Great working with Doctor Gregory, I had some complicated root canal issues and he’s very knowledgeable, skilled and more importantly has a great ability to make you feel comfortable as possible with difficult procedures. His staff is also very friendly and his procedure assistant is very skilled. The only thing that could be improved would be adding pictures on the ceiling of monkeys as astronauts, firefighters and doctors as I recall from my younger years, I guess that’s not as common these days! Hint. Hint.

They are absolutely amazing here! Finally after getting good dental insurance i haven’t seen the dentist in about 10 years. Coming in i knew i was gonna need some maintenance. I had ended up scheduling my deep cleanings and i also had to have two teeth pulled - i did that today and i don’t think i could had gotten better care. Dr. Greenwood and his staff are exceptional! I went in for some sensitivity and after x-rays and a very nice consultation, I was explained a treatment plan I would need. Originally I went in for a consultation/scaling. I was able to get a backlogged task of wisdom teeth removal done at the visit. Absolutely no pain, the entire procedure, x-rays, scaling, wisdom teeth removal, etc all completed in about an hour.

While they do good work, Sally in the front office is very rude. I called multiple times to figure out what was going on with billing/insurance, the typical go around. While I understand processing and etc, what I don’t understand is why there is a need to be rude, hang up on me, and then expect me to be happy to converse after that experience? I have never been yelled at by a professional over their inability to submit claims to the proper department nor do I understand why it’s necessary when billing and claims are between insurance and business. Be more professional, and better yet, calm. Never going back.

My last cleaning the hygienist hit a spot that made my entire body jump out of the chair, I asked if I can be numbed up, her exact words were "we don't do that here". I know that hygienist work at different locations, but my previous cleaning here I was numbed up. Which means I imagined the whole procedure, which means I need to go see a psychiatrist. I find it insulting, non-caring, cruel, unprofessional. I will never go back.

I was over charged for my visit. I found the overcharge only due to them billing me and I compared to what insurance paid and covered. I called in to get clarification and was told my card would be credited back. A month later of not receiving that credit I called back asking about it. I was told it takes 2-3 weeks and it’s a process. It has been over 2-3 weeks and am now being told the only person who can do this is out of the country and I’ll have to wait for her to get back then wait another 2-3 weeks. Needless to say I also cancelled my next cleaning and will hope another dentist is better in billing and communication. Watch your bills closely!

I have to say my visit was the worse possible dentist visit I have ever experienced. I had not been there for a year and they tell me I have a bill for over a $1,000 then they numb my mouth after that the lady from the front desk comes back and tells me I have to pay 1700 for what they are doing today. I went here just to get veneer glued back on so I didn’t being 1700 with me I had 500 in cash and 500 on a card they said they don’t take cash so I have to reschedule this is after they numbed my mouth with two shoots. It was the most unprofessional place I have ever done business at. I don’t owe any money I have never left there while Gil owned it with out paying in full. They could have taken what I had because they still had to order the crown and put it on I would have paid the balance when I came back to have it put in. But they let me leave with my mouth all numb. I was in shock lol I couldn’t believe that was happening to me. A full year after I had a treatment they tell I owe a bunch of money. They were very very unprofessional you would be better off going to the dental school for treatment.

This was my 1st consultation visit to Signature Smiles. Dr. Wilson & the office staff and dental assistants are all very friendly, welcoming, helpful and patient. Dr. Wilson carefully examined my teeth and gave me both viable treatment options, explained the pros and cons of each option, and answered all my questions patiently. The office manager, Siobhan, quickly came up with a detailed list of the costs to help me to evaluate the options. I had a great experience during my dental care. I had a Flipper made and Carmen, worked tirelessly with me making sure that it fit exactly the way I wanted it to fit.

Although I didn't start out that way, my end results were absolutely perfect. I would recommend our way dental clinic to anyone who's looking for a good quality care and service at a reasonable price.

They also have referrals to excellent orthodontist if you need them, my grandson has three sets of wisdom teeth. And I needed a referral which I got immediately after the completion Of his extensive dental work.

I have a phobia of dentist and because of that and a traumatic experience in the past I haven’t been to a dentist since 1996, and the whole team over at signature smiles are awesome and understanding to my situation, plus they’ve added sedation to help people like myself. Dr. Gil is an excellent dental care provider, attentive and caring to his patients. The staff is very courteous and accommodating. Scheduling is a very positive experience - easy to make appointments, timely reminders, and they actually get you in very close to your scheduled time (and very apologetic when you have to wait a little). Highly recommended!

I have no choice but to give Signature Smiles a five star review. From my first appointment/exam to my tooth extraction, the staff has been freaking amazing! They were very, very comforting considering I was a nervous train wreck lol.
They took their time with me, answered all of my questions, and most importantly, made me feel comfortable. I have some follow ups of course, but I'm definitely not so nervous about going back.
Please, anyone reading this review consider Signature Smiles. You'll leave with... you guessed it....a smile😉

Went for a cleaning at signature smiles. Was having some issues with a back tooth. Found out that I needed a crown. The office said they had a cancellation and that if I wanted to begin today I could.
Dr. Wilson was very courteous and began to work along with her tech Elizabeth. Both of them worked seamlessly and efficiently and completed the work needed for preparation of the crown painlessly.
They both kept me informed of everything that was being done and was able to get me out of the office relatively quickly. I recommend this dentist for any work that you may need to have done.Highly professional and personal service.

This place was incredible, everyone is genuinely nice and fake at all. They really want to know what the issue is that your experiencing and will give you options based on your budget. Great experience from start to finish from the receptionist through the assistance and the dentist.

A friend recommended Signature Smiles to me. This place is a little out for me, but worth it. I’m not a fan of going to the dentist. The staff members are professional and the faculty is clean. I appreciate when I go in for a cleaning and they are able to squeeze me in for additional services. This saves me a trip, time and from having to take a day off from work!! They are following the Covid safety guidelines for anyone who might be concerned.

Dr. Suarez was great. I've had a hard time in 2020 as most of us have had. Dr. Suarez really went out of his way to see me quickly. I was in and out quickly and didn't have to wait at all. His office staff was super nice and knowledgeable about insurance. Also I was given the option to fill out my papers online which made my wait in the office less than 5 min before I was seen. The office was clean and very nice. Great dentist, great guy. 5 Stars Thank you - Its hard to find a good dentist in Las Vegas, so I'm super happy I was lucky enough to find Dr. Suarez.

I put going to the dentist off for years and came to Signature Smiles for an emergent extraction. The staff was friendly on the phone and once I arrived for the appointment. Very, very happy with the service provided by Dr. Wilson with no remarkable pain during and post extraction. In the beginning I had great concern. Yet lead to this office through a friend. One I trust greatly. I soon discovered the great chair side manners of the assistants and best of all the Dentist. Upon completion of two crowns I’m happy to say I was problem free. It was as though my mouth was restored as before. I had the same dentist my first 55 years, my Uncle, now retired.

I have and do recommend this dental office for all the right reasons. They serve their customers with excellence.

As I have gotten older the thought of going to the dentist brings me anxiety and stress. A friend about 2 yrs ago recommended Signature Smiles which is a little out of my way, but well worth it!! The Signature Smile staff and doctor have always been wonderful!! They put me at ease no matter what procedure I have needed. They offer me different types of topical or numbing options which I appreciate. Going in to have a cleaning and 2 cavities knocked out without multiple trips is greatly appreciated. I came in with an emergency visit.. I was not in much pain, but I was extremely worried about my circumstances.... I am extremely terrified of dentist.. like so much to the point where I came here after so long without a dentist visit, I physically could not longer care for my teeth at home without visiting a dentist.... First day I showed up, my idea of a dentist completely changed... I could not believe th care I got. I do not have insurance at this current moment, but they treated me like VIP. I have NEVER felt this in all my years of visits with any medical type facility.. I have not received any operation yet, but I am definitely going to schedule for one, and this has by far been the absolute best experience with a dentist I've had so far.
This visit has changed my perception on dentist as a whole... They are so kind, so much more loving than most doctors even. It feels so good to feel so welcomed. ❤️

A good friend of mine recommended Signature Smiles, to me after I told her that I hated how translucent my top two teeth were. She had previous work with Signature Smiles, and told me how great the staff, and Dr. Suarez was! I scheduled my consultation, and they got me in almost instantly. The office was beautiful, and Conveniently located right off of Fort Apache and Tropicana. I didn’t have much of a wait time, and his assistant in the back, (I don’t remember her name but it was her first day) Was so nice, and explained the entire process to me. Dr. Suarez came in shortly after, very nice, friendly, and easy to talk to! He explain to me the process of what he would need to do, and what I love about his approach is he is very conservative and straight to the point!
The best part is, is I was able to start my Veneer process that same day! I go back again in two weeks to actually get them on, but from what I have heard previously, the Veneer process is a couple month long process, which is not the case at all! Super excited to get them on in a couple of weeks, and I will definitely be returning to Dr. Suarez for all of my dental needs, as well as recommending him to anyone I talk to!

Great staff, great customer service. Dentist did an excellent job with the filling, during examination and working on your mouth he talks you through the entire process step by step, which more practitioners should do. The hygienist did a great job cleaning and took extra care to ensure the process wasn't painful. It was an overall great experience that relieved my hesitations of seeing a dentist.

I was referred to Signature Smiles by several of my co-workers, who are all very happy clients of Signature Smiles. My wife and I are now clients of Signature Smiles and just as satisfied as my co-workers.

Parking is easy and free. The building and office are modern, nice, clean, and safe. The staff is approachable and friendly. Everyone was very informative and transparent regarding what treatment I could benefit from, what treatment was the most critical, what my insurance covered, and what my costs would be. Dr. Suarez and his team were also very efficient. They completed my exam and cleaning as quickly as possible.

Signature Smiles is the fourth dental office I have been to and is without a doubt, the best one I have been to.
