I have been a patient of Sheila Tack for many years, and I truly cannot say enough wonderful things about her. She is an exceptional provider who consistently makes me feel heard, respected, cared for, and safe.

Sheila is always kind, compassionate, patient, and accommodating. She takes the time to listen carefully, genuinely cares about my concerns, and provides thoughtful guidance and advice. I never feel rushed or dismissed when I am with her. I always leave feeling that I am in good hands and that my health is truly important to her.

The entire staff at Intermountain Health has always been warm and caring, which makes every visit a positive experience, but Sheila is truly special. Her professionalism, compassion, dedication, and genuine concern for her patients make her an outstanding provider.

I feel incredibly fortunate to have been under her care for so many years. Sheila is everything you could hope for in a healthcare provider, and I am deeply grateful for the care she has given me over the years. She is truly exceptional!

Doctor tack is great! No complaints with her whatsoever, however the medical assistant I had did laugh when I updated her about the fact that I was taking a GLP1 and the fact that I didn’t know the actual clinical name of the medication. After telling her I take reta she audibly laughed and said “what’s the actual name of the medication? You’re the 3rd patient I’ve had say that.” After she left the room she went into her admin area and I overheard her talking about it with her colleagues. I don’t think anything bad was being said but still a strange thing to do

Sheila listens to my concerns. On my October visit, I commented that my pessary was feeling uncomfortable. When I went in on January, she had a new pessary ready. I give her a five star review.

The staff is horrible, the check out reps are rude & don’t acknowledge you until you ask them are they on break or should you ask someone else. I’ll be calling HR regarding my appointments over the year I’ve been with them & finding somewhere else to go.

This was the best experience I have had in a very long time. My practitioner was caring, concerned, informed, engaging and thoughtful. She understood my concerns but more importantly she took quick steps to address those concerns. This was exceedingly appreciated as it had taken me over 8 months of delays, lost referrals etc. to still not have any resolutions. How refreshing!

Went to see NP Sheila Tack for post menopausal support, after a terrible doctor visit elsewhere. What a great experience!! I was heard, understood and supported. All my concerns were addressed and I was not made feel like I was asking for something outrageous or stupid and should just "suck it up." If you need help with your menopause symptoms, this is the place. Thank you NP Sheila Tack for your great energy and kindness.
