are excellent at what they do! Not only did I not have one problem during the two year adventure, but I now have beautiful, straight teeth! We were looking for an orthodontist in the area that understood military transfers and Dr. Drowley was recommended by several friends. I am so lucky I came across Saxe Orthodontics when my oldest son was in desperate need of his phase I braces. The results were amazing and he was beyonds pleased with his results as well. He is now on phase II.

They offer clear brackets and Invisalign which I love!!

The atmosphere is so calm, kind, safe and happy. The staff - phenomenal. It feels like you are immediately family.

I have two more kiddos coming their way and I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Truly the best practice in town. The experience of braces can be such a hard time in the adolescent years and Dr.Saxe and her staff makes the whole thing so joyful. My son needed some treatment due to alignment issues and overcrowding from his milk teeth. The U.K. approach was to extract some molars to make room! Dr Saxe started treatment with an expander.

They have been AMAZING with continuous care. Whenever my son has had a problem, either with pain or from snapping his retainer, they have had him booked in straight away for a check or to sort his issues out!

Going to Dr. Saxe for my clear aligners was the best decision! After not wearing my retainers as a teenager, my teeth have shifted. From scheduling through follow up, every employee at Saxe is a rockstar. My son actually enjoyed every step of his orthodontic experience even though he’s only in 4th grade. They educated him well on how to take good care of his braces and on good oral hygiene in general. He just got his braces removed and now is doing well in the retainer phase.

Adult patient who will be wearing upper and lower retainers likely for life. I went in weary due to unpleasant prior experiences at various dental and orthodontic offices, but those fears were quickly laid to rest with exceptional and professional service. The retainers fit great and they even provided me the molds so I can get more made in a few years (the point of the retainers is to keep everything 'the same', so this ensures only a manufacturing cost/fee and no need for a worthless visit, etc).
